Excellent communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
The outreach platform can be as easy or complex as its user base. If you want to simply call, text, email, sequence, and build templates it can do that. If you want to customize it into an automation machine with intricate triggers and rulesets, you can do that too. I love that the outreach platform and its team will help you every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a little disappointed at how many times we have cycled through CSMs. I wish we had one person that knew our account and knew it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is assisting our team in communicating at scale while testing that communication in an A/B format. It solves the problem of spending too much time writing, and not enough time selling.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about outreach is being able to opt people into sequences and not forget about them. The task feature makes it so I always complete my several touches on a prospect and won't forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I have experienced is that the log call feature sometimes freezes when I am completely my call tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not letting prospects off easily - always making sure that I'm at the top of their inbox and hopefully catching them on the phone.

Have a customer experience rep come in and train the team on how to best use the platform

Being able to make emails more personalized with snippets
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have an issue with Outreach touches syncing in Salesforce. I will try to re-sync the contact/lead and the page will keep loading but nothing will happen. I then have to close the window and open it again. I also have had issues connecting the RingDNA plugin with the Outreach dialer (this may not be a problem specifically related to Outreach but RingDNA is how we log our calls)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the volume of touches and increasing them, especially with emails. I've also realize the importance in organization and attention to detail with each lead and making sure both calls and emails are organized. Sequencing keeps you on track with lead touches on every prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
The snippets are very helpful to customize emails to specific titles/prospects. I also like how you can tag a group of people so that you can stay more organized
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when you change the interval of days until the step occurs and you have to go back in and re-save all steps under that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases organization and allows to more efficiently reach out to prospects. I am able to write messaging once and send it to tons of people at once

Outreach is great when you are dealing with a large amount of prospects

I love the automation and customization for the sequences and the analytics they yield to perform better

I wish there was a better training feature on how to use and test variables. Having said that, this was probably my fault for not seeking other resources

It helps me to keep track of our prospects and the individual messaging used to communicate with them

When using outreach make sure to tag all of your prospects, this will help keep track of their roles and let you put them into additional sequences once one has finished. This helps keep prospecting active and funnels more in your sequences

Structure, I like the call integration, system of tasks

Difficulty filtering by lead source, "bad data" doesn't automatically finish the task

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has the complexity to achieve many desires that an Administrator has. From permissions to development, I've appreciated its ability to be more flexible than other ECM tools I've used.
For a Sales team, it's Sequence grading/reporting continues to improve and we appreciate what this tool has for filterting/reporting versus other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visibility into backend issues if they occur. If they do occur, the issue might not be known until limits are reached in which is at that point too late.
Additionally has some syncing limitations between Salesforce and Outreach. As an administrator, I am limited by A. the ability to better filter what is syncing back and forth and B. Not able to lock down important information that I don't want changed within Outreach. Both are feature requests for the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to optimize our content out to prospects and Outreach has helped provide better visibility into this. We are continuing to focus and improve on this.
Simple, but have to take the time to understand the product.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives me reminders of when to touch a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it took time to figure out the product. It wasn't as simple as they said it was at first. I get it is something new to learn, but wish it was easier.

I have made sure I am touching every lead now with Outreach. Before it was up to me, and human error occurred.

Great product if you want to make sure leads are being touched, but it has a learning curve to it.
Incredible Helpful and Innovative Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The automated process is seamless in how it takes the entire process of sending thousands of emails and makes it easy and quick. I love how it recognizes out of office responses as opposed to actual replys so it doesn't make the error of stopping an email sequence because someone is gone for a week. It simply restarts a few weeks later. I also love how the settings are created to make the end experience feel like they are actually receiving genuine emails from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to filter prospects based on those who have finished sequences. I would like to easily reload prospects back into a new sequence if they finish the first one without replying. This would make my life a lot easier, and it is as simple as changing how we can filter through prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to hit a lot more prospects than I would without it. I couldn't imagine trying to do my job and hit my goals without this tool. It is truly the best way to sell via email and even trigger me to call prospects when they open emails, or remind me to send them a linkedIn message throughout the email sequence.
