Best Sales Tool for SDRs/AEs!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to love about Outreach! Some of my top favorite features are having a list of tasks to accomplish and focus on in the beginning of the day, a feature to remind you when someone doesn't respond to your email, and being able to use "snippets" to quickly compose emails you send often. I seriously cannot live without this tool now!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Outreach. The only bad thing is also a good thing as well: there are just so many features! I haven't taken the time to get to know every single feature in Outreach because there are TONS. I've found the ones I love and can't live without and have been sticking to those, but I need to take the time to explore what else this powerful tool has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes the manually part of sales more automatic and helps you reach people, complete tasks, and respond to emails at scale. It's a must have tool if you're looking to scale your business/sales team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try Outreach with your sales team if you are considering it and I guarantee they will prefer it over anything else!
Necessary and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I find that I lean on Outreach more and more for automating my task workflow. I'm working across platforms that probably do similar things, but I find I am more comfortable with Outreach than any other. It's a very powerful tool that I have grown to rely on for automating my sequences and reporting. Making phone calls is easier, especially with the ability to take notes while on the call. I also couldn't live without the Outreach anywhere extension as it displays within Salesforce, this is so nice! I've used Outreach with and without integrations at various companies. The more I use it, the more I learn and the more I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching can be a difficult task but a lot of this depends on how you set it up in the beginning. Establishing best practices early on for prospect information is a must, especially if you're integrated between multiple systems. I also wish I had more control over some options/actions in triggers; I'd like to be able to get more granular with specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has been wonderful for tracking both inbound and outbound efforts. It's helped us keep an eye on what is performing well and what isn't, and was especially helpful in managing a small team (but would be even better scaling up!). Being able to create templates and keep things uniform across SDRs was necessary and cut down on time wasted on repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, using Outreach brings insight into how my daily activities engage prospects. Before using Outreach, I had basic data such as calls logged and emails sent, but very little insight into the efficacy of my actions. By highlighting prospect engagement at different steps in the sequence and sorting prospects by level of engagement, I'm able to replicate messaging and strategy that has proven successful. Without tracking prospect engagement, being an SDR can feel like working in a call center. But these metrics and detailed conversion metrics help me recognize how I'm a valuable member of the sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have issues with duplicate or un-logged tasks when operating on the main dashboard vs the salesforce integration. Keeping up with activity gets confusing when calls made from one dashboard are not integrated with "tasks due" or the sequence I'm operating out of. This causes confusion when viewing activity for a prospect and one call made is logged 2-3 times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me realize which emails resonate with prospects. This allows me to tweak my messaging and learn which problems my prospects are eager to solve. Automated sequences take the manual work out of keeping up with where prospects are in the sales cycle. I'm also able to send 50% more emails a day using templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used Salesloft as an SDR at my last corporation before moving companies and switching to Outreach. I can say Outreach is definitely a more powerful tool with more detailed functionality. This value is even noticeable on an SDR level.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to create multiple sequence depending on who we are targeting. Also the reply/open rates are very important because it allows my team to see what messaging works best.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Outreach is the amount of tickets that we need to submit. Outreach support is good at resolving issues we have, but it seems like every other week there is an issue with the software that slows down our teams productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to Finance/AP personnel to better understand organizations processes when it come to AP invoicing and expense reporting. Outreach allows us to call and sequence our contacts/leads directly from our CSM outreach. Outreach is one of the most efficient prospecting tools I have ever used and my team wouldn't be able to function at the level we are without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have either Salesloft of Outreach then you need to check them out.
Makes follow up a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it so easy to follow up emails to prospects. Once I enter their contact info, I can sent an email - New or template and follow up automatically in 3,4 or 5 days from that same email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sequences they create are not right for my business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was spending a ton of time following up on past emails. Like who did I email last week and did they respond. Now that's automated and frees up HOURS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a demo. Test it with a couple key sellers that are heavy prospectors. And have names they are ready to upload and test.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to send out hundreds of emails a day! It maximizes your prospecting efforts and helps keep you very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often lately, there have been outages and/or slowness with some functionality. The support team is usually fairly quick to resolving such issues. But the constant outages can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not be able to prospect quickly or efficiently without Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I can blast out emails every week without having to manually enter anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach almost never finished prospects in a sequence after they reply. I have a sequence and have had almost 40 replies and I think only 1 of them finished out in the sequence without me manually doing it.

Email automation. Gives me bandwidth that I don't otherwise have.

its a great tool for not only prospecting but a great user interface and easy to see all the daily activity as well as future activity. Very easy way to keep you organized and fully on top of daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where the servers are not working but the friendly customer service always at hand makes up for that and always finds the resolution to the problem in a quick, swift manor

daily organization is a huge problem solved. it has helped me stay on top of simple tasks that might have slipped through the cracks if i didn't utilize this tool.

it is a no brainer. I have utilized similar tools in my past work experience and nothing has even come close to matching what this tool is capable of.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to start off this review by saying that I really enjoy the tools that Outreach offers and the design of the app. Their customer support is good and issues seem to be resolved within the day. I do not know how I would do my job without this tool. Maybe there are less buggy alternatives but all things considered I have had a positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there have been some times that it is buggy. Example include, calls failing, only being able to sequence on prospect at a time, and email sequences not going through. Being an SDR, time is of the essence and I have had a couple days where it has dramatically decreased my productivity dealing with some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing large quantities. Leveraging colleague's sequences. Analytics from sequences. Changing your phone number to local area code and back to your cell.
