Skyrocketing Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and clean. It integrates easily with our other software and provides clarity for our management team. Outreach makes it easy to reach out to more customers all at once. The idea of a virtual sales rep has allowed our reps to be in front of customers more and less time in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company is still new to Outreach, so the setup and figuring out best practices can be tricky.
The hardest part is figuring out how to best create a sequence that will get our ideal customer to purchase equipment from us. It takes patience to figur out which emails are more intriguing and which ones lead to more booked appointments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has opened so many doors for our sales team. They can follow up more frequently with customers, reach out to more new customers and stay organized with their daily tasks. Our reps have loved being able to keep in touch with customers who aren't currently looking to purchase anything. Outreach allows them to maintain that relationship without having to put too much thought into it. Because of this, these customers are coming back and buying more from us.
Outreach has also increased our new business sales. Our team has been able to contact more new customers and set more appointments with the help of Outreach.

Our reps are now more organized and can touch more prospects in less time. thank to Outreach.
Excellent tool for my business development actions day to day.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create sequences and automate specific emails. I use the extension daily, particularly the integration with SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am running through 100s of outreach tasks daily for my sales leads. Also I receive a lot of bounce backs. I like that I can see when a prospect has read my emails and that is when I am most likely to follow up on linked in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate product updates, and features automatically with out having to edit a manual email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have a sequence with a combination of manual and automated emails be sure to stagger your accounts, so you do not have to run through 100s of manual email tasks in one day.
UX Lags Behind Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Has every feature needed to streamline my prospecting process. The fantastic customer support team has quickly resolved any issue or question that I've had at any time, with minimal wait at that!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit more clunky than Salesloft and somewhat less intuitive in my opinion. Very similar though, so if you've used one it wont be hard to pick up the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my prospecting flow so I can spend time during off-hours researching, building sequences, and selecting contacts. That way when it's time to start my daily prospecting, I'm able to focus on doing actual outreach by just completing tasks and not being bogged down with finding information in-between contact attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add a contact to a sequence and get reminded in real-time when to move forward with the next touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been pretty happy with Outreach. Sometimes it's hard to take a contact out of sequence. I might learn new details about an account and need to change my approach. I have to stop their previous sequence and manually add the updated touches. It's not a big deal

I can follow up on huge campaigns without omitting/forgetting outliers.

The sales engagement and the level of insights are very useful.

Nothing as of now, at least. I think I need to explore more.

The problem that I am solving with Outreach is managing tasks in a much better format and way than using Excel and getting lost while doing so.

I like how easy it is to develop and implement email sequences and templates.

The UI can be a little cluttered for reps and is a little daunting until they get used to it.

The integration with Salesforce is extremely helpful. Love the ability to be able to organize my contact view dashboard as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great to be able to see any call notes in the actual prospect or account notes rather than needing to click into specific calls to see them.
Occasionally I have issues with calls dropping / not recording, but it isn't frequent enough to be an issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem for busy Account Executives is the in inefficiency of jumping off a demo into outbound calls/emails. Outreach solves that problem by prompting my upcoming tasks, sequences and providing engagement analytics to help focus on the most engaged, hot leads.
The analytics also help me strategize my pipeline generation blocks to be as efficient as possible.

Awesome tool to help sales reps stay organized and not get caught in the weeds of a CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy for SDR/ADMM team to get going right away on tasks, calls, and emails. One tool for them to not have to waste a lot of time looking up who they should be calling or reaching out to that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great tool for existing prospects or prospects you want to re-engage. It's sad because the tool works incredibly well, it would just be nice if that part was smoother.

Making inbound and outbound so simple for our SDR team. All they have to do is log in and start dialing.

What do you like best about the product?
creating call and email tasks, customizing templates and one-off sequences for HVT personas, and I love that it connects to my Salesforce and other cloud apps, including Google Mail
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far, I have been happy with Outreach at Okta and my previous company Samsara
