What do you like best about the product?
the ability to organize your leads into sequences that allow your team to focus your efforts on the leads that matter
What do you dislike about the product?
the way in which the mapping of custom fields in salesforce to outreach is quite difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we needed a sales enablement tool that allowed our team to focus their efforts and to be more productive. Our booked meetings have gone up by 80%.
Makes my job way easier
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to understand. It makes my job easier and reporting is just a matter of doing some clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much dislike. One small detail is when I leave a recorded VM there are 2 or 3 seconds that are blank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled me and my team to automate emails and calls. It made me twice as productive.

Outreach saves me hours!
What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking is very helpful. I also use sequencing daily as it makes engaging new prospects simple. Additionally, once they're clients, sequences are valuable in automating check-ins using etc. Managing over 550 accounts and managing over 115 new leads monthly, this invaluable. Integrations with tools like slack, calendly, zoom etc, keep everything running simply and smoothly as well! I also like using the call record to record my calls so that I can listen to my calls later and critique them (also w/ my manager) to see how I can continue to improve my sales call skills and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints using Outreach. It has been a game-changer in my role doing both sales and account management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, tracking emails has significantly helped me in reaching out to people in a well-timed way and determining who is or isn't engaged. In continuing to develop my sales skills, call recording has been wonderful in listening to and critiquing my calls. Additionally, sequences and tasks, help me save literally hours every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on the size of your business, it may be a bit of an expense, but it is well worth it, considering the time you will save and your ability to connect with prospective or existing clients.
Outreach is AMAZING for the BDR org
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to reach each of my prospects in a custom outreach - I've been using Outreach for a couple years now at a couple different orgs and have always ahd the best experience. I love being able to build out sequences, play with templates, create templates for events or a bulk compose, etc. It lets me reach a large amount of prospects, with the amount of personalization and automation that I want. It makes me much more effective at my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike - honestly the only thing I have to complain about are the rulesets within our org. This has nothing to do with Outreach capabilities because I know they're capable of excel upload/download but my org's rulesets has this turned off. Another thing I would say is response time in support but this honestly might just be due to the size of our org and department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, I'm able to automate outreach while still personalizing my message as much as I'd like - this is allowing me to reach prospects at a much larger scale while still being effective and not spammy. I'm not sure how BDR orgs are effective at their job without Outreach - it saves SO much time with admin work and creating tasks, if you're not using outreach for your sales/bdr teams you're crazy!

Great tool for outreach to prospects at scale, tracking activity, creating sequences, and outbound calling.
Could Not Work without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a very dependable application. I haven't had too many issues and if there's a question, the support team response is very quick

I use outreach to reach my clients and track my progress.
Outreach gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is super intuitive for users and automatically logs back all activity to our Salesforce instance. With Outreach, I can make sure none of my prospects fall through the cracks and always have a "next step" attached to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all -- they are always coming out with new/enhanced features to make the user experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I'm solving with Outreach is maintaining accountability for my outbound/inbound prospect workflow. With Outreach, I've got complete visibility into what's working and what isn't and I can adapt as needed.

Check it out! The great thing is that they are super customizable based on your company's needs.
Save time, do more, and increase engagement at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate repetitive follow-ups and streamline my workflow. Easy to look into data around what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook extension for Outreach is fine but if you have used the Gmail extension before it is a really sad experience and is nowhere near as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate follow-ups to increase reply rates, simplify workflow by spending less time in Salesforce and increase the % of demos booked from inbound requests.

I like that outreach manages which tasks you have to handle daily and I love a lot of their bulk and automated functionality

I dislike that you can't compile contact lists very easily. If you want to create a list to call you can't really do it efficiently unless it's a task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in sales and use it to keep track of prospects. I find the benefit in outreach by not letting anyone fall through the cracks. Outreach is very good at reminding you what you have going on
Outreach an out of this world experience
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I enjoy most about outreach is it's synchronization with salesforce. Lightning fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not enjoy the failed/bounced section. I feel it is not well organized.

I dislike the lack of multi user touch functionality. It would be helpful to have multiple people engaged on a sequence. I also dislike the lack of high level or deeper support. Outreach University only covers very basic information. There are users who have been using outreach for years now and often when I reach out for help, I am given basic answers that I already know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a lot of Salesforce problems with outreach. Salesforce is clunky and does not have an effective workflow. Outreach has allowed the time spent in outreach to be minimized.
