Automation made easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage a mailing campaign! The number of emails we send daily has a positive impact on the success of the submission. I also like that it creates a to-do list for me, making it easy for me to start my day by going through my to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report contains some errors or omissions. It is not easy to find the information I need about leads, emails, answers, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could give many contacts and reach out to those who responded to my email. It also helped me get warm leads instead of making cold calls all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you have learned to deal with it, it becomes manageable.

A lot of clicks with an unintuitive UI

What do you like best about the product?
Structuring my day around upcoming tasks by sequence or type is helpful, as is clicking to dial and the activity sync to Salesforce. This avoids some level of manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Outreach is extremely click-intensive and unintuitive. One of the most frustrating items is the process of adding a new step into a sequence, then having to manually go into the drop-down to move the step up over and over. If one is adding a step at the end of a 17 step sequence and you're looking to set it in the beginning, it's a ton fo clicks. Additionally, the process to find a deleted lead, then undelete that lead and add to a sequence is a challenge. Again, a large number of clicks are required and switching views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach served a need for needing a tool to manage sequences and prospecting. The ability to see upcoming tasks is a benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would ensure your users, particularly if you're deploying to senior field sales reps, are able to participate in any demos or scoping before making a decision.

Sales enablement is amazing with Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Customers are the key strength of a business and they are the source for generating the more business revenue. This tool is the most advance sales enablement software that is my requirement to manage the customer relations as I feel more connected with them. This tool provides me the detail insight of the customers’ behavior form where I generate the sales lead and ultimately covert it into leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing policy is a bit costly and also the installation and the driving of this software requires some steps that may prove complex, further they do not talk about the data security that much, so a doubt about the clients information and their contact authenticity is always associated with this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides me the great team collaboration and we feel more connected in terms of responding to the customers and to uplift the sales and marketing department. Now I am capable of optimizing the customers life cycle and feel confident to come in front it is a great sales enablement platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is great tool for the market leaders. It is very economical solution that is equipped with fruitful solutions. Through this software not you will be in a position to handle and mange your sales data but also you can generate the maximum business revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super user friendly! Easy to navigate and understand the info in front of me. The purple color also isn't difficult to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to sort my prospects. I would like to be able to sort so I can call the right time zones at the right times. I have tried and failed to be able to sort my prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see everything we have done with the customer so it is helpful. I would like to be able to filter more. Submitting a ticket for help usually gets a pretty quick response.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using their chat feature is the best way to problem solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Among the favorite subjects of mine about outgoing links is they're created to boost conversion. The mine's favorite feature will be the reporting tool. It allows each director to monitor the conversion rate of email templates and really find out what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me personally is Smart Vision is not as easy to use as some other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate our overseas sales process by providing instructions. This has greatly improved our ability to create and monitor regular purchases, ultimately leading to higher sales and opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cleaning up account information generated by importing duplicate information is tiring. Before importing, make sure that you check and delete your data.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to put SFDC contacts and Zoominfo contacts into Outreach and set up cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
if you are working with an Inside sales rep they can not send a message to someone that I have in a sequence

prospecting. I can see who's opened the message and responded in one place

What do you like best about the product?
A must to have with any sales team. Makes the amount of out bounding you can do insanely high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can have issues with emails sending.

Increasing prospecting to be able to do both a BDR and SE job.

Outreach Paired with my CRM Makes for an Easy Work Day, Every Day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can track when someone has opened an email and how they have engaged with it in real time. I love that you can text, and call, send pictures, documents, etc and it all syncs with my Salesforce CRM to keep track of things with clear and concise notes, and edits made in real time! I love that it tracks everything we use on our team dashboard as well in Salesforce, so I can track my performance in real time from Outreach sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tasks and sequences don't match up. I have a hard time with the task notifications as well. I feel as though there is a better way to notify if tasks are due at a certain time. I have been using my google calendar for everything instead of tasks because it's way too easy to miss tasks in Outreach. I also have had a lot of issues with it being buggy, and having to clear my cache and cookies very often in order to get the software to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach literally helps me with everything I do on the daily, by keeping records and syncing with Salesforce all the communication and interaction and data that I get from my prospective customers, current customers, etc. Not having to manually update Salesforce all the time, like I did in previous positions has been a dream. I love that it all syncs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreach for its ease of use and the process flow for creating triggers and sending swags based on trigger criteria. The UI is quite good, and anyone using the integration can easily work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the color theme's design seems old and needs a bit of a revamp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach with Sendoso to send swags to leads. Its ease of use and trigger-based process flow make it great for sending swags. The UI is also user-friendly for integration software users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not better than hubspot but with small budget you can use this solution
