Outreach helps me prioritize and follow up with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Task generation and sequencing. I am able to target prospects and send out emails and call tasks tailored to my own timeline. This allows me to reach more people than I would be able to manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach voice. Outreach voice has been up and down for me. There has been too many times when the call drops or they can't hear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more people in a short period of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to use in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Sending emails and reminding me of tasks I have to get done has become a lot easier since using outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time for me to get used to outreach voice, but the more I use it, the easier it is becoming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no tasks slipping through the cracks, it is a very organized way of reaching out to new and old clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as much as possible to get used to it, it will help massively with your day to day struggles.

Outreach makes cold calling a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting outreach to your CRM (Salesforce in my case) makes reaching out to prospects faster and easier. I can send out emails on a campaign and Outreach automatically logs everything. I have Outreach also connected to my email which makes inserting pre-created emails awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach auto-archives emails. I'm not sure why and I'm not sure if there's a way to fix this while keeping everything in flow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get more touches in during prime prospecting hours. I am also able to get more emails out since they're automatically being sent.

Many Capabilities Can be Buggy

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a great UI, is very easy use and understand, and does everything I need for sales outreach. I am constantly blown away with how easy the product is to use and how much I can do with it. I love how I can see the data on response rates and easily A/B test different messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty buggy. Sometimes it just doesn't work or will just shut down for no reason whatsoever. It also doesn't always sync well with SF and workflows can be clunky, but that might be more of a function of my own companies SF set-up and integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use outreach for sales. I am able to track and bucket my prospects super easily which is great!

I love it!

I like that I can send mass emails to people and easily import from salesforce. it really streamlines my prospecting process and helps me be more efficient.

Sometimes it will shut down for a few minutes at a time.

I am becoming more efficient in my day to day prospecting- it really helps with organization.

The ease of use on the dialer is good. The ability to have call recording is also helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to integrate SalesForce and a system to automate your touchpoints. Outreach is a great tool to keep your sales campaign on track and interactive with your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bulk loading leads takes a little while with their labeling system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes me more dynamic at my job and able to reach prospects in multiple media forms - while keeping me organized and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send sequences- really help automates my day to day tasks. I also love the integration with gmail so I can see when my prospects opened my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use initially- it took me a while to really figure out how to use the product. Not everything was super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of Outreach in my work is the improved efficiency in my day to day tasks- it's given me back time in to my day which is invaluable

Take a look at the trainings before trying to start blindly using the software

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the UX is great. Nice colors and fluid movements will load quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading lists to be EXACTLY how outreach needs them to look. Also, the personalization tokens they use to code in are not universal. It makes writing copy difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose of the product to cold outreach to prospects via email and phone and track it accordingly.
