Our experience with Outreach has been nothing but positive
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration of our customer success team, account manager, Outreach's internal team & our internal stakeholders have made this platform the success that it is at our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The seemingly long lead time for new feature requests to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving overworked, overwhelmed SDRs and Account Managers who feel "too many" emails is bad. We've realized the benefits of having an entire sales org on Outreach and how consistent, accurate content warms up leads, which Outreach makes easy for us.
Outreach has helped streamline outbound sales.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization and UI stand out. But the capabilities are endless which allows you to get creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow and have a tough time with mapping of linkedin profiles sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating outbound sales -- saves a bunch of time and energy. Allows the team to work on more strategic things.
Outreach great for lead management, calling, and drip email sequences
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best tool out there for sales teams that have SDRs/BDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers. It's great for SDRs/BDRs because these reps can nurture and work on leads through customized and automated email drip sequences for booking meetings, sending out invitations to webinars, etc. Outreach is great for Account Executives to automate the email process for following up on leads, schedule meetings for inbound leads, drip email sequences for no-show meetings, proposal reviews, etc. Outreach is great for Account Managers because they can use the email drip sequencing to automate their account follow-ups during certain dates/times, schedule monthly re-occurring need analysis calls, etc.
Also, the best part about Outreach is the fact that a rep can directly call out of the platform using their own number, company number, or use a prospect's local area code.
Using outreach to work and nurture current and future accounts is simply the best way to automate your entire sales team's activities while still providing great content. You no longer have to keep adding "follow up" and "nurture" tasks in SF. Outreach does it all for you when you set the dates/times. PLUS, Outreach directly integrates with Salesforce - so no more duplicating logging of events/tasks/calls/emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Outreach chrome extension does create some friction between the salesforce and gmail integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach's automation was put in place to reduce the number of hours spent daily for logging manually logging events/calls/tasks, and reducing manual follow-up processes. The biggest benefits we have realized are that we no longer need to manual document every activity that a sales rep needs to get done and no longer need to send manual emails with the same content to all accounts.
BEST TOOL EVER IF YOU ARE IN SALES!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about this tool! The sequencing gives you the flexibility to determine what's best for your company to ensure no prospect slips through the cracks and gets the full follow-up they deserve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say it's a dislike, I just wish I could use it more in-depth for marketing drips. We are a start up without Martech so I wish there was an easier way to use Outreach for drip campaigns - but again, not a dislike since Outreach isn't a marketing first platform. Call quality could also be better with Outreach Voice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work all inbound leads seamlessly and manage our outbound process through the use of Outreach sequences. I feel confident every lead gets a true follow-up to ensure we maximize prospects that come our way to book as many meetings as possible.
Outreach is indispensable in prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach allows me to build custom sequences for different personas and verticals that I'm reaching out to. I also love that it loads my current tasks each day that I need to do for each of my prospects currently in sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could text from Outreach and make that part of my prospecting sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach to make my prospecting more effective and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to text from the platform
Great tool, amazing CS team
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried around 3 email engagament tools, and Outreach is definitely the best. The UI is easy to use, the system operates flawlessly, and the customer success team went above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing we have disliked about Outreach so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating and streamlining sales related activities (Cold Prospect Engagement)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the guides they share and make sure you attend all the trainings they offer to maximize your value
Good Product, Haven't Innovated Too Much Lately
What do you like best about the product?
Their UI is great, and the product handles all of the email trackings very well in the background. The setup and implementation are relatively straightforward; however, this space is dominated by who can get the best adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific about their product that I wouldn't say I like as compared to competitors....I think they track emails to Salesforce contacts better than Salesloft does without needed much manual intervention. However, I feel that their automation rules around prospects are a bit limited. I'm not a huge fan that you can't edit the list views to bring in custom fields (as new columns) to create custom lists, this is something that this whole space lacks, so if you're looking for this functionality, you'll be underwhelmed at what is out there. The same issue relates to tracking emails to multiple records, and this is not possible with an enablement tool since they track emails as tasks rather than "emails."
One thing I will say, their support team is pretty slow at getting back to admins

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Sales Reps to more efficiently prospect and follow up with clients/prospects. If you have a full cycle sales team, a tool like this is crucial for time management and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it syncs to my gcal, I can share emails with my colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
It blocks people from being in 2 sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Onboarding is not great - a lot of it will be left to yourself to figure out otherwise great tool
Most user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly and easy for our users to learn, understand, and use. It syncs easily with Salesforce, and when there is an issue, it is very intuitive on what the issue is and how to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be more nuances than I'd prefer, and I have to reach out to Support for assistance to fix or refresh something. Support is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use email templates to standardize our messaging. We can see who is interacting with our outreach and it easily moves the contacts through the sequences. Automating this helps the team stay organized, helps with reporting, and frees up the team for other valuable tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the knowledge base!
Outreach has streamlined our processes in a tremendous manner.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some modernization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our sales development workflows and processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you engage in b2b sales, it's worth your time.
