Outreach

  • July 27, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach interface is very easy to use. Moreover, the communication technology in our interpersonal web group has been significantly changed, making it easier to control reports from an individual as well as a synergic perspective. It definitely includes new benefits/benefits that work perfectly, so you can quickly understand how to use them and support your current workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most things are done flawlessly, but here and there awareness is moderated by the provider. I also wanted to make it easier to follow a clear order and schedule, which directly determines the course of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This way you no longer have to ask who to contact and who to do something. There are many tools in the platform that allow me to do things more efficiently and in a shorter time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You probably can't imagine life without them. Interesting comment on the importance of the things you do. The steps you take are brilliant, but without your involvement in creating and manipulating the substance, you will not achieve the expected results.

The UX and UI were designed for Salespeople. Its what we call Sales-Proof.

The navigation and instant functionality with their dialer and Outreach engagement notifier made sales team works more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation to change the properties on a admin-level is difficult if you do not ask for help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach help streamline operations and sales flow.

Best Email Sequencing Tool I've Used

  • July 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is easy to use, easy to admin, and is a powerhouse of a tool for reps. I've used it as a rep and an admin, and they make keeping in contact with all prospects super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach support needs some work. They're not very responsive.
Custom Salesforce fields and Outreach fields have an insanely hard time integrating. You can only realistically integrate with standard Salesforce and Outreach fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to keep contact with all of our prospects, and it drastically increases the amount of emails we can send out, and the level of organization we keep in our contact.

Keeps You on Track

  • July 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Daily task reminders and the ability to see when your emails have been viewed by the recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel a bit tedious to set up sequences and keep track of contacts added to each sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved is organization and staying onn track with email cadences. The biggest benefit is that you will know if someone has opened or viewed your emailed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the licenses can be a bit pricey, you have to weigh the pros and cons. The insight Outreach provides will inevitably lead to more deals if your Sales reps are able to focus in on the prospects that are actually opening/viewing their emails. It's also invaluable to have tasks set out for your reps every single day. Takes the guess work out of where the rep is as far their cadences go.

Great Automation and Engagement Platform for Sales and Customer Success

  • July 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy navigation, visibility and efficiency of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
some processes could be simplified - for instance smart view filters can get complicated unless you have prior knowledge of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual outreach to current and prospective customers is all automated with outreach. I can bulk upload my targeted contacts, tailor messages quickly and place them into a sequence that will keep me on a consistent cadence with them. It provides accountability and consistency in work.

Good product for simple teams

  • July 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automatically sends successive e-mails to key and active callers. Recently, however, we have started using it to communicate with our existing customers and those who have just fainted. We now do not have to memorize sending emails, they are sent automatically and are marked in the Salesforce system. We can sending thousands of emails, or only a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point there is no significant slack. We've gone from nothing to amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is quickly responsible for our organization, keeps us in sync and simplifies the order of things. Using templates and scraps may be the only way to keep my inbox clean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach has made them easy to use and their repeatability has recognized the value that tools have brought them. Now, the Reps have a workflow that they can use from any angle, speeding up the construction of their creek.

Could be an AMAZING tool...but could also be better

  • July 17, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the purpose that OR services, my problem is that it's not easy to use or understand. I does help keep SD's and SDR's organized. Love the sneaky calling capabilities (i.e. being able to look like you are calling from a prospects area code).
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very good. They don't have a good mobile app and for sales people who are used to being on the go, that doesn't seem very realistic. More specifically it's really tough to drill down into reports and run certain filters. I also find it difficult to creat sequences. There's always weird error messages coming up and once you start a sequence it seems near impossible to stop it in it's tracks if you decide it's not effective and want to change it up. Once someone is in that sequence then it's tough to get them into another one. I will say I'm not entirely sure how much of this is settings that our organization has vs. being kinks with OR itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send sequences to many prospects at once, and see what type of engagement they are having (i.e. opening emails, clicking on links, etc.) which is a nice to have all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you look at all your options. Ease of use and being able to quickly execute sequences and manage them is so important in sales. I feel like that's lack in OR sometimes.

One of the most powerful sales automation tools you'll find

  • July 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Outreach at multiple organizations, and it is hands downs one of the most important tools you can invest in for your business development or sales teams. Not only does it offer robust automation for messaging, you also have the ability to easily A/B test messaging, which I frequently take advantage of to fine tune company messagings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Outreach, if there is one, is they offer a large number of functionality and tools. As someone who is just jumping into the platform for the first time, it can be a little overwhelming. For example, I joined an organization that had been using Outreach for a period of time, but they hadn't even scratched the surface on how to use the platform to optimize their business development efforts. When I joined and showed them how to take advantage of their built-in analytics, A/B testing, snippets, and custom variables, they soon realized all of the value Outreach offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using Outreach, I've been able to scale business development efforts, improve messaging, segment our audience, and create highly personalized/detailed sales outreach. With Outreach, you can make hyper-personalization scaleable, and you will see the results in your response and reply rates.

Outreach - Organizational Time Saver

  • July 16, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence sequence sequence! Following up on emails has never been easier and keeping track of accounts is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting settings leave a bit to desired. No ability to customize setting per meeting type and phone numbers aren't passed along when booking a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving client engagement in a real way. Each member of our team has ~100 onboarding accounts and we can manage them more effectively with Outreach.
