Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize tasks, sequences, and connect with customers on Outreach is fantastic. I have never used a system to communicate with clients that optimized my workflows and productivity to this magnitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Outreach for a little bit over a month, so I might be using certain features incorrectly. For example, sometimes I make my calls directly through the phone feature and it doesn't always display the name for who I am calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is making an organized plan of attack when connecting with clients. The benefits I have realized are having a centralized system to guide my schedule.
Great tool for sales teams of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automated cadence feature that allows you to come close to removing all admin work as a sales person and focus on the skill aspect of the jobs which is customer interactions. All aspects are data oriented so you can compete against teammates or yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the glitches that happen frequently. It is tough as an admin to consistently reach out to their support team when one of my hundred plus sales members are having system issues. Also wifi must be compatible or else calling function is down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to a large group of prospects and managing on boarding of customers is benefitted by outreach as we can automate triggers for specific sequences to reach specific customers and prospects.

Almost Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create triggers and add prospects to sequences and update fields based on field updates is a huge help. It is great to be able for our sales reps to set a sequence of calls and emails and be able to manage hundreds of prospects, whereas, without Outreach, this was impossible at such a scale
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to accommodate dependent picklists from SFDC is a huge miss. Most companies want to have required information if they disposition a lead a certain way, yet Outreach has no native method of doing so. We have to come up with an ugly solution to resolve this shortfall. It is also a bummer that triggers can only be fired once on an update, so if a prospect matches multiple criteria, it will still only go through one trigger and then removed until the next update. This makes the order of triggers incredibly important but also incredibly dangerous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need to hit as many prospects with consistent messaging to create awareness. It is very helpful to have campaign members enter into Outreach and be sent to a specific sequence based on the campaign they are a part of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is great if you have a very simple workflow, however, more complex workflows require a lot of 'hacking' and configuration to get the necessary outcome

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the tool; there's lots of ways to customize it, and the fact that it links to our Salesforce is great. We also love how easy it is to take metrics and keep track of sales successes is; the dashboards are very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no integration from Outreach to SF (so creating a contact in Outreach doesn't make a contact in SF). I also wish that we would have a better tool for transferring contacts en masse from SF to Outreach. When we have tried to bulk transfer in the past, some would error out because they were already created in Outreach but we would have no way of knowing which ones. So a better, more customizable importing tool, for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issues was assigning daily tasks to our sales team and monitoring those daily tasks. With Outreach, assigning is usually very easy and we can easily see the progress our team is making. It's made our sales process a lot easier.
Sequences and cadences at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that you are able to add a lot of contacts into one sequence or cadence in one sitting
What do you dislike about the product?
Unclear user interface and not a lot of training or support offered

The ability to reach out to the company at scale with consistent and multiple touches

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. You can view all of the items related to your goals, your sales, and you can organize them for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you need an organization and have to pay the license. If you want to make a change, you need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to track mail and engage with the clients.
Outreach is okay
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that all of the tasks are on the home page in a unified place and that they are prioritized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like sometimes that there is so much going on that it's not entirely very intuitive, but that could just be user error. The software is capable of doing a lot but it can be way too much to keep up with when new updates and features come out. I feel like the user interface could be cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to prioritize different tasks and set reminders. Being able to track opens is also a wonderful game changer and how it connects with gmail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be challenging to digest all of the functionality at once so take the time to properly train yourself on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization available around the campaigns and ability to easily share templates with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most intuitive. Would be great to have a chat feature where you can ask questions when you get stuck or easy to follow step by step guides. or next step recommendations when creating campaigns. Although I've created several campaigns, each time I forget steps and it takes a while to get the hang of. I feel the rest of the team has had a similar experience despite multiple trainings.
