Sales outreach made easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is pretty complete - it can easily be sued as a "CRM" for SDRs/BDRs as it's not necessary at all to exit the platform to do admin, something that usually takes a lot of time.
If you do account-based outreach, this is probably better than other competitors since it's easier to navigate the accounts, assign tasks directly to those and execute the strategy from there, while other platforms just don't have functionalities to support that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be improved, there's not a lot of insight into different conversion rates. The google extension could be improved as well as it glitches a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
going from one task to another within seconds, not wasting time on research thanks to integration with LinekdIn and other SoMe and Crunchbase.
Outreach Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Geared towards collaboration. Integration with CRM, Sales Intelligence and Google GSuite. Analytics are good. Granularity of dynamic variables allows for good automation/personalization ratio. Reminders and tasks are easy to set. Call functionality works well
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't easy to find, you can sometimes struggle to make changes if you are new to the tool. It's quite expensive though. Sometimes email opens don't reflect in the insights and I only find out an email has actually been opened when talking to the prospect over the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating prospection email and structuring your daily activities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a member of the Sales or Sales Enablement team trained and certified to onboard and coach the rest of the team
Excellent support team, great for sending multiple messages
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales representative, I like using Outreach for search strategies. I truly like the amount of information of the device - from sequences to fragments and templates - and Prospect guarantees you've all of the performance you have to work with the customers of yours. Installing a multi level campaign is simple and Prospect helps to keep track of all of the information for yourself (e.g. opening velocity, clickability, reflection rate). Very best of all the, it integrates seamlessly with BSEK.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it to be much better synchronized with the Salesforce CRM system, that causes issues when updating contact details. Sometimes outside calls seem to be terrible and are usually hard to get. I would like you to have the ability to manage your everyday account activities and concentrate on every single after which start working on the subsequent so your emails don't change each time you call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest issue to be fixed is the capability to observe all correspondence & guarantee history that is full down the road. Additionally, to have the ability to generate instant mail ideal for interfering with the sequences of ours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for sending several emails, tracking various points of view and the activities of theirs and also producing templates, sequences etc. for each product sales situation.
Makes sales efficient and an effective way of reaching out to prospects and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an easy way to take your CRM and actually make use out of it. You can do things that would take hours in seconds. If you are doing any account-based marketing or targeting industries and certain job titles, you can automate a lot and make it seem personalized. it helps to log calls and maintain tasks like calls and reminders. It helps keep myself accountable and organize my days and activites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think building sequences takes a more technical eye, and as a sales rep, I am not creating my own sequences as often as I would like to be. I am tech-saavy but there is a learning curve with Outreach. It is also only as effective if you actually have good contact data to enter into Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be a so much more effective with my time, I am able to be more strategic and keep track of things that would have been impossible to keep track of before. I use Outreach Tags a lot to manage my days and task creation. I also have some tried and true sequences that allow me to get a targeted message out to a lot of prospects at once. This process would have been entirely manual without a tool like Outreach using Outlook/Gmail and sending one-off emails is definitely a way of the past. Not having to manually enter any activity into CRM because it is all automatically logged thru Outreach takes so much manual work out of a sales rep's day.
If your sales reps are still using their own cell phone to make dials and manually tracking activity (or NOT tracking activity at all) and then firing off one-off emails here and there, how are you keeping your sales team accountable, especially while so many are working from home? If a company is not using a tool like Outreach, YOU ARE SEVERELY BEHIND THE CURVE and paying your sales people to do glorified data entry. How do you know which opportunities have momentum?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must-have for any account managers or account executives that are emailing or calling to manage their book of business.
Increase sales with very fast and simple processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is at a good level of sales impact and simple processes to capture customers at all times. It is not difficult to customize, the software has been very solid at all times and determines an adequate performance to improve in interesting aspects. Additionally the software has been able to intensify with its templates new visualization strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be improved in some payment processes that should be acquired more easily. The software is not really difficult to use, it's just difficult to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the software for sales and customer acquisition purposes. We increase our revenue because it works like a classic funnel but with advanced technology, it is very fluid and tries to meet our most demanding customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very well elaborated this the software, you will not have any type of disadvantage at the moment of using it, without a doubt you will be able to have greater income and gains by each sale that Outreach makes.
Outreach is the best, highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
The coverage allows you to easily make 100 calls and 100 emails per day. Reach and Salesforce can be quickly and reliably synchronized. The extended range can be customized to fit any strategic call/email activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, potential customers' promotional materials can be a bit "messy". Synchronizing with Salesforce requires some engineering, so when sales reps encounter mapping problems, changes are slow. Sometimes the scope environment can be too complicated to really understand the situation behind the scenes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales organization uses Outreach to manage tasks and track potential client participation. Help our sales representatives use their time efficiently, manage strategic outreach work and have the necessary background by connecting with many of the people we interact with on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If there is a foreign sales team of any kind, influence is crucial. He is an expert in managing thousands of contacts and maintaining a history of relationships with each contact. The client's success team will also benefit greatly from understanding the history of potential clients. If you comply strictly with B2C standards, disclosure is not necessarily necessary.
Outreach Review
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach acts as almost a personal prospecting assistant. You can easily created sequences to send targeted emails to prospects and then follow-up with phone calls at designated intervals. It is easy to see quickly which prospects you need to call, follow-up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to start calling prospects in a specific sequence rather than just all the overdue prospects in all of your sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who you are prospecting, how you have reached out to them and the follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a great platform to use for outbound prospecting including emails, calling and social media.
Good Organization and Proactive sequencing program
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to create easy sequences that allow for manual and automated outreach to clients. Also acts as great reminder/calendaring of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to edit or manipulate people within sequences that makes it difficult to customize once a sequence is started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization of outreach and tracking of tasks.
outreach
What do you like best about the product?
everything, ui ease of use, features, maneuverability
What do you dislike about the product?
not much support is very lagging at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
penetrating into net new accounts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its the best one I have used so far
Outreach has helped me reach more quality prospects with less effort
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is easy and intuitive to use. I love that you can customize prospecting sequences. I have different sequences that I use depending on which campaign captured the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky to switch lead ownership. It's also not great at starting and stopping sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has helped us effectively reach out to all of our new leads. We get a lot of leads from conferences and it used to be overwhelming trying to coordinate which leads should receive which touchpoints. With Outreach you can set up a sequence for each conference. You just plug the leads in then you do all of your touchpoints through the Outreach interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Outreach
