Great for managing inbound leads

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Outreach is that it provides newer sales reps with a pre-defined gameplan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is that uploading leads to the platform is tedious and you can really mess up your database if you make any errors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
resource allocation and sales engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's best if you use SFDC....any other CRM's...it's kind of a pain to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach shows when prospects open emails and when they've clicked a link... in real time! This feature is incredibly useful, especially if you're someone who does a lot of cold emails.
Outreach tracks all emails sent through your Gmail or directly from your Outreach account. I use it for Sequences and I use the auto-send feature which sends emails automatically at the time you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach was difficult to navigate at first because there are several different ways you can essentially do the same action. There are a lot of different tabs and ways to get to the same page. It'll take you a bit of time to figure out what features you actually need and which ones you'll never touch. There are some places in the Outreach platform that I never go into because I don't need them. It can be a little overwhelming but once you find what works for you and locate the actual features you need, you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit is having the platform send out auto emails for you and having the capability to stop and pause sequences based on responses from prospects. You can also see when prospects open emails and how many times they view it.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated email sequences-- enough said! It takes the worry out of keeping track of emails on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Throttling is simply awful-- it keeps you behind. Additionally, I need Outreach to provide options for further sequencing after a client takes an action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have an automated sequence of emails with a client is absolutely fantastic,.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences. Adding prospects to various sequences kept me accountable on email and phone correspondence. I'm not sure how I could have kept everything in order without knowing my tasks for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach broke from time to time. Whether it was the website going down or the outreach chrome extension not popping up, it was very disruptive to my day-to-day. My understanding is that they also didn't have phone support (or my company didn't pay extra for it). This always made it a hassle to sort out issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows all my sales correspondence to be organized. Keeps all of my outbound and inbound leads current and top of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features for Outreach is the automation of tasks. I think this tool is best used for the SMB segment or BDRs since it's good for mass, but tailored outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had fewer bugs when integrated with Outlook. We went through a long period of time when our reps couldn't just use the auto Sync Feature of Outreach to sync with Salesforce

It was a really slow roll out to reps and we found it hard to do change management. I found that Outreach was not super intuitive at the beginning so we had to do quite a few coachin sessions. Prior to Outreach, I used Yesware and that felt like a more brainless and seemless system.

Awful support, terrible sync with salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It sends emails decently well. It can schedule around major holidays. It can dynamically insert html through its custom variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the product's inability to sync things properly over to salesforce. There's no bulk update or bulk sync function. Support isn't willing to help in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send out mass, personalized emails on a daily basis. As well as snippets/templates according to a particular conversation that is had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated emails that are sent out without my control, as well as amount of times an automated email has been sent out after I have already had contact with a potential client. Blowing up their inbox unnecessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more wasting time sending out emails on a daily basis, everything is ready to be sent with one click.
