What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps us boost productivity. Build good cadences for Outreach and can operate as a light CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. Their latest update had a few hiccups, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building sales outreach to a high volume of customers. Being able to personalize and customize our sequences. It also makes it simple to track our performance with A/B testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that no prospects will be able to slip through the cracks. This means that Outreach tells you when you need to reach back out to prospects it will not let you forget about them. I think that the main hub is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the email box within Outreach could be expanded. It only provides a small window to edit your emails. On a laptop, this is even smaller than normal so it would be nice to be able to expand it to the entire window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like above, the problem of missing out on a prospect is being solved. Outreach helps SDRs stay organized and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
As someone that works in sales development, Outreach gives you great strength. Outreach is the number one resource as a DSP and I've access to it each day. I use Outreach to write and organize the cameras of mine and add several of the cameras I find in LinkedIn so I can book almost any meeting for the management of mine. Probably the most important feature of Outreach is its integration with Gmail, which enables me to swiftly add pre prepared answers to the template for incoming contacts. I love the ability to put in a link to the calendar of mine so folks are able to book ammount of time in the calendar of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limiting import of new contacts from CSV files can be a bit frustrating. At the moment I do not even have comments that are negative about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another feature that I like about Outreach is actually the reporting and analysis functions. The charts for outgoing mail tracking, opening click through rates and speeds are actually great, and these 2 features help me to be responsible and keep track of my manager's achievement and progress.

In the event that you would like to plan meetings, better organize the contacts of yours and potential customers and achieve greater sales success, think about using Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
For individuals that have a tons of contacts, Outreach is actually huge improvement and should be controlled. It also actually helps me to produce guides for frequently sent emails and never have to rewrite them. I also love that things are actually going smoothly on my Google account. It is everything on my Gmail panel, making it easy to use, and I do not need to go outside website to create probably the most of it. In the event that you would like to visit the Outreach page of yours, it's so easy to use and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing I do not love when everything goes very well. At times you will discover errors that result in Outreach to fail or even appear in my Google account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This resolves the time issue. Creating newer custom emails takes a quite a while. Organizing room to store guides saves me a great deal of time and makes it much easier to assist more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this particular sequence and guides since they are skinny. I have created specific emails with the proper communications for particular functions and as templates I cook the best email, so I can easily protect it and have the perfect email prepared when the best talk happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while we see problems with stability, but from some point of view we also see problems with data availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offers will be utilized for interaction, tracking and this helps to measure. Sending many important emails to the team and having the ability to determine the good results of this electric handshake is actually an excellent way to believe it's a good tool.

It is a great tool when you spend a lot of time managing your contacts. Configure it so that all your contacts are actually organized into the right accounts for future calls.

Sometimes connections can be delayed. But this can easily happen in our network.

What do you like best about the product?
The main features offered by Outreach are auto dialing, call recording, dash board, lead scoring, performance management, data management, call list management and many others. It is the best tool that enhances team communication and enhances productivity as well. There is a free trial present which can be very helpful for the customers. It is web/cloud based platform and works best for outbound sales. By using Outreach user can send sequence of emails and set the specific date and time to send it so it is very accurate. The best features that I like are templates and sequencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach doesn't integrate that much with other softwares. There is need of a mobile application so that work can be done from anywhere and anytime. It is not beginner friendly at all and the interface can seem complex for beginners. For those users who don't have a lot f background in this industry require a lot of time to learn it and they need to be patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is a platform that contains multiple features and solutions to problems. Due to its large number of features its pros outshine the cons. It simplifies the work and takes customizeability to the next level. It automates the sales strategy. The customer care is really great as they are responsive and friendly. They provide professional solutions to the problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach made it possible for me to see the way the day activities of mine include perspective. Before making use of Outreach, I sent out essential info like emails and phone calls, but for the actions of mine, performance is actually low. What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an amazing tool that has allowed me as well as my coworkers to be more productive in sales. The ability to plan e-mails in advance, as well as to track the prospects for a wider range of activities. Instead of actively managing them and focusing on them, which is great. It also helps me to organise myself with tasks that require further action, such as phone calls. I can keep track of open emails, and the frequency of clicks is also very important in determining which potential customers have more in common with the content I am going to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases I just want to make small changes to some very selective members of the sorting group, but to do this I need a reminder to receive planned emails before sending them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Outreach is a very productive tool, but it does not seem to have immediate automatic control. You can plan an email for more information, but you need to think through every detail to keep track of it, thus reducing the amount of automation available to the seller. Staff value.
