Essential tool for an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and versatility of Outreach is unparallel to any other sales platform out there. As an SDR, I practically live out of Outreach for my day to day activities (calls and emails). My favorite part about outreach is its ease of use for new sales professionals like myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything big I dislike about the platform that would deter from the overall experience. What I didn't like was that I could filter my tasks by step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes the integrations with Salesforce can be a bit clunky but overall, it has been great!
There are more pros and cons here, and definitely a lot of features which might be overwhelming at first but once you learn to leverage them - they can be quite powerful!

Great way to garner sales/marketing alignment
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to have visibility into emails being sent and calls being made

Not much, it seems very comprehensive in its abilties
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach enables us to log calls and track emails company-wide, which gives visibility throughout the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides insight into prospect activity and engagement, in almost-real time. The ability to schedule tasks and create customized sequences allows you to tailor your messaging and save time when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a bit difficult to digest, and once a prospect has been added to a sequence, you can no longer make changes to the track of their sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to save time when prospecting, track prospect engagement, and set/keep track of follow-up tasks, so nobody falls through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to learn all the ins and outs, as there are many small but useful functions you can implement into your usage of Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
So if you're like me, you have a hard time remembering tasks, getting e-mails done and "Oh, when was the last time I contacted that person?" I manage a large number of accounts and without Outreach I would never be able to keep up with them. It keeps me on task, on time and helps myself and my senior management keep up with what our team is doing. It's a great product and I highly recommend it for your teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some minor improvements to connectivity between platforms and I wish that it had an app!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, task management, outreach to customers. We've realized an increase in task completion as well as an increase in overall team performance when it comes to contacting and maintaining relationships between prospects and customers.
Outreach is the Executive Assistant I need as a Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, I am paid to close business. But if I don't spend a big chunk of my time prospecting, I won't have any deals to close. Outreach is my solution that makes sure I am creating pipeline at all times - it reminds me daily of the tasks I need to complete. I am able to create personal touches with my future clients and existing clients, and create customized sequences for my target clients to ensure I am also front of mind for them. Prospecting and Pipeline is pretty much the most important part of my job. Closing the deal is the final STEP of that, and Outreach makes sure I remember that. The features I like best are the sequences, calendar integration, meeting no show automatic rescheduling, and the A/B testing of messaging. Really, I like all the features - but those are the ones that have changed the game for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any, really - there aren't any other solutions like this out there for sales reps, so that means whatever is in Outreach is simply a bonus, period. No downside. If I had to pick anything, it would be that as a sales rep, it would be great to have more templates for sequences to choose from to then customize. I get great content from my own internal teams, but I know their teams are experts and would love to simply see more of what works for them, and would love to see them expand into including a side community where I can really collaborate more with other sales reps that are using Outreach and share templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospecting and automating the process as much as possible. My pipeline has increased greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives me a transparent view of my marketing email campaigns. It's unlike any other platform. The UI is intuitive, and functionally, it increases our team's impact exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a strange use case, which requires us to sign into many Outreach instances on any given day. There's no "hub" to manage our different logins so passwords and things have to be saved, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear stats help us move faster for our clients. We immediately know how our campaigns are performing, and can quickly analyze and make changes to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best sales engagement tool currently available, and the team is doing everything they can to maintain that for a long time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to track the amount of calls made. It also integrates with salesforce

Check on connectivity issues
More intuitive than SFDC... it just puts it all right there for you.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly and easily make sense of how to use it and move out of multi-tasking in separate tools to accomplish one simple activity related to follow-ups, cadence, tasks, calls, opps, prospecting, etc. It also integrates well with other tools like LeadIQ and SFDC well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time digging into the details in order to setup efficient use of the featureset. There's a lot of value in the snippets and the templates, but it takes time... not really a dislike of Outreach so much as a dislike of having to prioritize learning it fully over my day-job... selling!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating how we move from prospect to contact to outreach to follow-up. The full end-to-end is a matter of clicks and follow-thru (as long as you put the time in to set it up that way.)
Outreach for Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach makes it simple for me to send email communications out to some of our customers that may be harder to get ahold of, or I can sequence them and it have it auto send emails so I am always following up and getting in touch. When I send those emails outside of Outreach, it can take more efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't think there is anything I dislike? Although what they call as "prospects" I call "customers" and I wish I could customize that a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems related to scheduling meetings, getting back in touch with customers that you haven't heard from in a while, and relaying product updates to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with outreach has been great. My team has been using outreach for day to day prospecting. We have a set of targeted accounts assigned to each of our reps and they use outreach to run series of prospecting activities towards. I really like the ease of use in general from both user and admin perspective. Also the integration between outreach and various sales tools that we use for our team makes our over sales a lot more outreach more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations on how lists can be built in outreach that I would like them to be improved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales organization uses outreach for both outbound and inbound prospecting.

Outreach is a very powerful tool that can be used for various reasons. From outbound prospecting to inbound lead generation. I highly recommend utilizing all of the features that product is offering
