Outreach is a necessary tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things about Outreach that I like. I use it for pretty much everything, and I use it daily. I use it for email marketing and calling prospects. With Outreach, I keep track of my tasks for the day, making it easy to see what I need to do. The phone functionality part of Outreach is fantastic as well. I have my phone number through Outreach, and it functions as my work number. I can also keep track of which sequences that my prospects belong to. The functionality of Outreach is probably the thing that I like the most about the Software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything significant that I dislike about Outreach. We have a few integrations with Outreach and other tools. The only thing that I can think of is that when I'm using another device and outreach, it automatically loads a prospect that I'm looking at on another tool. Also, Outreach is a bit more complex than I thought it was going to be. As a new user, it took me a little bit of time to figure out how to use it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of problems that Outreach solves. It is an all-in-one tool that you can use for email, calls, marketing, tasks, and more. I had never used Outreach until I started working at my new job, and I have to say that I like the software. The benefit of Outreach is that you don't need a lot of other tools besides Outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is one of the best tools that I have ever used and I really don't want to go back to using another Software.
Outreach for employer reputation management
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how the product is beautifully designed to show you the most important stuff at first and advanced stuff only if you are interested. Similar to macOS software architecture. It is super user-friendly and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a little bit too much compared to similar software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated a drip campaign targeting our employees for inviting them to vote for our company on Glassdoor. This resulted in boosting our reputation score.
Advanced marketing management software
What do you like best about the product?
Email and telemarketing strategies that drive sales are successful and simple to implement. At a previous job, I used Outreach to make the workflow much more effective. When I have a contact list that doesn't need an answer, I use Outreach in my current customer service job to send messages (such as webinar messages). If a response is required, the majority of people I send have other team members, but Reach also isn't planned for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conference functionality is less useful because not everyone in the staff uses Outreach. Some connect settings are a little confusing at first, but you'll get used to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our meeting scheduling process at Robinson has become much more effective thanks to pipeline management, task management, large-scale dedicated emails, and qualitative data in CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you begin, make a list of what you want to sync, what custom fields you want to generate (and in what order), and double-check that the sync process between Outreach and CRM is working properly to avoid having incorrect data in both systems.
A highly functional product that increases productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, models, and code snippets are my preferred strategies. It is possible to provide a single-use case for several different emails and save them as templates. It's always better to write an email when a new opportunity comes up because that way, you have a ready response when the right one comes along. When the message and timing are right, lead generation templates are just what your business needs to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When some of my groups are entrenched in their patterns, it's usually when there are 300 units of information in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nature of my job is tailored to any industry or type of business. I know if someone has read my emails while the phone is hot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have this app, it's much easier to reach your target audiences, consumers, end-users, or the other stakeholders in your business.
The most important tool to make our team more effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ladder is very intuitive, and our team quickly took hold of it. It helps you know which e-mails have been opened, read, and replied to. I like to use the mail sortation function of Outreach. Sometimes we are overwhelmed by pending work, but education is an essential tool that we must rely on to stay on track. There are reminders about what needs to be done, and it's easy to do them collectively. I would also like to congratulate our diligent customer service team. Their feedback is always timely, relevant and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when someone answers, there is a delay in the relay of the answer. This leads to uncomfortable conversations when the next message arrives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We resolved the problem of scheduling our outbound and inbound leads. Automating this process freed up time for the entire team, thus effectively reducing the time spent on sourcing and dedicating more of it to interacting with these leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way of tracking what you do when you communicate with people and see their commitment!
Book more meetings with Outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is extremely user friendly, saves a tonne of time, and makes my day so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the trigger warnings can be off, can't think of anything else in relation to outbound selling. I'd lovemore visibility into the time someone views an email and if they forwarded the email on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track on your outbound activities, what messaging is working/ what's not working. Who is opening my emails. I save so much time with email automation and reminders too! I love the templates and snippets functionality too (and the integration with Gmail). Overall, Outreach saves me time and helps me book more meetings.
Community Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Triggers and tags make getting really specific with my process easy and trackable. Also the analytics are just so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some ways it's almost too many features? Like it gets a little bit complicated the further you go, and is sort of tricky when onboarding new reps but all in all I am really a fan of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead is improved, A/B testing is helping us dial in our outbound sequences, tracking is getting us in front of engaged prospects efficiently.
Best In Class... At Marketing. Slow and Inefficient in Reality.
What do you like best about the product?
The dialer in the app works well. Outreach Everywhere is also nice to have for quickly enrolling leads from Sales Nav or Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Outreach is EXTREMLY slow and inefficient. Simple actions require multiple clicks, and each UI update take 2-7 seconds to happen. Can't roll through a prospect list and call each person on the sidebar. You have to go in and out of each lead's page.
Examples: Changing numbers requires a page switch(rather than sidebar edit). I want just call tasks, but it kicks me over to different task types, and tasks take FOREVER to work through. I want to leave a task and go to a different lead, but the task sidebar stays open, and when I close it the page forces me back to the lead for that task. That just scratches the surface.
2) Ineffective integrations. No Integration with LinkedIn so URLs and titles aren't updated, URLs not even mapped when we prospect from ZoomInfo or Salesforce, so I have to manually input for every lead(another page switch). Chrome Plugin breaks a lot. No Hubspot integration.
3) Bug City. Expect it to break and crash in every way imaginable, and be ready to spend a lot of time going back and forth with their support.
Conclusion: Their marketing very well and probably paying for good reviews, because anyone I talk to who's used a different sales engagement platform like SalesLoft or Apollo agrees that Outreach is the absolutely the slowest, most poorly built product in the space. I've used SalesLoft and Apollo at previous companies, and my workflow was at least two times faster.

I'm able to sequence leads and manage out-bounding, and it does the job... at half the speed of other options.
Superb tool for Sales enablement generating more business revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides me such a platform where I focus entirely on the selling my product. its intuitive interface helps to go with the flow and provides me detail reporting through the graphical representation of the sales data and shows me the visibility of my accounts. Further the mailing option helps me to get connected with my most important customers. Through the sales intelligence feature I am capable of bring more leads in my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its installation process is quite complicated because we have to pass through complicated steps. It does not give accurate information about security. It is quite expensive. As far as its other features are concerned, I never face any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is integrated with any other software so that I can easily share the information across various platforms and drive the best from the sale engagement. The Google calendar associated with this tool offers me more time to manage more meetings and its association with the sales force CRM helps me to communicate better with my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This application offers multiple solutions; you can collect the contact information through the apps associated with this tool and directly export t he information into Outreach data base. I look upon this tool as an impact creating application in the market.
Clunky and not user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach everywhere has been helpful when I'm in SFDC and Gmail to execute a one-off task or bring back activity history. I like how you can easily select what number to call from when making calls from the tasks. The daily notification emails of what you need to finish is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
-I think outreach can be powerful, but the UI restricts that. The UI is not user friendly and there's so much packed into your view that it's overwhelming. When executing a lot of tasks, it's not easy to identify what task is what (it's no different than a SFDC task list). It's a list of tasks with a ton of links and words explaining what to do. If you don't click in the right spot, it will take you to the person, account, template, or sequence vs. just starting the action. Again, not intuitive. You also can't easily execute actions by a specific sequence unless you go into the sequence>prospects and figure out where to click. For instance, I'll go from Step 1 of Sequence A to Step 5 of Sequence B and then back to another Step 1 of Sequence A. Grouping similar actions by sequence isn't possible or if it is, it's not easily identifiable.
-Executing email tasks is painful. It's 1/4 of your window on the right hand side. There's no way to expand the editing pane.
-I can't manage or update my opportunities from outreach
-An email I sent to the outreach implementation consultant went directly to spam...

Log activity back in SFDC, create sequences/templates, make calls, and more that it knowing can't do so I'm using other software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would heavily evaluate the space. There are other companies out there that combine numerous technologies into one easy to use and manage software.
