What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send sequences- really help automates my day to day tasks. I also love the integration with gmail so I can see when my prospects opened my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use initially- it took me a while to really figure out how to use the product. Not everything was super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of Outreach in my work is the improved efficiency in my day to day tasks- it's given me back time in to my day which is invaluable

Take a look at the trainings before trying to start blindly using the software
It's ok, if we didn't have someone consulting for the platform would be a challenge

The design of the UX is great. Nice colors and fluid movements will load quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading lists to be EXACTLY how outreach needs them to look. Also, the personalization tokens they use to code in are not universal. It makes writing copy difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose of the product to cold outreach to prospects via email and phone and track it accordingly.

I like how easy it is to pull data from zoominfo and within seconds using it how you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you eventually have to refresh the page when it starts lagging on the pages.

Sales process when it comes to sequences and snippets so you can have data/content saved without having to copy and paste every time

Don’t hesitate. Outreach has been a great selling tool and easy to use without any tutorials.
The Best Complement to Your Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has completely changed the way we prospect and track our sales activities. The platform has become a critical part of our day-to-day. The tasks have really helped to hold our team accountable, ensuring we stay on top of cold outbound as well as follow up for deals moving further down the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation was a bit clunky at first. As a start-up, it was a bit daunting to implement it. We literally had to build everything from scratch - templates, sequences, snippets, field mapping, etc. It was very overwhelming!
We still want to see some improvements in the information integration between Salesforce and Outreach (mapping of fields) as well as the reporting. We often suggest enhancements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating tasks and holding the team more accountable for their activities. There is consistency in the type of communications being sent by the inbound/outbound teams. Additionally, we are realizing our conversion rates have dramatically increased throughout the company.

its difficult to skip certain sequences for prospects.

Does the job, but could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automates a lot of stuff, sending automated emails, and can put prospects in automated email sequences which is helpful for spreading content to the masses. You can chat with customer support very easily which is convenient. Customizable layouts, which is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything. SO MANY BUGS! Email tracking is very glitchy, calls get dropped often and sound choppy (my org did tests on our wifi and our wifi was working perfect). Nothing is straightforward and is overall very clunky to use. I have to click so many things to see information I need before calls. Simpler is better and outreach is NOT simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier for me to send mass emails with Outreach. I only use it because I have to. I prefer Salesvue because it is less clunky and simple to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesvue is easier to use in my opinion. If you want mass emails to be sent from your Business Development team, Outreach is great to consider.
Great tool to automate personalization
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is user-friendly and is my best friend when it comes to prospecting and generating pipeline. I think of it like my own personal assistant. With Outreach, you can create sequences, manage your activities and calendar - you can scale your efforts and reach without losing personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects from my email and I have to reload it but other than that, I've been super happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling prospecting efforts - Outreach allows me to focus on value-adding actions that can't be automated.
Outreach has the potential to be the greatest CRM on the market

Integration capabilities/channels, customer support, & sleek design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared with other CRMs, can be a bit slow at times loading information and changing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI and sales development for our team has never been this efficient or easy. Can track almost any analytics of the lead generation/qualification process including and up to closing business.
