Great for sales people
What do you like best about the product?
make it easy to remember your sequence for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
its difficult to skip certain sequences for prospects.

A cadence for making sales calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automates a lot of stuff, sending automated emails, and can put prospects in automated email sequences which is helpful for spreading content to the masses. You can chat with customer support very easily which is convenient. Customizable layouts, which is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything. SO MANY BUGS! Email tracking is very glitchy, calls get dropped often and sound choppy (my org did tests on our wifi and our wifi was working perfect). Nothing is straightforward and is overall very clunky to use. I have to click so many things to see information I need before calls. Simpler is better and outreach is NOT simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier for me to send mass emails with Outreach. I only use it because I have to. I prefer Salesvue because it is less clunky and simple to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesvue is easier to use in my opinion. If you want mass emails to be sent from your Business Development team, Outreach is great to consider.
Great tool to automate personalization
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is user-friendly and is my best friend when it comes to prospecting and generating pipeline. I think of it like my own personal assistant. With Outreach, you can create sequences, manage your activities and calendar - you can scale your efforts and reach without losing personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects from my email and I have to reload it but other than that, I've been super happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling prospecting efforts - Outreach allows me to focus on value-adding actions that can't be automated.
Outreach has the potential to be the greatest CRM on the market

Integration capabilities/channels, customer support, & sleek design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared with other CRMs, can be a bit slow at times loading information and changing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI and sales development for our team has never been this efficient or easy. Can track almost any analytics of the lead generation/qualification process including and up to closing business.

Outreach has given us a hand on communicating without prospects and is a tool so robust that we don't even need to move to another screen to do out work.

Sometimes it gets unliked from the outlook platform and we need to link manually once again

Outreach is basically telling me to do every day. You create sequences and there creates a task and follow-ups. I keeps me on track and always on top of my todos

When your new to the tool you could start to many sequences and the task could become to much to handle. you will find yourself in a mess. I have no solution how to fix yet otherwise then manually snooze them

It is making my days a bit more structured, also on a stressful day where you don't know where to start outreach already have it solved for you

Takes a bit to get used to the interface and set up the campaigns

A way to track campaigns from Salesforce and have reminders to the sales and marketing teams.

Flexibility in reporting, sequencing and the ability to work multiple channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Has been a bit buggy at times. Also can be inconsistent linking to Salesforce (this is very rare)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity with our sales team’s outreach. We have been much more efficient in terms of output, and have made smarter decisions as we improve messaging and sequence patterns

Don’t do too much all at once. Take time to get comfortable with each feature before testing multiple iterations of things

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of Outreach's approach to managing revenue pipeline. Task workflows are enabled by performance data and supported by a huge network of integrations. It not only provides structure for what you are doing today but enables teams to see options and tools that they aren't yet using. From demand-gen to selling and account management, they cover it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike just comes back to balancing depth with ease of use - as Outreach develops greater functionality it becomes easier to get lost in the tool. There have been some great updates this year that have improved this, but I definitely want to see more guidance and streamlining in the platform. And for the record this hasn't created any negative outcomes, just makes learning the tool steeper.

Outreach is the anchor technology that we use to generate and grow sales opportunities month over month.
Useful tool to reach people at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is useful tool to save your time in reaching multiple people at once. The best thing about is having personalisation enabled in every single step of your emails, sequencing, delivery etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I don't like about this product as recent updates are all based on customer feedback and are really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching multiple people at scale without having to keep track of manual follow-ups, manual opti-ins and replies and personalization within.
