We are solving the struggle of finding names to sell to and cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
Email template storage allowing for easy sharing throughout your team and company for a variety of outreach needs. Effective organization of events both completed and needing to be completed. Ease of us and a wide variety of features for any scenario that may face a sales professional during sales processes. Connects well with outlook!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email opening tracker can be unreliable due to firewalls or disabled attachment downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a cadence for cold calls and reconnecting with warm leads. Being able to prioritize "high" and "lower" level tasks. Ease of lining up tasks for schedules call sessions to avoid clicks and keep time on the phones maximized. Very adaptable and adjustable to your needs.

Highly recommended for all sales professionals. Key tool for success.
Breaking sales and mktg data silos with lasers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the use of the tech in multiple areas including its ability to give programmatic access as well as the UI of the front end since it’s ease of use is incredible. The product has added likely 50-80 extra salespeople for every rep we have (from ISRs to BSRs and everyone in between including technical sales). We are adding our own AI models to our dataset but we love the integrations and gamification added to the platform especially with what we needed at the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing should scale to our users and there should be on-demand pricing as well as add on pricing strategies. We also wish that there were more features surrounding enriching sales enablement and scaling out our playbooks. We are trying to create a single pane of glass dashboard but the best thing you can do is use APIs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the nurturing portion as well as optimizing the sales on our reseller / channel partners side. A huge use case is in allowing our sales team to have more things they can accomplish and ways in which they can provide value in the long run. There are so many benefits but for one, when using this software, we saw over a 4x increase in revenue even while dealing with the COVID pandemic
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add content more often into the system and use every feature. The resources and tutorials are essential but we wish we used every tiny element in our sales. We saw incredible improvements and the benefits were enormous but we know that the outcome could’ve been so much more
Cadence worth it's weight in gold
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Outreach Sequences provides the cadence necessary when working outbound calls/emails. I have found that a combination of calls/emails/linkedin outreach has improved my ability to successfully connect with those I would like a connection.
Great to be able to measure results, utilize AB analytics. In the past it was all about a spreadsheet and a calendar - With Outreach there is still the flexibility you desire, but the accountability we all need to succeed.

Can't say there is anything I don't like... sometimes there are 'bandwidth" issues - but that's more external network and less "Outreach" ability to do the job.

great for Organization and continuity. In the past - there was a lot of time spent navigating spreadsheets - uploading information - manual check lists and manual reporting. - enjoying the automation, and the ease of moving data from one source to another. Great Time Saving!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it extremely easy to maintain key touches with your prospects and customers. This helps teams to stay organized for follow ups with phone calls, automated emails, and more. It takes the burden of staying on top of this off of the sales reps so they can focus on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is great. If the system is down or slow it can slow us down a bit but issues are typically resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have speed our process for follow up, automated emails from BDR's and AE's and made it easy for them to drive activity which leads to increased pipeline and sales. This has saved them time, ensured they are speaking with customers and prospects on a regular basis and helped make it personal as well. It is also a great help to build sequences coordinating with marketing efforts.

Outreach made SDR's activity increase exponentially. It is a more efficient system to automate tasks than anything else out on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard didn't display all that helpful of information.

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to do everything that I need to do in my day from one app. I can make calls, send emails, and track all my metrics seamlessly. I can easily add contacts from SFDC into sequences and customize touches. I can also log call outcomes and notes in the tool and it'll automatically sync with SFDC. I spend more time on selling and less on housekeeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool but it can be extremely glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps should be spending the most time on what they do best, selling. Outreach enables our reps to spend the most time on activities that drive value by automating repetitive tasks. It also integrates with our tech stack so that everything is synced and there are no redundancies.
Realistic tool to optimize sales results.
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing how the team is always working to develop the app. It's a really realistic tool to optimize sales results - A / B checking should be a must! For management, balance sheet meetings are relevant not only at the individual level, but also at the team level. Outreach is the perfect platform for incorporating CRM directly into your existing setup, with several additional features! Our CRM is the perfect method to get the customer relationship management closer together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not appreciate this situation because I can't pick which emails I'll get in the future. But it looks like we're going to be able to do it soon!

Improving the performance of sales staff. You can monitor and test the effectiveness of your emails, so you can be sure that you're still running the best campaigns. Take the sales team to the courtroom. Easily increase the outgoing team's amount of calls. Please seek a new email design.

Its accessibility and user experience is at the highest level, as you can see on the website.
Expensive, but reliable tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are very sensitive. My questions were answered easily by e-mail. The device is well integrated with the Salesforce program. Once the sales manager responded to the email, it was immediately forwarded to Salesforce. The app really works like a decent CRM to know who's been approached and where the opportunity is. Both e-mails and communications will be preserved in the announcement folder. In addition to understanding, data processing is streamlined and the sales process is optimized. It is the best sales marketing tool to enable sales reps to concentrate and sustain sales dynamics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to set up a collaboration among Salesforce or Outreach, but I feel the basic steps would work. However, there is no need for synchronization. When I did a similar procedure, the platform often did not accept the return email prospectus.

This is an easy way to send mass emails, and it gives you a guide to follow. There are many advantages of keeping track of your emails that are sometimes missed when you use an email marketing tool like Outreach.

If you may afford it, it's very costly, give it a try.
