What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create simple follow ups that keep me on task with my prospects. a big time saver is creating templates and creating reminders after I send out info. Also the meeting scheduler is a game changer. You can look at others calendars internally to make sure that they are available as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find bugs around the meeting scheduler. Sometimes it doesn't work or I have to restart it. Also, sometimes the search functionality isn't the greatest when searching for others templates and snippets. Other than that, I like everything I'm seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not letting things slip through the cracks with prospects. I always stay on task because I create reminders for myself to follow up. Also, creating content that is scalable but not too automated has been awesome with outreach. A lot of customization that you can do with the platform and the messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know it costs more than the other solutions, but you will get your money's worth. They have the best technology. Outreach is ahead of the competition. Just make sure that it fits what you need as you can probably find cheaper solutions if you need less functionality.

What do you like best about the product?

It is a very technical tool so it becomes difficult to manage numerous users and for the distributions of the tasks I have found it complex. Moreover its pricing policy needs negotiation and the demo they provide should include more features do that one can have better understanding of the product.

Outreach is very reliable, as I am not at all worried about any security issue regarding the data handling and I feel more collaborated with my team while working through this platform. I would like to be able to track multiple contacts in one company, which I often have to do depending on our work schedule to ensure further DSP monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that this Internet tool is not only focused on sales. It consists of a management team and a task force. It focuses on international sales, which we need in order to be able to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't make you fail if nothing happens. A learning curve also exists. The sales must be ready to accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet solved the unreported problems, but I have realized that you cannot put more than one point of view in one order.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach was pretty intuitive overall. Easy to set up cadences and have them be fully automated. Saved a ton of time in outbound sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most software, there will be times where connections to other software are glitchy. I would have to disconnect and reconnect our CRM integration a few different times since things wouldn't properly sync up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helped with outbound sales efforts. It allowed us to automate many things so that we could reach out to many people but also have custom aspects of each email (name, company, title, etc).
