What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get your dials done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it isn't easy to go back and how it says someone opened an email 3 times every time they open it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my efficiency problems and it makes me able to hit more targets.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks are great for straying organized, and help me come up with a game plan for each day. When I was SDR before, working in Salesforce was mostly feeling out what leads need to be touch. Outreach enabled me to have more strategic touches and gave me a convenient way to be more targeted with messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been nice for there to be a tutorial when I first started. I wish there was a finish sequence button on email tasks/linkedin tasks. Outreach expands at inconvenient times while I am navigating salesforce. I would like the note taking to be an option during email/linkedin tasks. I would like for the note taking to be more seamless in general. I still use salesforce to input notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I giving much more focused messaging, so I am able to set higher quality meetings through it. I am touching lead at a more consistent rate, which has lead to more meetings set. I am able to send out emails at times where I am not in the office allowing to get higher level prospects as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Have daily task not only keeps me super organized, It shows on the left side of outreach you open up a new task the "company news" which is a great tool cause it easy for me to relate a current event if the conversation that i'm having with the prospect isn't going the way I want it to. Also having the "eye" tool is great because I can see if a prospect is dodging me or really not receiving the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about outreach is sometimes the connection between outreach and sales force isn't definite. For example, when a lead is "finished" in outreach it sometimes doesn't get moved to Nurturing the way its supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that I have solved with outreach is keeping the customer customers engagement with nutanix at a level that is not overwhelming. Also easy way to track the progress of a prospect and see how many touches it takes for them to engage back with you.

Simple, Easy to Adopt, Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Outreach to automate our emails and it is a huge time saver for our organizations. Our reps are responsible for sourcing, demo'ing, pricing and handling all contractual issues so this is critical for our team. All reps rely on this tool to do their job and the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have much, but there are so many features out there that we potentially aren't using. There is a bit too many options for our use case, but this may work for other orgs.

The Best Sales Engagement Platform In The Market
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Outreach & Salesforce.
I've used most of the Sales Engagement Platforms in the market over the year (Salesloft, Outreach, ToutApp, YesWare, etc). Outreach surpasses all in the available integrations you can sync. The integration for Salesforce specifically gives you the ability to customize almost every aspect of what is being record in Salesforce. Unlike other tools, you can choose the formatting for how and what it logs to lead/contact records, polling updates, etc. Best I've seen yet.

The internal reporting and analytics feature could be better, however, we log almost everything in Salesforce and build dashboards and reports there for more centralized reporting throughout our sales organization.

Activity tracking (Calls, emails, social media) - as sequences are built and ran they are automatically logged in salesforce.
Marketing alignment:
As inbound leads are created, they are automatically pulled into the correct Outreach sequence and the steps are automatically executed. This gives us the ability to follow up with prospects who interact with our content/marketing assets in a timely manner.

Productivity: The ability to remain task-oriented by completing tasks that are due each day via the 360 pane gives our reps the ability to focus on what's most important for the day.

Great email automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform automates all of my email outreach, and provides a lot of information about metrics. Also has a great feature where you can pause outreach if your prospect is out of office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little areas where functionality isn't built out. For example sometimes I have trouble de-selection some of my leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the process of sending out emails. I've been able to efficiently send out massive amounts of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how well Outreach kept me on task. Its easy to fall behind with reach outs or never follow up in general; Outreach takes that burden off your shoulders. It felt like I was working twice as hard since I had it working behind the scenes, sending emails for me.

Sometimes the communication between Outreach and our CRM (Salesforce) did not work completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely solved the issues of forgetting to follow up with prospects or being behind on tasks. It has made me a lot faster and more efficient with my job.

You won't regret purchasing Outreach - it is worth the investment.
