Outreach solving daily struggles in sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to A/B test campaigns as well as identify who has opened the emails right away to call them
What do you dislike about the product?
Opens rate. Clarification on if someone opens an email multiple times does taht count as a view or is it when they click on it specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving tons of time with having an opt-out list and being able to easily identify a customer by their profile located in Outreach. There are many benefits in Outreach, one being you never have to leave outreach if all of your sales tools are synced properly!

Ability to reach many prospects with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be better. Seems quite clunky at times and hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reach many accounts when prospecting with a few clicks. We have a small team so Outreach is a great tool to allow us to reach many people even with such a small team.

So we use Outreach not only as a Customer Engagement Platform but also as a CRM. This really helps us keep our outreach going and keep notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get messy if you don't know how to customize your screens.

Lots more touches with sequencing.
Great tool to empower your SDR Team
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is simple to use and has a lot of functionality. I don't think we've scratched the surface of everything we could do with it but it's a great way to maximize the effectiveness of your SDR team. From the booking features to the tracking metrics it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked more closely with some of our other data tools and CRMs for the sales team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find the best way to assign accounts to the SDR team and get meetings booked for our AEs. Being able to categorize these accounts and track data was important.
The call tool and other features like emailing and LinkedIn capabilities are great.
We've been able to pair this with Orum to maximize our results and hit record months of booking.

It takes sales process from a manual, slow process to a super powerful automated process

I can honestly say that I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking a manual process and making it automatic. Being able to work while I am away from my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to create drip campaigns and easy access templates for my team. Integrates with SF. And gives reps a structure prospecting flow.

I wish they had a mobile app. And could get calls from my work number on outreach to my phone.

Seeing benefits with workflow automation, nurturing prospects, and organization.

The user interface and amount of features that allows you to streamline activity

The reporting lacks insight on activity engagement - would like to see. a report of all emails sent filtered down by most opens so i can prioritize calling those prospects

Very easily - allow my BDRs to segment titles and roles into different sequences
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend but would also make sure you have someone on your team who can train users accordingly since it has a lot of bells and whistles that can confuse people

The tool helps us automate communication and sales processes. Good customer support as well.

Can't really think of anything. The product certainly isn't cheap as far as the cost.

Automating communication with prospects and current clients, which saves time.
Outreach Simplified Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Outreach is that no prospect or lead gets left behind. The reps can manage exactly who they have reached out to, at what point, whether there was a response, and where they are at in the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
As part of the operations team, the reporting could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and strategy are built within the platform. There is no longer a need to keep a spreadsheet to keep track of who was contacted, at what point, and when to reach out to them again. The automation has helped follow up with prospects to ensure they received emails and other communications.
Excellent results improving response rates
What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team has seen amazing results in the short time we've been using Outreach to help generate warm leads for our sales team. It has been a game changer for how we target prospects!

Getting locked out of gmail for sending too many emails, we utilize the throttle setting but still keep running into issues with this.
