Because there is so much it can do, it can be pretty intimidating to get onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall lead management. It's helping to solve the issue of leads falling through the cracks.
it's also helping us solve the issue of nurture campaigns. Being able to build and create sequences for users so quickly is incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to ease of use! Customer Service is amazing as well! Anytime I have a question it's answered that day!
From a sales perspective with many accounts I want to make sure I stay engaged with them all. It helps me stay on task and complete the tasks in a timely manner. I have set more meetings using Outreach since I was doing previously. Unprecedented reporting as well you get insight to the average best connection times as well as response rates, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Just like getting used to any other tool it is a bit hard to adjust to. I wish there was more detailed reporting on meetings set through the sequence but at this point it is all manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of tasks with prospects and having a smooth engaged sequence of emails, linkedin messaging, calls, etc. I have set more meetings through this tool than I was doing previously

if you're looking for a great sales tool to stay on task with engaging with multiple accounts and prospects it's an amazing tool and easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is extremely flexible in its ability to provide personalized outreach at scale. I have used another platform Salesloft that was very rigid and difficult to adapt on the fly. Outreach allows for tons of added perks - integrating with Gmail, flexible tagging system, analytics for multiple breakdowns of team performance, experiments / AB testing. Outreach is easy enough a cave man could do it but also sophisticated enough that a sales scientist can postulate & theorize his way to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some blips in service for the Outreach Everywhere integration that follows you around in Gmail, Salesforce, etc. Every hither and thither I will have to log out and back in, or remove the Chrome extension altogether and reinstall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the ability to cast a wide net with personalized bait in a modern day sales world. If you play it right, you can touch a massive prospect base with fairly customized messaging.

Ability to send emails without any hassle from your google mailbox

Text formatting in templates/snippets never match the default formatting of gmail making the email look horrible all of the time to the recipient.

It’s a very simple and easy tool to load in prospects and put them into a sales campaign so you can keep them engaged with content

Wish they had more filters for sorting through sequences to see breakdowns of specific campaigns

I didn't manage to test Outreach as I was so put off by the sales representative that I didn't want to engage with the company further.

I had the worst experience signing up for a Demo with Outreach. I am responsible for the outreach strategy at my company and I was looking for tools that could help me support our outreach activity. I saw an ad about Outreach and I thought that it could be useful so I signed up for a demo. Then, the sales representative bombarded me with emails and stalking me across all channels and in the end, she suggested who should be on the demo if we arranged one from our company which she figured out by stalking our company! I found their approach really aggressive and disrespectful hence I didn't want to pursue further.

It has a good quality when following prospects with the desired profile. The messaging service guarantees efficient communication with multiple clients. It is very fast, it integrates with many programs and devices, respecting the software deployment guidelines.

Remarkably, support must be improved, it is very slow to respond to any type of problem, from the simplest to the most urgent.

Outreach gives us the benefit of sales projection and lead capture in difficult or expanding markets. It has given us the ability to achieve a good business plan based on new clients on previously analyzed dates.

The best feature of this software is that it saves us Time. Outreach makes it easy for my sales reps to take action on leads. There are ways to automate many advances they would have to do manually, consequently giving them greater chance to center in different areas. Loads of sales understanding available. I like that this software makes it easy to reach out to possibilities of any industry in an ideal manner. You can place possibilities in email groupings, set future tasks for possibilities that you want to reach out to later, send one off emails/mass make emails with customization out of their names or accounts. I like the fact that Outreach has a wide array of functionality from email tracking, to email sequencing, detailing, and calendar integration. Great for development, great for monitoring tasks, great for strategically contacting individuals without having to manually compose thousands of emails. The interface is fresh, clean, and exceptionally inviting. Making calls in this platform is a breeze, and a truly enjoyable encounter. Extremely easy to send emails and log calls.

Occasionally it tends to be confounding. Training recently recruited employees to utilize the platform can be troublesome because of how intricate and broad the feature set is. The search functionality can be frustrating. To discover a lead you have to enter a lead's information exactly. The announcing could be more powerful, and automated. It is not the cheapest software out there, so email automation should be critical for your business. In the event that.

Outreach has saved my time by providing the most advanced features, through its association with calendar I always have the idea about the upcoming events and it becomes easy for me to better communicate with my team members for detailed discussions. It is so diverse in nature that I can carry out communication with multi channels for my product distribution, in this way I prioritize my next steps and that leads me towards success.
