What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, make reaching prospects quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the slowest SaaS products I have used. Takes a long time to load pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me up to date on tasks and easy to make one click calls.

Enterprise Sales - Great tool for ABM

What do you like best about the product?
When I am adding new contacts for a large account I can easily add them to an Outreach sequence per my choosing. Therefore I can send different prospects their customized sequence. I also like the fact that we can record the calls from Outreach and review them for information at a later time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into is sometimes it's slow as far reflecting adding contacts to SFDC and them actually showing up in Outreach. I usually have to refresh several times or wait 1 min.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding contacts to sequences from larger accounts so I may expand the usage of an existing customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to automate your first few touches this is a good way to add contacts quickly but I would suggest making the sequences relevant and have a target audience.

The ease of logging activity, The consistency of activity pulling over to our CRM salesforce, The ease of creating step by step sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexities compared to Sales Loft, adding multiple contacts to a sequence compared to a cadence, having to log 3 different fields to log 1 task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging conversations, multiple email campaigns, benefits are positive with multi touch campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Outreach is being able to create my own personalized snippets to rapidly increase how long it takes me to create a highly personalized email with the right content

Duplicates can cause issues between the tools

What do you like best about the product?
Set it and forget it. Time kills all deals and with Outreach, you're able to let the tool run the bulk of the cold outreach process, so you can focus on more strategic approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are a little suspect; often times, SFDC and Outreach don't speak to each other as quickly as you'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has saved me uncountable amount of hours that were previously spent sending one-off emails or following up with tasks,

too complicated, i get lost in the UI, there are too many functions that I don't care about or use and it's overwhelming.

It can be a bit glitchy at times, especially with the salesforce integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences on Outreach are what makes this software so cool. The interface of the completion of tasks is the best part in my opinion. I've never seen a piece of software that assists you with everything you need to complete your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is a weird in-between on not being a CRM and being a CRM. I would love to see better integration with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent client outreach and guidance on next steps to be able to sell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that when buying you have a running CRM and sales processes. If you are just starting out make sure that you have that first and then purchase this. Your sales team will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Outreach because I'm not the best at remembering where I am in the process of connecting with interested customers. Outreach makes it easy to see where I am in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how easy it is to generate so many emails so quickly to the point I get flagged as a spammer.
Not my intension, but I have a lot of customers in the same place in emails sequencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach to reach a lot of customers very quickly in scheduled touch points.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep on track and manage engagement.
