OutReach has turbo-powered my prospecting & helped me manage my time very well.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, great template suggestions. My favourite part is being able to share my calendar with prospects for easy meeting options. Auto adding of activities to SFDC saves my time, and recognises my efforts for my manager and team to see.
Good AB testing options for my emails.
Good AB testing options for my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my emails through Outreach get stuck in my customer's spam folders. Connectivity with Whatsapp is missing. Lacks timezone capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time. Builds my to-do and call lists. Allows me to add structure and metrics to my prospecting and managing of inbound leads. Seeing multiple calendars to set up meetings is quick and my prospects find it super easy to find time on my calendar.
Drip campaigns made simple
What do you like best about the product?
The simple integrations with our SFDC to unify all notes and progress made with prospects. I enjoyed having the call manager integrated into the platform for ease of use when calling, but our license doesn't include that anymore. Having LI integration makes it seamless to hit prospects from multiple angles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues are due to our license limitations, not product related. I'm advocating to increase our license. The snippets feature is the only area that I need to further familiarize myself with as I seldom use it. I also would like to remove the auto-import pop up that is prompted whenever I click on a lead or contact in Salesforce while also running Outreach in the background (Outreach is always running in my background).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to structure various outbound campaigns to drive pipeline. My sales volume has increase as I'm getting closer to our 4.5x pipeline needed to hit our lofty quotas. Without Outreach, everything would have to be manual. Tracking read receipts has been huge when I'm trying to validate if my attempts are fruitful or going on deaf ears. Tracking multiple drip campaigns and A/B testing has proven very successful by tracking touches and response rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get onboarded properly! It definitely helps.
Can't imagine my life without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about outreach is the metrics that it can track on open, reply, and click rates. It is super critical to understand which subject lines are getting the most opens, and which messaging is getting the most traction so that I can analyze and adjust for future outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
A problem I run into a lot is when I pull a contact into outreach and it says "email already exists" and I can't seem to find a function to merge duplicates. My internal team is working on this but would love to see a merge contact function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Outreach solves for me is my extreme lack of organization. With Outreach, I never forget a follow up, always stay on top of any engagement, and can do highly customized outreach at scale. I've used outreach since starting my sales career so i'm not quite sure about benefits other than tons of meetings booked and making my job super easy
Best Outreach tool I have used to date
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive! I am able to maintain a pipeline with 1,000's of contacts with ease! When I was initially charged with building out best practices for my company I interviewed at least five other companies and Outreach always rose to the top. From customer service to ease of sequencing to the metric tracking I definitely recommend Outreach!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was more integrated with LI. I would like the ability for it to auto fill contact information directly from LI. This would take time away from tedious task and allow me to spend more time refining messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tasked with Outreach and New Business Development. Overall Outreach takes the tedious tasks and automates them allowing me to focus on my messaging and responding directly to people in a timely manner. It brings accountability and regularity to my Outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need software to help you keep yourself and your team accountable this is the software for you. It has more features than I have been able to dig into yet.
Every SDR team should have Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is how efficient it enables me to be when making calls, emails, etc. I never have to worry about forgetting to follow up with a prospect and always have a plan of action for the day with the sequence/task features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email font options could be improved. For example Calibri is too small in "normal" font size and too big in "large."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach automates a lot of the admin work and organization needed to be a successful SDR.
Powering through leads at light speed
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach has enabled me to do the work in 2 hours that I used to spend all day on
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach allows you to move through tasks so quickly that it can be hard to keep enough prospects in the pipeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of tasks has become so much more efficient than using salesforce alone. It's impossible to ignore or forget a task you have for the day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool if you're looking for a high volume of output
Enabling a Sales Newbie
What do you like best about the product?
I especially appreciate the tracking functionality. It makes it very easy to figure out what is working and isn't, and allows me to keep up with my prospects and accounts in a smooth, user-friendly fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is questionable - but we are a team of outbound salespeople so it comes with the territory of us all being in a room together accessing the same software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized way to keep up with my prospects, while providing really valuable information that allows me to A/B test different methods of outreach in real time. I also like being able to see my own productivity and compare it with others on my team. It facilitates knowledge and best-practice sharing amongst my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Actually use the tracking functions - look at open rates of different sales email subject lines, and look at response rates of different sales "asks".
To all SDRs using Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to understand everything right from the get-go. The simple UI/UX let me hit the ground running, while the depth of functionality still has me learning and tweaking things every week. That level of customization inside an intuitive platform is a hard mix to find these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas of improvement, as with any cutting-edge tech. First, I feel as though having the option access to my prospect database and the ability to make calls on my mobile devise would be a huge value-add. Sometimes I have issues with call quality when making my cold calls, I'd say it is an issue with <5% of my calls however. Secondly, my company went through a transition from GSuite to Office 365 recently, and I have noticed the Outlook "integration" is, in my humble opinion, fairly weak when compared to Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest value this platform has brought to my job as an SDSR is simply the amount of time it has taken out of my day. This then allows me to reinvest that time that would have been spent drafting emails and maintaining consistent touch-points into generating more personalized touches and having real conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your reps (or you) are struggling with maintaining quality and consistent touch-points, or simply running out of time at the end of every day sending out follow-up emails or organizing your calling list, this platform is the answer.
I'm no longer lost with no direction to go.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and simple to use. Sync with G Suite perfectly. I'm no longer lost at sea with endless prospects with no direction of attack. Automation.. is a beautiful thing and I can complete 8-10 touches across a period of time with relative ease. I love the one-click call, I can just plow through my daily calls log - With that, the prerecorded/automated voicemail feature is solid, I no longer have to waste that 30-60secs talking to no one - it's precious time saved. I always no what I am doing - I have been able to map out my day-to-day activities with ease. When traveling for roadshows, the ability to work remote is key and I have that ability with Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to search for specific talking points, actions, etc. - I often have to google search for the complex formula and type it out into the search box to dig deeper into what I'm seeking. I have a bunch of created manual tasks, I would love to be able to do a mass selection and throw them all into a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-coaching - Relistening to prior phone calls so I can fix minor annoyances and better my delivery when speaking to new prospects. The ability to text potential clients is a game-changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is definitely worth a try. This software is being recommended to many of our subsidiary companies and they are taking hold.
Second Company with Outreach and It's a Must
What do you like best about the product?
The integration into SFDC is perfect. Not having to hop screen to screen and use multiple tools and screens to move from email to salesforce to get my job done. It streamlines my workflow between calls while recording anything I may have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In thinking about what is sometimes disruptive are both minor. They would be when having Salesforce mapping wrong which is probably internally. I also wish there was an app so that it would auto update and I could check my notifications on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple facets to the sales lifecycle and having to pivot at anytime, Outreach allows me to stay focused using tasks and checking back on opportunities.
