mostly solving a lot of issues around reminders and following up with prospects
Fantastic tool, helps reps stay on task and be more effecient

The sequences have helped with our rookie member onboarding process to make it more consistent and ensure that everyone is onboarded properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be a little slow and it is a bit annoying that I can only have a prospect in one sequence at a time.

Love seeing the data about how I am reaching people successfully. It helps me plan future campaigns.

Super easy to use and set up. Sequences are great, easy to move people from one to another. Great support team as well.

Tends to go down from time to time. Puts a hold on workflow.

Best Thing I've Ever Done
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach took my sales database and gave me a simple and effective way to engage with them. I also really enjoy the user interface. I also appreciate their constant updates, like adding integration with LinkedIn, adding a text feature, etc. They are constantly improving and enhancing the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It would be nice to be able to use the "outreach text" with my cell phone number, and developing a mobile app would be a bonus as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in front of prospects has never been easier. In 2017, I sold $200k in product (before Outreach). In 2018 (with Outreach), I sold $700k in product. I believe this is because I was able to increase my outbound volume by roughly 300%, and sales is a numbers game.

The ease of use, reporting metrics, integrations with other platforms we use and strength of the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they can be a little slow to add new functions that are requested but that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process efficiency, sales email efficiency, and testing different components of our email strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you make a decision when comparing similar tools, make sure you do a demo with a rep. There's so much to this tool that it can be a bit overwhelming but it's an easy learning curve.

A must if you're looking to scale business developmen
What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking to scale a business development operation and sales development operation, this is a must. Works well with Domo as a BI tool and if you have Salesforce, you can correlate the data between prospecting to opportunity and opportunity to close. Call recording is great for coaching. I'm able to see everyone's calls with their dispositions and coach the ones that people struggled with. Email is great for tracking purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email out of Outreach can do HTML formate. I wish it can also do more in-depth reporting out of the box with more filters. I wish they had a mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No visibility on operationalizing prospecting. No real ability to understand how to track email and track calls and disposition calls accordingly. What effort was needed to land the first meeting with a prospect?
Increase productivity / stay on track with Outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
Manual sequences are great - keep daily activity high and allow newer reps the ability to familiarize yourself with your accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions for larger orgs can make the platform limited - but that's it!

Daily activity - emails, LI, calls; analytics around outreach to tighten focus.

It's a great tool! I'd highly recommend it if you don't have your outbound team using any sales enablement products.

I like the overall idea of outreach. It's meant to make your workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of issues that come with implementing the software into the workplace.

The ability to figure out what needs to be done to make the business day more efficient.

It's a great product for the workplace. It just takes a long time to fully implement to get it to perfection.
