Very handy sales automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
Automation smoothness and very easy to use as other products in the market are quite difficut and confusing
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports aren't that handy to use and are quite complex to retrieve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hels us track email and outbound calls on a daily basis and maintain a flow of sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and functionality. Could not do my day to day without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no downsides. I have never had an issue that was not quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me stay organized and on top of all of my tasks. It would be impossible to do my job without it truly.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated emails sent to prospects. You have a sequence built that will serve as a guide in completing your daily tasks/ activities. You are notified if the prospect clicks and views your email. Prospects can book an appointment with you suggesting your best time. Love how you can make a call and provide a local presence. That said, prospects pick up calls thus providing higher connect and conversion rates.
For managers, reporting is very useful as this provides individual, sequence, and team productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment as the tool become our life/work saver, especially in doing prospecting. The tool makes our work easier as it saves time and energy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing manual emails, local presence when doing outbound calls, customer given the liberty to book or schedule a meeting with a salesperson, and performance report that we can use to gauge efficiency of the team and sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's user interface is one of my favorite aspects about the tool. It's so easy to use and you can figure everything out without looking at their blogs. The best part about Outreach is their customer support - everyone is knowledge, helpful, and efficient. Good customer service can be hard to find these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for Outreach to continue to update their analytics to start having more analysis surrounding what messaging or words work best (similar to how Gong does it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is used as our Sales Engagement Platform to arm our sales teams with the right frameworks to go after the right prospects. Additionally, we also use Outreach's reporting features to see vanity success metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn/understand. The platform provides efficient means to prospect at a mass number and not have to worry about every single follow up email. This allows for many new conversations quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes it can be clunky to work through sequences with a large number of contacts. The "add prospects" feature as well could be a little more clear and efficeient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving the ability to mass prospect without having to worry about following up with each inividual email. This allows for efficent prospecting and a great way to uncover pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team. Hands down. Lightning quick, pleasant and polite, always resolve my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach offered native email verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is automated our inside sales reps' prospecting efforts, helping them deliver consistent messaging to our prospects, and ensuring our reps are organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes the sales enablement prospect extremely streamlined and organized. I work with sales reps that are just beginning their careers and it is extremely helpful for them getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
This year, Outreach switched their account support from specific support personal per account and to a round robin style of support. This makes receving support much more complicated. I miss the rep that we used to work with as they knew our company style and were always on call to assist us with company specific issues.
We also recently switched from Gmail to Outlook and are having extensive serious issues with the Outlook add in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach automates and organizes our prospect outreach process. Sequences and templates are a huge part of our everday sales process. Outreach is also great for booking meetings and following up with prospects automatically. We also use Outreach to understand which of our sequence schedules and templates are most effective in generating responses and revenue.

Outreach Tech Support Clarifies RingCentral Integration

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Outreach allows us to create templates to send quick updates to our leads, and helps us carefully manage our tasks for each lead at each of the organizations we communicate with. Now that we have acquired RingCentral to use with the Outreach platform, we are experiencing very smooth transitions between tasks and carefully organized communictions between team members and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we didn't realize its capabilities sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outrech helps us to organize our leads and assists us with tracking data between users and for the company as a whole. This helps each user to organize their day and helps us to forecast and structure our weeks/months.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and features. Everything is really intuitive on the platform and I have always had a good experience with the customer service and the support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first used Outreach, I was not very experienced using platforms and had difficulty understanding where to go. I also used to have a difficult time reaching my account manager as turnover was high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach for all my email campaigns, metric tracking, lead tracking. It helps me be very efficient with my time so I can spend it doing more research and find stronger leads.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using sequencing to help structure the outreach process. Setting tasking and reminders on top of automating email sends is amazingly affective for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled to truly onboard as a team and I think more dedicated team training sessions held before Go-live would have helped us speed up the time it took to really get running with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is solving our main problem in needing a tool to support the bdr team in their day-to-day while helping management move towards company goals. We have both visibility into the effectiveness of our BDR team efforts as well as supporting them in lowering the manual data entry and click count.
