Great for outbound prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for maintaining organization. Easy to use while still having the features to do complex sequencing and organization, and A/B testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The headers are long and can get flagged by email systems, but every other vendor has similar issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized, Managing activity, and taking out repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would choose it. Integration with Salesforce is great. Outreach everywhere extension.
Great Software, Needs Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Getting good feedback if our emails are resonating or not with our target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations need to be easier. Our team loved the idea behind the integrations but it was not intuitive enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide quality messaging to a bulk amount of leads. This is an efficient tool.
Great Sales Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool to use if you have multiple members on your sales time to manage metrics. It is also useful to keep prospect communication and tasks on schedule and documented. I like that is syncs with our SFDC and Zoom so we don't have to update multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning so I don't know all the features yet. It appears to be pretty easy to use thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that it is great at keeping me organized as well as tracking KPI's. I have not used it long enough to figure out it's flaws. It would be nice if they had some kind of training inside the app for a quick set up?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am a new user of outreach so I am not really sure what I don't know. I would probably suggest getting more training as I am kind of learning it as I go. Great product overall, think it works well as a sales tool
Streamline your prospecting with Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been a great system for our reps to automate some of the regular tasks related to prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search filters are not very user friendly. Most of the reps couldn't figure out how to narrow down their prospects within specific parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use more A/B testing with prospecting messaging, and have been able to automate some of the dialing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the roles of the individuals that you are thinking about having to use the platform. If you have reps that are only likely to use the click to call feature, there is likely a less costly alternative.

very hard to understand if you sent emails to multiple folks if they knew it was specifically to them

My love for Outreach.io
What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Executive, I own 2000+ accounts. The ability to automate my outreach with Outreach.io is far superior than any other tool I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much that I dislike about Outreach. Although, some of their functionality could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach automation and the ability to scale my outbound activity.
Life is easier with Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is so efficient and easy to use. It helps me with my prospecting and speeds up the process tremendously. I can make prospecting calls and emails 10X faster with outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the initial sequences are difficult but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me contact the right number of people each week to have success in my job.
Sequences keeps us on track
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has sequences, which is great for keeping on top of your clients/prospects. Once you add someone to a sequence, Outreach allows you to tailor the journey based on how often you want to communicate with that person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little finicky at first when trying to add certain contacts to the sequences you create. Initially, it was confusing on bulk-adding contacts to a sequence. It's not the most friendly for UI/UX, but gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of prospecting output. Outreach has helped us pump out more emails and phone calls to contacts.
I refuse to sell without it
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is intuitive, clean, and generally bug-free to use. Far better than YesWare, which I used at a previous company. Not even a competition. As an Enterprise Account Executive, I don't have too much time to prospect, but I'm able to follow a semi-automated sequence that involves some personal email and several cold calls, and typically I can book 3-4 meetings / week.
Without Outreach, I'd be lucky to book 1.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you guys could connect to Zoom Info better. We have so many sequences that we can't add a contact directly from zoominfo into a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great if there was an easy way for me to make my snippets shareable with my colleagues without changing each one manually. The collaboration / cataloging features could use some serious improvement.
Excellent tool for thoughtful, systematic outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helped our team improve efficiency and our follow-up to our external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get our system up and running. I'm not sure if it's because our organization is customized, or the Outreach team is a little slow to respond, but it took us longer than expected for us to start using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a way to remember to follow-up to people and to have the tool do it for us automatically. Our follow-ups don't need to be customized, so this was a great tool to follow-up with folks so that we're top of mind.
