Best mail tracking app
What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is, and the integrations between my other systems. The templates for meetings, email tracking, and engagement tracker are key to my sales process now. Also running sequences is huge for drip marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to track the same lead, if it is in a different sequence (Especially if I don't own that sequence) sometimes the lead can get lost. Also would be awesome to download the previous sequence history when moving a lead to another--although this could be fairly hard to do in a good, visually pleasing format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email drip marketing, client tracking for engagement, sequencing outbound marketing campaigns, followup for trade show attendee lists, general email tracking, meeting templates, list management and lead management--many more though.

Use it. Your sales will increase. Work smarter, not harder.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Integrations with multiple third-party tools like Zoominfo, Salesforce, etc.
Ability to track email opens, clicks, etc. It even tells you how many times a prospect has viewed the email.
Awesome integration with LinkedIn, which allows you to connect from within the platform.
The tool is unbelievably fantastic. If we get an out of office reply, it tracks that date as well and pauses the sequence.
When setting up cadences, it shows you a real-time view of emails.

Tracking email opens and clicks, efficient integration between Zoominfo, LinkedIn and Salesforce. email cadences are just fantastic and AI is very efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was using Freshsales earlier in my previous organization. I started using Outreach.io after moving to this company. I am blown away by this. It gives you the ability to track email opens, clicks, etc. It even shows how many times a person has opened the email. If you get Out of Office reply, it even tracks the date and pauses the sequence. This tool is a must-have for any sales team. You can also track emails in real-time view while setting up cadences. This is a fantastic option because you can see how it will look in prospects laptop/mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps me organized and on task. I can personalize messages, but it helps me keep my contacts straight and ensures I don't forget my follow up. It's efficient - I can go through my tasks quickly and keeps my focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features that make Outreach so valuable and easy to use aren't always apparent. Snippets vs templates, call triggers, etc. I feel like aren't really shown during training for new hires. I know that is on the individual companies, but maybe the CSMs or a welcome email to new users could give a rundown of beyond the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of losing track of contacts and missing follow up are being solved with Outreach. I've realized how taking a few seconds to create a task or create a snippet or template can yield amazing outcomes.
Great tool for automating messaging and building prospects lists
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salkesforce, Flexibility to import csv data lists. Tracking the performance of the sequences I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking the rate of opening of templates would be great as well

Wining time in my day to day activity, automating a process that does not require that much energy
Overcomplicated mess
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a ton of features and can do a lot of different things for your day to day sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is made harder than it needs to be. It doesn't speak cleanly with salesforce accounts, only leads and contacts. Nothing is easy!! There are no simple 1 click solutions, everything you do is multiple steps. Constant errors and bugs. Emails will get stuck with no option to move them forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to bulk send emails, which any sales tool can do. The benefits are minimal. The chrome extension is the best feature, but that is buggy as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use outreach if time is valuable to your team. Outreach will slow your team down and make getting the task done harder than ever. Choose something like Groove that can do just as much in a much simpler manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Outreach allows me to categorize and target specific prospects by organizing tasks and sequences for easier outreach. Also, it's connectivity to Salesforce is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making future tasks link with Google Cal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my outbound efforts by having one CRM tool that helps me track my progress.
User Friendly Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach is so easy to use. As a busy BDR, I don't always have time to go through and check which prospects I sent specific content to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the Outreach Prospecting Tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put prospects into sequences and not worry about customizing every email I send them. Outreach alerts me when it is time to call specific prospects and automatically sends tailored emails to prospects based on their interests within our content.

Powerful sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Outreach for a few years now, and it's great in terms of being able to automate your sales outreach, but do so in a more personalized way. It's nice being able to have a number of different templates within a single step, so that I don't have to create a number of different sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nuances that have been frustrating. For example, there have been API outages that don't allow you to send. Sometimes I can't push an email through the schedule I've created for a sequence, though I need to.

Automating cold outreach nurture campaigns.

It's a powerful tool that's earned majority of market share for a number of reasons. However, there are several tools worth considering that up and comers. I recommend performing due diligence to ensure that Outreach is the right solution for you.

The way tasks are set could be more optimized - setting new hours to calls for example when prospect don't answer
