What do you like best about the product?
Tony Robbins talks about planning in order to be more effective and to be quicker. Outreach gives you the ability to plan your outreach for a prospect and then set your prospect in the sequence and let it do the rest. I absolutely love the impact this has to allow us to focus on the work, the activity without things falling through the cracks. The analytics, insights and the integrations with salesforce and other platforms makes this tool incredibly powerful and a must have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more control over custom features like if someone else can contact a prospect or lead through outreach or not depending on what sequence they are a part of. Making the lead owner a bit easier to update would be nice as well but I believe this has more to do with the integration to Salesforce than it does any issue with outreach. (Seriously, Outreach.io is the best)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track outreach to leads and prospects as well as keep everything buttoned up. Sequences, tasks, previous outreach to the same individual from a previous rep, everything is nice and organized. This is helping us to keep our pipelines cleaner and create tasks in the moment and we are reminded what we need to do for what lead and when even if we forget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get it. I am not sure if there is another platform that has as much ROI as Outreach does for your sales team. If you have salesforce, you need outreach.
Powerful sales automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user friendly interface. I especially like that it will auto-generate call tasks for prospects that have high engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality for automating transitions between sequences (can't auto-route to one sequence vs another based on engagement).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach tracks all automated emails and one-off emails as well, allowing for meaningful engagement tracking across the board in the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best dialer/ activity tracker the game has to offer. There is nothing that integrates with salesforce better salesloft is the only thing that comes close however outreach is levels above everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt dislike much about outreach its genuinely hard to find a reason but If I had to pick one thing it would be when the outreach to SFDC plug in wouldnt work properly.

it made everything so much easier!

Ability to send custom content at scale and with efficiency writing back to CRM

A ton of functionality, can be overwhelming just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to maximize my time. I've been able to increase my outbound campaigns tenfold by creating a single template and reusing it with minor modification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the power and the benefit of the tool. Make sure your people do. If your team isn't "bought in" it may fail miserably. Make good use of the tutorials & support.

Outreach is great to build out sequences and really engage with people. Extremely helpful if you are managing a team, and great for gathering basic KPI metrics. The ability to drill down on each user as well as each prospect and understand their engagement with your messaging is fantastic. This tool really helped us to spin up a great pipeline of business to be closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without training, it can be a little hard to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving a way to not only do email marketing but to manage our entire prospect pipeline. It really helped me to manage all things that are pre sales related.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly, making it a very easy process to organize ones entire day through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking of opened messages is not always accurate, and theo open rate can also be misleading at times, as forwarded messages count as opens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me completely organize my day.

Ease of use, user interface, and great integrations!

Occasionally the site will go down without warning. Nothing that's terrible it's usually back within the hour.

It helps streamline and optimize my outbound process, making it possible to get to the most tasks a day

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like most Is the ability to gain insights from emails and phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little too complicated to understand every aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we solve is the ability to reach out to prospects in a short amount of time. The benefits realized include being able to test messaging and see what's working

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes follow-up and task prioritization very easy with its friendly UI and functional automation. Sales prospecting requires a healthy mix of activity and creativity - both which can be monitored and improved through visual metrics and data to support it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to organize sequences and optimize A/B testing can be a bit tricky to understand at first. There are also so many different little tools within Outreach that weren't apparent to me until I was told about them from colleagues that have used it for years - small nuance but perhaps on-boarding could have improved there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay productive and reminds me of when to follow-up.
