Outreach made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is integrated with SalesForce so it helps me a lot whenever I contact my clients. I'm able to have an easier task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing about Outreach that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outrecah helps me reach out to my clients easily. I am able to send emails as efficient as I can and I can also carry out my tasks easier.
Excellent Sequencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate and customize your prospecting is best in class. We moved from Salesloft to Outreach and saw better auto-sequencing functionality.
We also had an amazing implementation partner from Outreach. Vincent was super organized and kept us on track with a tight timeline. It took us about two months to implement.
Support is also pretty responsive. They've been able to answer about 90% of my tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability for admins to report on errors could be improved. It's not super easy to export lists from Outreach.
The Outreach chrome extension is a bit buggy. You sometimes have to turn off your extensions and turn them back on to make sure it works. But this is more of an issue with competing cookies than any functionality on Outreach's part.

Outreach is helping us automate prospecting and glean insights on the best email templates and talk tracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, documenation and support are spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to figure out why things are not synching. But, once you get support involved, the solution is soon at hand.

Steamlining and accelerating the process of reaching out to large numbers of leads at scale, and the ability to highly personalize leads that are higher priority.

What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR, everything I need to be successful when prospecting is available to me through Outreach. From past opp history, call recording, tagging across multiple data points, and integrations, Outreach is hands down thee best platform out there. There are a number of features that enable everyone from BDRS, AE, and marketing to do their job effectively.

Nothing, this platform is the absolute best! Nothing matches the intuitive, easy to use and effective tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of having to invest in multiple technologies to achieve successful prospecting. By having one solution that I can access several data points, coaching, gain intelligence and performance activity, I'm able to cut down my time of researching across the tech stack for information and focus more time on prospecting and pipeline
A high End Outreach Software That Delivers the Bang for its Buck
What do you like best about the product?
The standout feature of Outreach is its robust automation of sales engagement processes. The platform's ability to organize and prioritize tasks ensures that sales reps follow up with leads and opportunities at the most opportune times. Additionally, its analytics and reporting capabilities provide valuable insights into sales activities, helping to refine strategies and improve performance over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users might find that Outreach has a steep learning curve due to its extensive features and functionalities. This can lead to a longer onboarding process for sales teams. Additionally, the software can be quite complex, which might be overwhelming for smaller teams or businesses that do not require such a high level of sales automation. There have also been mentions of occasional glitches and the need for more intuitive integrations with other CRM platforms to streamline data syncing and usability. It is also on the pricier end of softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using the software, it was beneficial in making the sales outreach process much easier. It is very useful in automating the whole propsecting process and intrgrates very nicely with the Salesforce CRM. It is also very easy and intuitive to use, making sequences is a very straightforward process and doesn't require too many efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our CRM and Calling tool. The UI is easy to use and navigate. It's a helpful tool to keep my team on track with their tasks and prospect relationship management. Helpful and attentatie customer support and robust Knowledge Base.

I do wish there was a way to de-dupe and merge records.

It is giving visbility into what our Sales team is doing with activities, sequences, messaging and engagement. It helps them keep on track with consistent outreach and communication and helps us manage our prospects and their journey.
Dependable dialer and cadence tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly functional and as-advertised. Intuitive for end-users and admins alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for the Salesforce Integration User license type. Needs a full Salesforce user for an integration user.

Provides a cadence tool with auto-entry criteria and a built in dialer, allowing our sales team to engage with high volumes of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI. Its so easy to use and convinient that anyone can get a knack of it quickly. It has loads of features which are very useful in day to day activities. It is a primary part of our daily workflow. and workes well with other tools like zoominfo.

Sometimes its overwhelming as it has lots of features.

It is a great tool to create a professional company database. We have all the details of Target addresible markets and can easily reach out to them via email sequences and calls. It helps a lot in prospecting and creating lead profiles.
