Simple and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience of the user is very simple and intuitive. The support team is very sensitive and Gmail integration is great. You can easily monitor several campaigns and e-mails and receive updates for different activities and projects. The headset is a way to control your everyday activities and automatically transfer most of the emails you transfer to your account / company using selected filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending e-mails can be hard to handle. It's not included in the salesforce, as far as I know. To be honest, I didn't like much about it or its apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach will be the location where you handle your email campaigns, promotions, projects and everyday activities. I can talk methodically, restrict the amount of rain and keep order. I may do more work and analysis than any other thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This service has been developed quite a lot. I didn't want to use it before, but when I was able to use it properly, my success and productivity improved considerably.

Making your life better.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is making life better. Instead of continually making reminders and writing entry notes, I see all activities in focus and can quickly filter prospectuses and clients by region. The consistency of context and the specifics of emails that are opened and addressed is very fantastic. The email plug-in helps you to manage emails very quickly without needing to compose them on the website. Outreach Speech is really simple to set up and then use from an administrator's viewpoint. Our account manager is always open, so if we have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lists and navigation are not intuitive-they're continually evolving, but it may be challenging to grasp which list I'm aiming at or how I can search the list to reach the accounts or insights I'm searching for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to tackle a theoretical dilemma in order to concentrate on consistency problems. Sight has solved this question in one hour. Now we're working on quick clips and can do A / B checks, open / print files, so don't be afraid to lose stuff through cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you need a resource that offers you: greater exposure by insight and calculation, as well as usability / consistency and excellent communication efficiency – outreach is certainly the right method!

Sending personalized emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience of the user is very simple and intuitive. Very timely response of the support team, perfect incorporation with Gmail. I may handle multiple email sequences / campaigns easily with reminders of particular actions and products. A console is a manner of managing your daily activities and to automate most of the messages sent to your account / company based on any filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending individual emails may be challenging to manage. As far as I know, this has not been integrated into Fresh Sale. Honestly, there isn't much to be disliked or featured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach will be the location for managing your marketing campaigns, workpapers, activities and day-to-day activities. It helps me to speak in an organized way, and it helps me to limit what escapes through cracks. In view of my other responsibilities, I could do more research and study and work with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The item has changed quite a bit. It wasn't something I used to like, but there were times when I became able to significantly increase my productivity and efficiency thanks to the ability to use the features correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best email campaign automation tool I've ever utilized. I don't hold much experience, but the results are good. I like the way these visions are uploaded to Outreach and synchronized with Salesforce, and I like the way the AB movement is very easy to test. I like the management of the tasks of many markers, especially those with range. I like to look at performance metrics as well as open results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service staff has worked hard to solve this problem, even though we tried to add a fake email name to the system. In the end we managed to do it all. I would like to be able to add perspective more easily and report at the same time; I would like the Windows version to be so unwieldy that it doesn't have to be a completely separate task management window; I would like to be able to manage both the Outreach and Salesforce extensions in Gmail/Gsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation. Track your performance and manage your orders. Track your incoming orders and create additional orders.

Before activating your email campaign, make sure everything is set up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an amazing invention which has amazing integration with several other products such as Salesforce, Zoominfo and many more. It has made setting up and connecting to our precious data so easily. It is really a good opportunity for communicating with staff members. I availed the opportunity of free trial of Outreach and afterwards I became a big fan of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is incredibly fantastic platform with no defects at all. There is nothing threatening it. There is nothing difficult in it. It works so smoothly. I never come across any sort of glitches that I have to mention here. It is really doing a great job and I have no complaints about it to highlight here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest pro is that it is easier way of tracking emails. It also makes us aware about the number of times the particular prospect has viewed the emails. It has introduced easy ways of finding information. It is not only easy to use but also helps us a lot in keeping up-to-date with the internal and external environment of organization.

I think every organization must have this amazing product. It consists of so many interesting capabilities that will be helpful for companies a lot. It is really a good initiative for running business.

Effective tool for automation

What do you like best about the product?
This unique product has solved all my issues regarding marketing campaigns because it readily creates effective campaigns to ensure all my marketing pipelines are appropriate. I prefer is its ability to create meaningful connections, generating more and more pipelines on a daily basis. I really like the way in which it helps in streamlined lead management, effortless email marketing solutions that helps in making my marketing procedures really impressive and also to build smart data driven program of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole software is so comprehensive that it is not easy to teach other workers and takes several hours to truly teach to someone in the company so they can understand the software as a whole. Sometimes, it becomes difficult for me to create lists in it and to send emails takes time. Finally, there is a need for improvement in re-arrangement of its features for easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like analytics and reporting tools that enable me to unravel insights to better understand or interpret campaign performance and also to adapt quickly. Moving forward this unique product enables me to leverage KPIs and success metrics that I need for a quick glimpse at a campaign's health and also helps in automation and segmentation to streamline lead management in the best way and also to bring about the intelligent lead generation as well. So, all these features make my experience more reliable by each passing day.

It permits me to get respected data from the emails sent and more importantly the clients who opened and cooperated with the emails. Must give it a try you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach offers me a huge help in dealing with B2B marketing automation and lead management processes with higher efficiencies. Apart from this I really love its marketing and sales features that help me in deploying and handling my issues and also to make my company’s revenue and also to improve its efficiencies to a greater extent. Overall its Customer support is also providing efficient services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its steep learning curve and intuitiveness is very poor and it took a long time to seek out what things are where. There are certain limitations within automation rules for several variable updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dozens of features that it provides few of them are my most favorite because they support me in any type of condition like it gives relevant insights from the CRM data from which I can easily build intelligent and more targeted campaigns. Also I can make these campaigns more effective in creating new leads and speeding up my sales cycle. Moreover, this platform enables me to create the exact customer experience that I want through flexible and powerful software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is best designed for those companies which want to interact with multiple sources out on different levels and to an array of individuals. The reporting systems of this software have unparalleled ability to plan several campaigns within the program.

What do you like best about the product?
i can set up a sequence for a prospect and not feel like they won't slip through the cracks. What probably a big game changer is being able to see when your email has been opened, in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to have a contact in the upload to set the prospect into a sequence. There may be something that I'm missing when uploading the CSV, which would sound about right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes bulk uploads are a hassle but it may be a user error. Other than that, hard to think of something I have a problem with using Outreach,

Not only is it great for tracking calls and emails but it is wonderful to help keep your day planned out and keep you on track.

Great application

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about outreach is that it is always running in the background. It acts in a way that almost allows me to fully SDR myself so I can focus on closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have some troubles with the integration with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using outreach to auto send out emails to prospective clients for meetings.

Good solution, easy to use in all ways, but the reporting could be a lot better

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sequence creation and content collaboration. I also really like the chrome extension to help me make calls when I'm inside Salesforce or other systems a like.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting on specific things is very hard to do. The reporting feature, in general, doesn't provide much insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing my reach when outbounding. It's also a great tool to use as an autodialer since its an extension inside of Salesforce as it logs calls and emails the moment you send them.

I take a more personalized approach in my outreach to prospects but I wouldn't be nearly as successful in booking new meetings if it wasn't for Outreach's ability to send out hundreds of emails at once that have a somewhat personalization feel.

I don't utilize all the functionality for personalization so I'm sure I could even maximize what I'm already doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's pretty obvious that there are two solutions you should consider when looking for Sales Automation/Enablement solutions like Outreach - I'd recommend getting Outreach or Salesloft.

However, there are some smaller players that are up and coming that I don't know much about.
