It's a super easy interface with easy to use outbound automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a ton of possible rules to set if your trying to use it for certain drip campaigns for like an app, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great outbound tool. Could also double up as a makeshift CRM in a crunch.

Great for Prospecting

  • June 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Outreach primarily for prospecting, and my favorite feature is that is shows when someone has opened, or clicked on any links in your emails. It makes it extremely helpful when following up to see if you were able to reach them before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, sometimes the dashboard is a bit overcrowded with too much information. I also wish that my notes for each contact were more easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makings a prospecting job so much easier. You just go through your list of calls and emails and outreach keeps track of everything. Its easy to use too.

The website is super helpful for work but at times does make it difficult to get work done.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it does keep me organize and makes it easier for me to get work done. It helps when it comes to reaching out to multiple people at a time while also being able to keep track of who I am calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it does work slowly or act up in the sense that I can't add people to sequence or it won't connect when I am trying to call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization is on point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is most definitely worth using especially when your job requires you to call and email mass amounts of people. It keeps me organized in a way I didn't think possible

Scheduling messages to be sent at a certain time.

  • June 22, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic sequencing is very useful when searching for activity and the ability to schedule specific dates, times and intervals. It provides you much more control. You can track your navigation, open and click, and multiple checkboxes for tasks, combined with the fact that Gmail integration as well as an automatic tracking feature and writing is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its schedule feature delays the delivery of specific emails you need to send immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capacity for scheduling messages to be sent at a certain time stands you may plan what it means you can communicate without thinking about it and automatically continue to do so The same applies to steps and activities. The benefits of real-time measurements, like the most proper time of day to send emails worldwide, are recognized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Track activity and prioritize your contacts more effectively by identifying active contacts. This reduces the time it takes to set it up. Help to achieve a basic level of personalization when sending messages.

Can't live without it

  • June 18, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automated follow-ups, everything in one place, organized tasks, collaboration, scheduling emails to go out later
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I rely on this for all of my outreach, it's a huge blocker when it's down. There's SOO many customizations for rulesets and schedules, it gets a bit overwhelming when first looking at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all conversations with prospects, making sure our team isn't reaching out to the same person, organizing tasks for the week and setting email goals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend scheduling a demo and making sure it has everything your team needs. The customization aspects are over the top, a bit overwhelming, but it's great to have so many options.

Useful for Automation and Tracking

  • June 17, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sequences is very helpful when it comes to campaign prospecting, being able to schedule by a specific date and time or interval gives you more control. This paired with the ability to track views, opens and clicks, as well as the flagging of people who open more than once with a task, makes prioritisation of tasks easier when prospecting large numbers.

The integration with Gmail and automatic tracking and recording of emails is a great benefit.

A/B testing function on emails and campaign insights have helped drive efficiency in outbound prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of LinkedIn/Sales Nav integration can sometimes slow down certain steps by requiring double entry of certain information. Also, the scheduling feature can slow down sending certain emails which you want to send out immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being able to track campaigns more effectively and identify actively engaged contacts it has reduced the time taken to prioritise contacts in sequence. It has also helped with basic levels of personalisation in messaging.

The ability to schedule emails to go at a specific time means you can reach out at less popular times without having to remember to complete the steps manually, the same goes for automatic follow ups.
