Great as a marketing/outreach tool

What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach from a sales perspective, makes it easy for me to be able to target potential clients and push content to them. Their analytics and tracking is what is most helpful to me. I am able to see when emails are opened, who opened them, how many times there were opened, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was more difficult than I would have liked to implement the software. We have someone on our marketing team now that is dedicated to running Outreach for us. I would have preferred something that I, myself, could have controlled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a high volume software company, and Outreach allows us to push content to our database of clients. It has saved us hundreds of hours in manually having to push emails.

Great product with Terrible support

What do you like best about the product?
We use Outreach to drive our outbound sales. Set up Custom email/call/Linkedin sequences and it really helps with our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach does typically work well, BUT if you ever do have any time of issue it takes a long time to get in resolved. I believe their whole support team is on the West Coast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach to set up Sales Sequences for consistent & automated outbound sales. The email templates easily save me several hours per day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are someone that generally needs customer support, look elsewhere.

Otherwise, simple to use tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does an awesome job of allowing you to really build a sales pipeline and contact a large number of prospects automatically. It makes my job as a sales rep so much easier knowing that I have things going on constantly in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike about Outreach. There is a bit of a learning curve involved. The only thing I can think of is if you are using click tracking on Outreach sometimes these emails won't go through because they are more easily caught by the other companies firewall as spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build contact campaigns through outreach and really use it to track all contact information and email sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say outreach is a must use for all business development roles who are hoping to build contact and pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having automated emails with sequences and templates. The customization for them too is awesome. Great for anyone in sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't link with Salesforce so you don't know someone got an email. Logs out a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of leads, keeping touches on customers

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach enables reps to build scheduled cadences that work. I love that there is data behind everything: open rates, responses, etc... I would suggest this to anyone that is managing a younger SDR salesforce and wants results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback would be how clunky the solution can be. My reps and I had issues with the extension taking up significant bandwith. The only other complaint I have is the shoddy attempt at integrating VOIP systems like RingDNA. It works but there are issues like not recording calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach at scale. It can be hard for a sales to stay organized. Outreach allows teams to be targeted and prompt from their initial outreach to the close.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend doing your research. Outreach is not for everyone. It is expensive so make sure your team is large enough and able to leverage its full capabilities before making the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a clean way to complete and execute tasks. I find it much easier to use outreach rather than Salesforce. The built in call functionality is a life saver and makes it much easier to call in larger amounts. I prefer using VOIP rather than the bridge. The reporting is nice and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using either VOIP or the bridge for calls, it starts to get buggy. Most of the time it's fine, but there's issues where you're not able to end a call due to an unexpected errors. When calling throughout the day, I generally get 1-2 errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is a much easier platform to use than Salesforce for our job function. It makes things much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't like anything outreach has to offer, it's too complicated and it doesn't work efficiently. I don't know how the admin interface works, but the user UI is awful. It's glitchy, slow, often skips when rendering any data from salesforce. I guess sub-par tech is allowed these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's a DB problem or an internal salesforce problem, but the amount of time it takes to render values to and from outreach takes anywhere from 2-3 seconds. I go through accounts multiple times a day and 2-3 seconds per operation is absurd.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to work out of. You can see what's working and what's not working very quickly and make adjustments based on the data provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes a tiny bit of getting used to, but I think it's pretty darn optimized and flows very well already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy process for SDRs and AEs to follow. Also helps everyone stay organized and on top of everything. Nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation that outreach provides when doing outreach to potential clients and current clients
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot embed videos directly in their emails, only links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Sales Development automation. Outreach handles all our prospect outreach through calls, emails, linkedin messaging, and sequences. We have a quicker response time to prospects using outreach and are able to reach out to more potential clients with outreach than without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to set up great templates and snippets it helps with creating your sequences in the future.

Good product but essential chrome extension stopped working months ago

What do you like best about the product?
Account and prospect views. I like how each person can customize the view
What do you dislike about the product?
I see the chrome extension as table stakes and unfortunately, slow updates and no real fix keep me from recommending it. Now we have to evaluate migration and that's never fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadences are easy to build but it would be helpful to have more granular reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid. If you have any issues support will not be helpful. The poor level of support is shocking.
