A great tool for managing prospect communication in sales efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach integrates with an organization's chosen tools in one place to help with sales development. In my case, it works with LinkedIn, our email applications, Salesforce, and other plugins to show information of prospects, leads, contacts, and accounts, making it a "one-stop shop" for the salesperson. Outreach is very customizable to specific requirements and tracks important information, like call logs and email opens. Lastly, the customer service team is very proactive and the company is continuously innovating and improving their software.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my user perspective, Outreach seems to require a large effort for setup, but I cannot speak to this aspect fully. In addition, I've heard the application is quite pricey, but to reiterate, I am simply a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is, by far, the best sales tool I've used to date. I love the email tracking and how my correspondence with leads is logged to Salesforce. Other tools do this, but Outreach does it the most intuitively based on my experience. Additionally, it integrates with Salesforce in a unique way: users have the option to pull up their tool "Outreach Everywhere", which gives the user access to the full suite of Outreach's power, even when not logged into the site. For example, when in Salesforce looking at a lead, the user can pull the "Outreach Everywhere" tab open and see the full view of the lead in Outreach. This is without even going to the Outreach website, which is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach takes the guess work out for you. If you want to know if someone opens your email, clicks a link you've embedded -- outreach can handle it. Now I can really know if someone is ghosting me or not!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have a little more visibility on how long someone views an email and if they forwarded the email to another person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay on top of my outbound activity. I can set a rule to have tasks created for when I need to call prospects so that I remember to reach out to them. I don't know how I would stay on top of 100+ prospects all at the same time without Outreach.

I think the sequences can be confusing to understand

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and friend user interface, has integration with LinkedIn and ZoomInfo too. A great daily checking in tool to guide BDMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need deeper analysis, ie identify contacts who was emailed a specific email template.
Be great to also able to export across Outreach instances.

Moving away from disparate databases and platforms. Since migrating to Outreach, the team has been able to run better outbound campaigns, tracking/monitoring and increase our sales KPIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your existing CRM is complex/clunky, time to test out Outreach - you won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Outreach is means triggers which immediately take a step to save perspective if you do much more. For instance, when a prospective customer has completed the sequence, we are going to place it in a brand new sequence within a couple of days therefore individuals aren't dismissed in case they do not respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I'd to include connections on the product. Everything immediately synchronizes with BDE applying e mail addresses, I'd really like Outreach to be.

This particular platform fortifies cooperation between representatives and also allows us to concentrate on crucial factors of creating the business of ours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is truly effective and handles email tracking, templates, and sequences well. Be sure you practice the salespeople of yours to help make almost all of it. I've colleagues that don't utilize it frequently since they don't understand what's out there.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of integration with SalesForce, and the fact that I can easily and quickly program and perform tasks related to email and phone calls. I am also a great supporter of Linkedin integration because once I have registered with SalesForce, I can easily send login requests and maybe even communications and help save them to my contact list, whether the integration is not perfect or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have difficulties with the close aspect of synchronization in SF. I try to synchronize the site and the contacts/transmission will load, but absolutely nothing would happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work hard to optimize the content for potential buyers and outgoing links help us in this situation. We intend to continue to focus on this particular part of our work and make it better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When working with the understanding function, make sure that you mark almost all potential customers. This can help you monitor your files, and also allows you to plan your file in an alternative order after it's finished.

Because there is so much it can do, it can be pretty intimidating to get onboarded.

Overall lead management. It's helping to solve the issue of leads falling through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to ease of use! Customer Service is amazing as well! Anytime I have a question it's answered that day!
From a sales perspective with many accounts I want to make sure I stay engaged with them all. It helps me stay on task and complete the tasks in a timely manner. I have set more meetings using Outreach since I was doing previously. Unprecedented reporting as well you get insight to the average best connection times as well as response rates, etc.

Just like getting used to any other tool it is a bit hard to adjust to. I wish there was more detailed reporting on meetings set through the sequence but at this point it is all manual.

Staying on top of tasks with prospects and having a smooth engaged sequence of emails, linkedin messaging, calls, etc. I have set more meetings through this tool than I was doing previously

if you're looking for a great sales tool to stay on task with engaging with multiple accounts and prospects it's an amazing tool and easy to learn
Outreach allows sales teams to scale their efforts in ways other just don't!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is extremely flexible in its ability to provide personalized outreach at scale. I have used another platform Salesloft that was very rigid and difficult to adapt on the fly. Outreach allows for tons of added perks - integrating with Gmail, flexible tagging system, analytics for multiple breakdowns of team performance, experiments / AB testing. Outreach is easy enough a cave man could do it but also sophisticated enough that a sales scientist can postulate & theorize his way to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some blips in service for the Outreach Everywhere integration that follows you around in Gmail, Salesforce, etc. Every hither and thither I will have to log out and back in, or remove the Chrome extension altogether and reinstall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the ability to cast a wide net with personalized bait in a modern day sales world. If you play it right, you can touch a massive prospect base with fairly customized messaging.
Great idea, awesome execution but slow evolution or bug fixes

Ability to send emails without any hassle from your google mailbox
What do you dislike about the product?
Text formatting in templates/snippets never match the default formatting of gmail making the email look horrible all of the time to the recipient.
