Key Efficiency Tool for our Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been a huge driver in efficiently keeping track of our day to day tasks as a team, our pipelines and eliminating unnecessary/unorganized navigation in our workflow. We are able to get more done and keep frequent communication with prospects without leaving anything off our radar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. Sometimes there are lags or efficiency errors but these are not limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realized the benefits of real-time metrics like best times to email, open, response and conversion rates across the board. Also solving the problems of forgetting about urgent tasks with a large pipeline of prospects.

Task flow efficiency is worth switching and getting familiar.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good to have the ability to automate a great deal of physical labor. From sending and receiving emails to listening and making to phone calls, you will find a lot of things you are able to do with no email. I love the point that I can concentrate on what's major and make use of the solution to prioritize the work of mine. It's pretty responsive in time that is real and enables you to get updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Email preparation could be confusing because the user interface could be bulky. Nevertheless, the pros and cons are much more important.

This enables us to build on the successes of ours and redefine the places in which we strive. You are going to be in a position to communicate and meet up with potential customers and customers. The platform is easy and pleasant to use. I like the ease of use and the fact that you can create sequences and automate specific tasks. Tracking email engagements is great because you can set specific details to reach people, and these details are very applicable to your responses and emails. Overall, I like how easy it is to use. The incredible benefits that Outreach offers are unrealistic. For our team to do all the work, automation is essential, and that's what Outreach does.

I would like to see them sorted by company or in alphabetical order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, in fact, is constantly evolving. If you receive an incoming notification after opening a window for a while, you will be in contact with someone who is active. Not only does it ensure smooth communication and contact, but it also creates consistency in sales and marketing, which is always an advantage.

Take the time to fully understand the tips, tricks, and features of the device to get the most out of it.

Ability to quickly get through calls and have them logged and recorded.

Sometimes calls don't record due to state laws.

Eliminating time between calls by being able to quickly move one to another. More appointments scheduled and improving from recorded calls.

User-friendly way to get in touch
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is easy to use. The interface is clean and I can always figure out what I need to do. Outreach has thought of everything from add-ons in G-Suite, to connecting to CRMs, to controlling outreach to contacts -- it is the most streamlined way to reach out to contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Outreach yet

Getting in touch with key users at my accounts, without overwhelming them and without spending too much time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to mass import prospects straight from Salesforce and send emails in a timed out sequence

glitchy at times, sometimes people are auto-opted out, even when they didn't opt out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual contact with clients is now organized. Ability to see when a document is read is huge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a look. Great integration capabilities, and besides a few glitchy moments, has been a very reliable way for me to prospect, or keep in touch with clients.

My settings seem to change out of the blue. Don't love that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily coldcalling and reaching out through email sequences to prospects. Massive time saver. Most of the outreach is on autopilot.

Make sure to go through the trainings. There is a lot I don't use in Outreach that I could and would make my experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
Building sequences is very straightforward and easy. The integrations with LinkedIn are a nice feature. The fact that everything gets logged in SFDC is a must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to test a sequence without having it go through at the normal pace (i.e. it would be nice to "play" a sequence at 4X speed, so I can see what the prospect would see and what the errors might be.
I wish there were more integrations for other social touches: Twitter follows, etc.
Would be great if there was an intent integration (a la Bombora or something). The ability to surface anonymous website visits would also be nice.

Helping our AEs and SDRs prospect at scale. Getting everything recorded in SFDC.
The sales team is able to reach more prospects with less manual effort. We can track when the last touch is in SFDC so prospects don't go cold. We can also ensure that messaging is consistent across all reps (rather than each one creating their own sequence).

What do you like best about the product?
A intuitive and simple user interface. In case you try hard enough, you are able to obtain many different email sequences. Then delete the touch depending on the address book status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sequence stops without a warning. It is going to be extremely helpful in later versions, since there's no warning in case something happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overlook is rather high. Better messaging, better synchronization, etc. Everything is actually much better and the business is actually worth it.

I learned a great deal about Outreach in the first sales work of mine, and it was simple to realize.

What do you like best about the product?
The application of Outreach guidance is incredibly user-friendly. After the training stage, it was very easy to put up an e mail campaign in the background, realizing that I can see clearly, without having to definitely manage a huge selection of e mails. The simple fact that this particular sequence is easily stopped when the client responds makes me feel a lot better when I use the client/spyware application rather than delivering unwanted spam to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trusting the method to immediately send emails has taken me some time and stopped when I was responding, followed me when I left, and tried once again, though I am happy I did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My ad hoc work has definitely helped me to acquire new ground and develop a lot of new areas in the role of mine. Every day I'd a lot more perspectives than I might do myself, and I experienced warmth in referring to something beneficial and speaking about it so I would concentrate on the most fascinating perspectives.

I believe the info actions are actually a great tool which may be applied in any sales organisation. As a new ATS with quite little experience, some of the successes of mine could be linked to fieldwork.
