Useful tool for anyone significantly utilizing emails
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track opens and clicks, as well as the location information. Very useful tool to see interaction with your email even when you don't receive a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces are a bit cumbersome, needs to be a little fine tuned. This is due to the depth of the product, it grew a little faster that the GUI team could keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
messaging many people at once - people ignore emails even more than ever. Unfortunately, volume has become king.

Utilize the activity section to track active engagement
Increasing lead follow up efficiency plus holding reps accountable
What do you like best about the product?
I can rest assured that my reps are following up on every lead as they should.
I don't have to hope and pray that all the email content created by every rep on a team of 30 is effective. Our new hires can work leads quicker because they don't have to create email content from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lag time when using the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased SQL production w/ Outreach because of the lead follow up efficiency. Equally important is the fact that new hires require far less ramp time and can efficiently work leads. New hires also have a set track and don't spend time wondering how best to follow up with a lead.
Outreach = Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Outreach is Salesforce integration. I can organize my prospecting easily and Outreach keeps me on time with my tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is sometimes the plugin can be a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track prospects and accounts. I can review call notes from any time through the interface. This saves me time on having to search through other programs or a physical notebook when I want to recall something.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and the video training library is all you need to get started with basic to intermediate campaigns. The integrations with SalesForce are easy to set up along with a capability to import into outreach directly from a SalesForce lead view or report that has already been established. My favorite feature is the sequencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach has an awesome and extraordinary arrangement of highlights, yet they can be surrey and this makes them inefficient at times. When you endeavor to import one CSV with prospects from different records, the wizard offers you a choice to outline prospects specifically to the records into the Outreach yet this alternative has often not worked. I can't reorder the grouping steps when the prospect has experienced the arrangement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach provides an incredible arrangement of devices that make our email to look pretty and expertly. It has an extraordinary combination with call and email arrangements and it makes the apparatus more than a basic outline of the messages and open and answer rates. We are able to manage client and lead relations more smoothly and with more real-time data at our fingertips at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose Outreach to pursue the inbound leads, to perform high-scale out-jumping endeavors with Account-based Sales Development and to welcome prospects to the occasions. You can keep up the inbound and outbound contacts in various CRMs and to monitor the accounts for prospects that you have reached previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Outreach is a reliable all in one sales engagement tool. You can easily target top accounts and prospects through all channels in a strategic manner. You can easily customize your daily workflow based on key data points and you can easily admin accounts and prospect for your team to work saving them hours a day. When you pair Outreach with a data tool like DiscoverOrg, it's an unstoppable quota crushing combo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sync/mapping was more direct with Salesforce. Would also be nice to add a power dialer feature and map Salesforce fields to standard Outreach fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing the efficiency of my team is always at the top of my mind. Outreach enables up to spend more time selling and less time jump from tool to tool. The all in one functionality to paramount to our success.
Terrible. Go with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Would be fine if it did not crash on you 5 times a day (on average)
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI itself is nice. But that doesn't matter because the outreach dialer crashes so often that it disrupts your workflow a substantial amount. If you are in a call heavy profession, do not go with outreach. You will be interrupted many times throughout your day to restart your computer just to get the app properly working again. Outreach knows about this, it hasn't been fixed for months. Also the Chrome extension shows multiple errors with gmail and is constantly crashing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If outreach didn't crash. It has more functionality than Salesloft (which we were using prior) but it just has too many bugs.

Don't get it. It's a headache. You will regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a perfect tool for prospecting and scale. As a top performer it helps me stay organized and constantly refill my sales funnel.

There is not much to dislike about this tool. It does what I need it to do.

From first outreach to follow up connecting with prospects is a breeze.

If you need a tool for sales outreach and follow up this is perfect.
Powerful tool, still learning the full capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like Outreach has thought about all the different ways that sales teams would want to better engage with their audiences in an efficient way. The tool is very robust and has a ton of features for both users and managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double edge sword of a feature rich tool is that it can get a bit crowded on the UX side of things, but the UX and UI is strong enough that this doesn't detract from the whole experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier and more accurate way to track what emails and sequences work. Reps can more easily communicate in a personalized way. It works well with our other workflows with Salesforce and Marketo.
Great tool, some bug fixes needed
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for setting up sequences and organizing my day. It holds all of my templates for emails as well as integrates well with g-mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be a little buggy. I find that some days it goes down completely. When this happens I'm unable to make calls and it halts my entire workday.
