It's a must have for efficient prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I've brought Outreach to three different organizations because I've seen how powerful it can be when used right. It helps to automate messaging and creates a cadence to touch customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying hard to thing of improvements I would like to see but they seem to do exactly what myself and my team wants. I honestly can't think of issues I've had to while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem is keeping sales people prospecting when things get busy and deals are moving through the pipeline. This helps take the stress out of creating multiple new tasks, trying to remember when you last connected and to automate reach outs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it, you won't regret it. Make sure you use outreach to train the users.

Lots of positives, some room to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it saves me a ton of time, and keeps my leads and accounts organized. Tasks are manageable small chunks so it is not overwhelming and I don't forget about people or accounts. I love how it interconnects with LinkedIn and offers news about the company on the side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some difficulties with emails, more specifically with trying to send emails before their originally scheduled time. I typically have to "set schedule" twice before they will send at the new time. If I try to change the schedule in the task screen, it often doesn't actually change it until I go and re-do it from the Outbox. The reports dashboard could be re-done for a better user experience, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay on task, and simplifies getting enough touches in with prospective leads.

Great software

What do you like best about the product?
Best SEP on the market, hands down. The number one competitor isn’t even close. Doesn’t matter if you are talking product, support, innovation... outreach is way ahead in every category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much. There’s always a new feature to request, but they do a good job of getting the top priorities done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive increases in activity, revenue, and tracking. Better revenue attribution.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Outstanding Collaborative Effort

  • October 22, 2019

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from the keyboard player at the churches I am appointed to, I am the only other paid "employee" of that church. Consequently, just about all aspects of outreach ministry fall on my shoulders. That is why I use Outreach.com for just about all my outside contact.

Their web based tools are superb. The back room staff is second to none. And when I do run into an issue, they are just a phone call away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issue when it comes to the creative process when dealing with Outreach.

Everything I do has to be paid for by the church I serve. With that said, I do not have a large budget for graphics software and I sometimes wind up sending them files that do not fall within their "normal" parameters (I use Photofiltre - $0 and not software like Adobe Photoshop $240+).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am extending my ministry reach with the click of a mouse rather than on a one to one basis. I wind up freeing myself and the congregation up so that we can focus on the one to one ministry while getting ourselfves out to a broader range of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Value driven and incredibly customer focused, Christian organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Outreach makes logging communication an absolute afterthought. On top of that, it has tons of other features from canned emails to snippets that give me the ability to minimize time spent on original communication content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can say that I don't like. There are certain things that I don't use but I know my colleagues benefit from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly logging communications to our CRM, which gives us an accuarate gauge on our engagement withour clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to serve your clients well, go for outreach!

The Best Sales Automation Platform

  • October 22, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very simple to use and has a very intuitive interface. Someone with no experience in the system would be able to begin using it quickly. It also offers the most customization on how you can work. You can entirely customize when messages are sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no option to have a voicemail drop. I hear that this is in the beta though and that outreach will be adding this feature very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to follow up with prospect and add automation to my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose outreach, you won't regret it

Best tool for large scale marketing emailing

  • October 22, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing how much interaction an email gets. Statistics of engagement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
How some things sync from salesforce, so duplicate accounts show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to prospects on a large scale. I've set up meetings through this.
