Support is terrible
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of it. We dropped Hubspot sales-pro and were looking for a tool to give our sales and insides sales team. But we need to keep looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding, support and overall customer care. From day one it was difficult. You only get one admin license so if your admin is out for a few weeks, no one else can support the team. If you need another admin seat, you have to pay for it. Training is done by a third party and it feels like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Then we had issues and raised a ticket. Each ticket took two weeks to get a respond. But when I said I give up it took the 5 mins to let me know they've updated the system and I won't be auto renewed. I wish their support team worked as efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not much. We can't really use it and our support tickets are not getting much response

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to reach out to people with such ease with a very user-friendly dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sequences will have a glitch, but that can very well be my issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer contact, sending sequences to cold emails. Having them get back to me.
Outreach is actual Trash. Avoid like the plague
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the calendaring system. Nothing else in Outreach is worth it. I'm en end rep, this system is clunky, it sucks, there is no point to launching it. This is pointless, truly pointless to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything:
1. Schedule to send later doesnt work, ever.
2. Adding contacts to SFDC barely works.
3. SCHEDULING EMAILS NEVER WORKS. It's mission-critical, I can't trust this system anymore. I have had important emails just not sent due to Outreach. I would churn off of them in a heartbeat but as a rep its not my choice.

It doesnt solve my problems it casues more of them, SOPS bought the fancy tool but the fancy tool sucks. I am so tired of Outreach, their support team and my team not making changes.
Great and simple to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to mass blast - as well as sequence prospects into a drip campaign. Like how I can A/B test, and also as the Salesforce admin, easily sync fields across both platforms (in various syncing frequencies). Their Chrome Outreach Plugin is very useful as well, while in SFDC especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading the initial page always takes a second or two, which is fine once it loads but annoying every time. Otherwise, really simple and easy to use - no real complaints. Support sometimes takes a bit to get back to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach, product outreach, CS outreach. Easy to send one-off and mass emails to prospects and customers alike!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need a simple, and easy to use platform for Sales - this is the one!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuition of the platform and the integrations between Zoominfo and Salesforce make my life as a BD team of one much easier

I'd like to understand if there are ways to see what commissions are calculated throught outreach

Manually data entry required has significantly lessened, allowing greater time to engage with prospects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BD teams should have some sort of sales engagement platform, but I would highly recommend outreach for it's ease of use, fantastic professional development content, and great support
Cannot work without it
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach hit the nail as a tool that can make any communication task a breeze. With the emergence of so many automation tools, it is difficult to see what works best. Out of all of the pieces of software I have evaluated, Outreach blows most of them out of the water.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to manage prospects and communication. I think this could be solved with a more specific onboarding process, and making sure that the experience is tailored around best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of remembering who to contact, follow up with, and any task has been eliminated with Outreach. There are so many tools within the platform that help me do my job more effectively in less time.
Outreach Makes My Day Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send mass emails and sequence prospects with ease. It's easy to follow up with multiple prospects at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to freeze quite a bit, which is frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who I'm communicating with.
Can be buggy at times, but overall syncs well with Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is pretty good. Easy to navigate and update fields in bulk. Was very easy to format and create custom fields for personalization. What I liked best was that it automatically pauses the sequences when it gets an auto reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be very buggy at times. The analytics tools weren't great, so I would have to export the prospect and sequence data as a CSV. Unfortunately, the export would time out if there were too many prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk email sequencing and funneling leads into Salesforce. An easy tool to use in order to add a lot of prospects to 1 sequence at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not full necessary to have an external CRM in order to use Outreach. Can replace the CRM for small companies.
