What do you like best about the product?
The stage itself is smooth, responsive, and incredible with a wide range of highlights on the toolbar to improve perceivability into deals cycles and prospects. It additionally essentially adjusts correspondence technique over our interior group and enables you to more readily oversee outreach from both an individual and synergistic point of view. Effort is persistently including new highlights/usefulness and works superbly to rapidly enable you to see how to utilize these highlights and why they can support your present work processes. They have an extraordinary help group too and rush to react and lead you towards snappy goals of the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most things stream flawlessly, however here and there Outreach is moderate to match up with Salesforce. I likewise wish it was somewhat simpler to stick which successions and explicit advances straightforwardly prompted gatherings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've utilized Outreach in the two deals prospecting and client achievement limit and in the two occasions the instrument has been fantastically profitable. We assembled successions to target prospects and make informing that connected to different sections. It made an approach to effortlessly oversee errands and effectively deal with the prospects you contribution to the framework. We use it for better correspondence with gatherings/fragments of clients relying upon the items they use/what might matter to them and guaranteeing correspondence is convenient, sorted out and compelling. Outreach filled in as an archive for all correspondence and streamlined action and correspondence methodologies over our inner groups in both our deals and client relationship.

You won't most likely envision existence without it. One interesting point in the significance of the substance you make. They stage is brilliant, yet without commitment to making and dealing with your substance, you won't get the outcomes you're searching for.
Enterprise AE using Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to automate some of the previously tedious tasks around cold outreach, specifically to prospects that don't require a vast level of personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow takes a bit to get used to, and the majority of the work that's being done in Outreach can be in Salesforce - although salesforce takes a bit more elbow grease to make useful - so it seems as though some things are repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the cold outreach process more efficient by quickly adding prospects into campaigns (sequences) so the sales team has more time to focus on other activities.

It seems great for startups and smaller companies, but as you scale a lot of the activities done in Outreach can be done in Salesforce which makes for a more streamlined workflow.

Effective sales automation but not the finest
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach allows me to be incredibly organized in my outbounding. I can create unique sequences with email, call, and integrated Linkedin tasks. I can manage my contacts/prospects well and easily send put them through different unique sequences. I can create and save templates and see the analytics of my most successful templates. Lots of different capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the scheduling system of tasks that prevents my outreach from being sent on time. There is also tracking of email opens, that is not always reliable. A few things that have broken are the auto-fill features - it has sometimes not filled in my prospect's name or company. Within sequences, you also cannot move around the order of your task items (email, dial, etc) once you create a sequence. The process is a nightmare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbounding and prospecting. Outreach is our primary sales tool to organize outbounding (writing emails, making calls, sending Linkedin messages ). It automates touch points effectively and collects data on open rates, reply, rates, etc. It will even directly update our CRM.
Undecided
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can be in Google Calendar and sync up my Outreach calendar to add in times that I'm available to speak to someone! It's really handy for scheduling appointments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't sync well with Salesforce and is showing all of my emails as spam to my clients. There are many faulty issues that need to be updated and fixed. Sometimes contact and prospect names show up as my own self in Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Hubspot and had to use Calendly instead of one easy way to set appointments. However, we've had quite a few issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
With all technology many features can make ease of use a bit of a hurdle. Training is a musk until your team can efficiently work on there own. The software does also tend to crash every once in a while, but support it quick and always resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to measure what processes reach our audience more effectively, as well as automate processes so we can spend more time on the phones reaching out to prospects and less time writing notes in sales force or sending meeting invites from outlook.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing Outreach I recommend having a thorough training plan for your team, otherwise you will not see full potential from your investment.
