Integration with Salesforce is a dream.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me to become a specialist on my selling system. I create e-mail models, meeting forms, sequences and advertising funnel by way of contact from my snippets. This is built to let me try several things at a time to figure out what works best to me and my process or business. Each is special, which customizes me best for the unit.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are able to contact inbound email respondents when you notice more than one respondent in the file. I wish I could click on a button, then import every person to an email chain as a touch. Currently, multiple communications can be edited simultaneously. For a single action of multiple seconds / actions, I have to be able to integrate contacts quicker, then synchronize them to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly figure out who I called, who I'm contacting, and with whom I have to speak. This ensures I am able to control my e-mail flow and ultimately contribute to income-producing acts. Using custom sequences built for custom models, I am prepared to create a lot better advertisement funnel compared to the colleagues. The capacity to compare information is perfect for seeing in the email funneling system where bottlenecks exist.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a key feature of every business with a prospect and mass / bulk contact. Using Outreach and Salesforce, you can create any effective advertising enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit is being able to build sequences that standardise and automate SDR outreach. This has allowed us to ensure consistent messaging and touch points are made to each account.

All of the sales activity syncs with Salesforce which allows us to build better reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. There are a few features that are bit difficult to use (ie. having to use syntax to create smart list views).

One thing I would like to see is the ability to view marketing insights on a prospect record. If Outreach could integrate with Marketo to surface web activity that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Outreach helped us solve was allowing our small SDR team (3 people) to prospect into a more accounts without losing any consistency with messaging or sales activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company relies on Outbound Prospecting, then Outreach is the best tool to increase efficiency and grow pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent solid product that does its job well
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process itself, the way contracts are sent in the middle of the night so you can't tell it's going to auto-renew, their billing department and how they charge for things for 12 months that nobody is actively using. The customer support takes days if they get back.
Then they make you create a separate login for billing, which didn't even have the correct login credentials for our first year of service.
They just have shady business practices. Honestly, Outreach has the worst onboarding experience and customer service of any SaaS company I have added or interacted with in the last 15 years of being in tech and that spans hundreds of companies. We are cancelling our service, not due to the product, but due to the arrogance and culture of taking customers for granted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated sales follow up. Does a good job in that department.

Couldn't live without Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing amount of benefits Outreach provides is unreal. Automation is key to allowing our teams to accomplish everything on their to-do lists, and that is just what Outreach allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach would integrate with Autopilot, but that's a very small complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to contact our key targets, and do it well, is a key benefit. It not only allows for seamless communication and touchpoints but creates more sales and marketing alignment, which is always a benefit.

Automation that really works

What do you like best about the product?
The level of automation for all my sequences is very efficient. I like the 360 view and how every morning I know what to do by seeing it all on my dashboard. The the daily reports help me to automatize my to-do list of the day.
The chrome extension lets you work on the go, is a little distracting sometimes but you can actually work in real time and get connected to the other sales applications. It really does complete your sales enablement tools.
The Crunch base news on the prospects view is fantastic, I would recommend to add a google news gadget or something more general in the term of news to be on top of the company of my prospects whenever i have to call them. Sometimes I just have 1 minute to prepare the call and this will be super helpful.
Another great feature is the calendar and how I can see the calendar of my team, like this I know their availability if we were to have joint meetings. This is actually the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not that dislike something but I would definitely love if it were more visual if any. I feel is too plain but because Im very visual.

I have the opportunity to touch more accounts in less time. I can see my team's sequences and adapt mine, AB testing and get the best results out of it. I love metrics so Im constantly on top of it and tweaking whats working whats not.

Excellent tool to be on top of your outbound reach and contacts.

Outreach: A fantastic sales tool for your business

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself gives me a great and clear way to direct a sales team toward reaching targets. The design is simple and easy to understand and management to direct us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there could be more options for watching workers performance and statistical data. I think it would be nice to be able to have Q&A teaching sessions on how to optimise the machine learning aspect of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving the problem of worker efficiency and building a solid framework for our sales team to make more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and triggers we can set up that integrates with our CRM SDFC
What do you dislike about the product?
The rulesets and triggers are a bit cumbersome when you have a global deployment. If you do not have a dedicated admin or team in place issues can quickly arise once you hit 200+ users

Prospecting & deal progressions for our sales teams
- increased activities and # of contacts engaged
- scheduling meetings
- mutual close plans for sales and customers

Visibility, data / analytics, messaging cadence, tracking, integrations with your current tech stack, just to name a few
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. They check all the boxes for an organization who is searching for the most effective sales enablement tool.

More time back to focus on selling, not needing to set reminders or worry about forgetting to follow up, what’s working with my outbound efforts and what’s not

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to create workflows for different scenarios. I love the split testing option and how you can rely on Outreach to perform an A/B split test and turn off the less successful template once it has a certain level of certainty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a more in depth training on data behind outreach and how to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to save time, not let prospects slip between the cracks and it helps us organize our day.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the responsiveness of Outreach to provide tools that will really benefit us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to mention something I dislike but maybe as an owner of a small company I'll need some notion for a smaller budget than a larger company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see that I can give a great tool to my Team and myself to be more efficient in closing sales and help customers.
