Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great to build out sequences and really engage with people. Extremely helpful if you are managing a team, and great for gathering basic KPI metrics. The ability to drill down on each user as well as each prospect and understand their engagement with your messaging is fantastic. This tool really helped us to spin up a great pipeline of business to be closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without training, it can be a little hard to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving a way to not only do email marketing but to manage our entire prospect pipeline. It really helped me to manage all things that are pre sales related.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly, making it a very easy process to organize ones entire day through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking of opened messages is not always accurate, and theo open rate can also be misleading at times, as forwarded messages count as opens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me completely organize my day.

Ease of use, user interface, and great integrations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the site will go down without warning. Nothing that's terrible it's usually back within the hour.

It helps streamline and optimize my outbound process, making it possible to get to the most tasks a day

This has made my sales job so much more efficient. I couldn't do my job without it!

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like most Is the ability to gain insights from emails and phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little too complicated to understand every aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we solve is the ability to reach out to prospects in a short amount of time. The benefits realized include being able to test messaging and see what's working

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes follow-up and task prioritization very easy with its friendly UI and functional automation. Sales prospecting requires a healthy mix of activity and creativity - both which can be monitored and improved through visual metrics and data to support it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to organize sequences and optimize A/B testing can be a bit tricky to understand at first. There are also so many different little tools within Outreach that weren't apparent to me until I was told about them from colleagues that have used it for years - small nuance but perhaps on-boarding could have improved there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay productive and reminds me of when to follow-up.
Has all the functionality - not so intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create multiple Sequences and add prospects as you continue to scrub and source ideal accounts/contacts to reach out to. I like that in the Outreach.io interface there is an integration with Owler which shows you competitors, industry-relevant information, funding, etc. I also appreciate that Outreach.io can integrate with virtually any software, CRM, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a sales operations person that sets it all up for you so that you can just start making your calls and add additional prospects as you go, it's cake. It is extremely difficult and challenging to do mass adds as user, so If you have to learn how to add people yourself in that sense, and navigate through the website, and create your own emails templates and do all that on your own it is not easy or intuitive. The options are confusing and weird. I used Outreach.io for 2 years after having been a SlaesLoft user for nearly 2 years prior so I was able to notice the minute differences. I also do not like that you cannot skip around steps when working through your to-do list as easily as you can in SalesLoft - which is particularly helpful when you decide that you just wont to call a certain contact/account for whatever reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, follow up, call recording, call tracking, and generally all the necessary functionality to track your performance to get better as a sales person and generate more revenue for your company.
Makes my job so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the UI and managing different tasks. Having them separated helps organize my day much better then what I could do alone
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connecting between our CRM (Salesforce) and Outreach has a bit of a lag and data isn't pushed in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General outreach to prospects is completely automated.
Nobody Left Behind or Forgotten
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Outreach sequences my tasks, not only so I don't forget to reach out to a potential prospect, but that I get to reach out to my prospects based on engagement and priority. I have insight into multiple channels as well including LinkedIn, Owler (for company news updates), email, and phone (among others).
What do you dislike about the product?
The back and forth between Outreach and SFDC could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales prospecting, cadence abilities, task and time management, smarter (warmer) calls, ability to do more with less.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My life became better as a salesperson having this tool. Happy salespeople are more productive. Not having to waste time on mundane tasks allowed me to focus on having real, quality engagements with prospective customers. Outreach is not money wasted.
Outreach is great for prospecting into large accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have full transparency into all your email-related functions like who's reading them, clicking links, and whether they've gone through or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI isn't the best (slow, saying emails fail when they shouldn't, emails being sent too late, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it a lot easier to reach more people in these large accounts I prospect into. The ability to tailor emails to large amounts of people and track the success of different templates/formats has made it much easier to do my job as an SDR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you fill in the Account Natural Name field for each account if you can. It makes it a lot more personalized than if you were to forget. It has made our team's emails seem less automated.
