Seven months working with Outreach Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Structure, I like the call integration, system of tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty filtering by lead source, "bad data" doesn't automatically finish the task

Not having a routine when it comes to my sales cadence

Best In Class - Very Flexible

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has the complexity to achieve many desires that an Administrator has. From permissions to development, I've appreciated its ability to be more flexible than other ECM tools I've used.

For a Sales team, it's Sequence grading/reporting continues to improve and we appreciate what this tool has for filterting/reporting versus other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visibility into backend issues if they occur. If they do occur, the issue might not be known until limits are reached in which is at that point too late.

Additionally has some syncing limitations between Salesforce and Outreach. As an administrator, I am limited by A. the ability to better filter what is syncing back and forth and B. Not able to lock down important information that I don't want changed within Outreach. Both are feature requests for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to optimize our content out to prospects and Outreach has helped provide better visibility into this. We are continuing to focus and improve on this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives me reminders of when to touch a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it took time to figure out the product. It wasn't as simple as they said it was at first. I get it is something new to learn, but wish it was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made sure I am touching every lead now with Outreach. Before it was up to me, and human error occurred.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product if you want to make sure leads are being touched, but it has a learning curve to it.

Incredible Helpful and Innovative Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The automated process is seamless in how it takes the entire process of sending thousands of emails and makes it easy and quick. I love how it recognizes out of office responses as opposed to actual replys so it doesn't make the error of stopping an email sequence because someone is gone for a week. It simply restarts a few weeks later. I also love how the settings are created to make the end experience feel like they are actually receiving genuine emails from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to filter prospects based on those who have finished sequences. I would like to easily reload prospects back into a new sequence if they finish the first one without replying. This would make my life a lot easier, and it is as simple as changing how we can filter through prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to hit a lot more prospects than I would without it. I couldn't imagine trying to do my job and hit my goals without this tool. It is truly the best way to sell via email and even trigger me to call prospects when they open emails, or remind me to send them a linkedIn message throughout the email sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation that outreach gives me is such a huge help. I am able to reach out to an insane amount of people just by putting them into a sequence and letting outreach work its magic. It also makes it easier to continue with follow ups because I do not even need to remember who I was talking to about what, everything is in the prospect interface along with where they are in a sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach integration with Salesforce could be improved upon. For example, when I put open leads into a sequence, outreach recognizes that they are now moved to the pursuing status- however salesforce will keep them open and i will have to manually go in to each prospect and push them into pursuing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for me is keeping track of everything that is going on. Since I am actively prospecting hundreds of people it is easy to forget messaging or previous communications, but outreach keeps everything so organized for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should be able to add unlimited amount of prospects to a sequence at once.

I like being able to keep people engaged in sequences while Outreach prompts you with next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it long enough to have many dislikes - I sometimes have issues with an email being automatically generated that doesn't apply to the prospect I'm working with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to come to work day in and day out with a gauge of what needs to be done which allows me to increase my time mgmt.

Challenging to navigate and wish the notes section was better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how outreach keeps me organized and reminds me when it is time to reach out to prospects on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing I dislike about outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach keeps my day and prospects organized. Outreach keeps me on top of my daily tasks and doesn't allow me to forget to reach out to the prospects that I need to speak with.

Brilliant product to increase productivity and get you back to selling faster

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to automate many of my mundane tasks while being able to leverage proven workflows / email information used by others. I can quickly provide information to customers after discover or demo calls with snippets / templates as well as leverage our teams most successful sequences to prospect all at the same time. I think it's a most have for any sales organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm truly satisfied with the Outreach product offering and find myself using it to the full extent. One recommendation i had was better scheduling meetings type of tools, but they have already implemented that into the product, showing they are very focused on innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm reducing my time spent on mundane tasks / emails that can be easily leveraged over multiple-customers. I'm enhancing my ability to mass customize my messaging to many clients while being efficient with my time, yet providing a customized messaging for my potential customers.

I've also find a lot of benefit in the metric tracking to show how certain emails perform vs others as it helps me leverage the best options we already have available.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for making sequences and having quick snippets and templates that I can apply to emails to help save time in my overall process. Also, it helps keep me on track with prospects so that I get a certain amount of touches on each lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Outreach has a tough time syncing up with Salesforce, so sending emails through outreach sometimes get kicked back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pace and organization. It helps me hit each lead a certain number of times and allow me to stay organized with particular sequences. For example, if I have a group of leads that attended a webinar. I have a particular sequence that I will attach these leads to, which makes things easy.
