What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
My success would not be possible if awareness raising was not part of my daily role as an STI. I like the automation of processes and the possibility of prioritizing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to track multiple contacts in one company, which I often have to do depending on our work schedule to ensure further DSP monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplify the process, give tips and ideas faster and don't let things fall apart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Vertical machines. Training is very useful since many things I just learned when they came to us for training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that this Internet tool is not only focused on sales. It consists of a management team and a task force. It focuses on international sales, which we need in order to be able to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't make you fail if nothing happens. A learning curve also exists. The sales must be ready to accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet solved the unreported problems, but I have realized that you cannot put more than one point of view in one order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take Time to fully appreciate the functions, hints and gimmicks to make the most of your instrument.

ability to separate tasks by calls/emails/inmails. allows for better time blocks, which helps me be more efficient

unable to sort by timezone. lots of bugs as i work through outreach where my cursor will skip up 5 lines without me doing anything

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach was pretty intuitive overall. Easy to set up cadences and have them be fully automated. Saved a ton of time in outbound sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most software, there will be times where connections to other software are glitchy. I would have to disconnect and reconnect our CRM integration a few different times since things wouldn't properly sync up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helped with outbound sales efforts. It allowed us to automate many things so that we could reach out to many people but also have custom aspects of each email (name, company, title, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
What I really love is that templates and email strings are integrated easily into my emails. I love it when a client opens or replies to my email. So I know he's online now and will answer my phone or the next one. Everything happens in real time, so it's easier for me to stay in touch with customers. And I love that my calendar can be coordinated with the CDR team and I can make more appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to make it very easy to add many users to one email template or Gmail sequence while recording an event. I also check on a regular basis so I need constant updates to ensure that I' m always up to date with the flow of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that can be solved is registering all correspondence and having records of all pivots of calls. It also smoothly introduces the autopsy into our sequences.

Take advantage of that! It features so much incredible functionality that every business needs and will save a lot of time and pressure that you will have to do everything manually!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and customize for any org. We have numerous sequences built out by segment and the platform makes it easy for our reps to keep things running smoothly. The LI and Call integration makes it really easy for our reps to live in one view and stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics could be better regarding positive and negative response rates but recognize that isn't their core value prop. I'd also like to see a little bit faster response time from support.

If possible it would be great to have an option to be able to randomize send schedule windows per sequence rather than delivered directly on the time you set every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating unproductive time where reps aren't selling and trying to keep track of sequences and prospects. We've been able to increase the productivity of our reps and incrementally improve our sequences within certain segments through their analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the potential to develop as well as automate sequences of one or maybe far more measures for the contacts of mine. This automatic email time management enables me to focus on the daily tasks of mine, while Outreach in a separate window It is like having a separate DTS with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
