What do you like best about the product?
The area of Outreach that I like best is the ability to create email templates that become personalized when sending out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to delete tasks in Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has enabled me to be quicker and more efficient in reaching out to prospects in particular with personalized emails.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to use Outreach to strategize for clients properly and make sure their accounts become successful
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters can use a little more help. Also, the opt-out section should not have a limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my accounts be successful and creating ROI for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I use outreach every single day. I have spent countless hours digging into all of its functions and capabilities. It can do so many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have encountered would be support. Some functions are confusing and many support folks have had a hard time explaining in depth what they do or how they would combine/affect other functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending bulk emails and having good stats on them

Nothing - I used to do all my outreach manually and outreach has been a total gamechanger - I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to create pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps track of all my calls and e-mails I need to make. If I need to make give a customer a call/e-mail back multiple months from now, I can make a task right away in Outreach and it will remind me those months later so I don't need to worry about setting reminders on an alternative platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be technical issues that arise frequently company wide. My company has consistently had the issue of our calls logging in salesforce which is really important for us to be evaluated and measured by management, and this seems to be a frequent issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems of disorganization or inconsistency across the sales team. I never forget to make a follow up task and never forget to follow-up with a customer when they asked me to. Very beneficial to those who have a large amount of customers they are contacting every day and needs a way to stay organized with follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use! Training was quick and easy, no need to waste time figuring out how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping better engage with our qualified leads in a timely and relevant manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not look any further. Outreach will give you the ability to take care of all outbound activities needed to prospect effectively.

outreach helps me stay super organized, keep track of all of my emails and calls and helps create new email sequences to share with my whole team

sometimes the system lags and i have to refresh, would expect this with any system

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best of the email campaign automation tools that I have used. I don't have a lot of experience, but this works great. I like the way that prospects are loaded into Outreach and then sync with Salesforce. I like the way that you can run AB testing on campaigns really easily. I really like the dialer and especially the task management inside of Outreach. I love seeing performance metrics and being able to see open rates on sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the struggles that we had getting our email aliases added to the system, their customer service was still trying hard to help us to make everything work. Eventually we got everything working. I wish that adding a prospect and an account was easier to do at the same time. I wish that the windows version of the software was not so clunky and did not require an entirely separate window to manage tasks. I wish that I can simultaneously run Outreach and Salesforce extensions on top of Gmail/Gsuite. Love to help with any other feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation. Tracking of effectiveness and management of leads coming in. Tracking follow up on leads coming in and developing additional leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to get everything set up correctly from the beginning before you turn on email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is like SalesForce on crack. I could put in minimal effort when it comes to prospecting, cold calling and client follow up and the tool would still practically organize my day for me. From being able to arrange my tasks by the level of prospect engagement to being able to see what my optimal times are to call prospects by persona or time zone under "insights," it's made my job very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. My only complaint is that because I work on multiple projects I have to log in and out of one account and switch to the other. It would be easier if we could be logged in under different accounts simultaneously - but I'm aware that can be problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling as an SDR can be very daunting. Outreach solves that problem by making the job as fun as can be. The benefit I've realized is more demos booked with prospects because I am on top of my tasks like a hawk and can take awesome notes.
