More intuitive than SFDC... it just puts it all right there for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly and easily make sense of how to use it and move out of multi-tasking in separate tools to accomplish one simple activity related to follow-ups, cadence, tasks, calls, opps, prospecting, etc. It also integrates well with other tools like LeadIQ and SFDC well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time digging into the details in order to setup efficient use of the featureset. There's a lot of value in the snippets and the templates, but it takes time... not really a dislike of Outreach so much as a dislike of having to prioritize learning it fully over my day-job... selling!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating how we move from prospect to contact to outreach to follow-up. The full end-to-end is a matter of clicks and follow-thru (as long as you put the time in to set it up that way.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach makes it simple for me to send email communications out to some of our customers that may be harder to get ahold of, or I can sequence them and it have it auto send emails so I am always following up and getting in touch. When I send those emails outside of Outreach, it can take more efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't think there is anything I dislike? Although what they call as "prospects" I call "customers" and I wish I could customize that a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems related to scheduling meetings, getting back in touch with customers that you haven't heard from in a while, and relaying product updates to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with outreach has been great. My team has been using outreach for day to day prospecting. We have a set of targeted accounts assigned to each of our reps and they use outreach to run series of prospecting activities towards. I really like the ease of use in general from both user and admin perspective. Also the integration between outreach and various sales tools that we use for our team makes our over sales a lot more outreach more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations on how lists can be built in outreach that I would like them to be improved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales organization uses outreach for both outbound and inbound prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a very powerful tool that can be used for various reasons. From outbound prospecting to inbound lead generation. I highly recommend utilizing all of the features that product is offering

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reminds me to follow up with contacts on a regular basis. I don't have to worry about all the small tasks. I also enjoy seeing when people open my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't quite have the hang of navigating everything. I also got setup with odd settings so I see too much of other peoples info on opportunities and have found it quite distracting. Overall there are a lot of features which make it a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of my daily reach outs to clients. Not losing track of who I'm working with and what stage people are in. I love the email tracking feature. Knowing when someone opens an email really excites me!

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep reps honest about their daily contact touches and cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
No integration with outlook, only gmail. You have to pay a LOT extra to have access to customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach provides a much better, more visible tracking system of contact/account touches which ensure proper follow up and more opportunities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Too expensive. Also, the way they make customer support cost a lot extra is absurd

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a standup team first and foremost, they are always on and are there as our partners. Secondly, the tool makes being a sales rep so easy by tracking, automating, prospecting, moving conversations forward, data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has been lacking a little bit but I know this is a big priority for them and they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach, helping with prospecting and qualifying, synching and tracking, building transparency, empowering reps to do more.

Just use it, they are the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been great for creating processes and maintaining them on a daily basis. You also have the ability to quickly engage with prospects’ social media accounts. This makes more a great tool that covers so many bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little overwhelming when are first getting started with the platform.

Outreach is helping our business development team reach out to accounts quickly and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to automate some of the previously tedious tasks around cold outreach, specifically to prospects that don't require a vast level of personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow takes a bit to get used to, and the majority of the work that's being done in Outreach can be in Salesforce - although salesforce takes a bit more elbow grease to make useful - so it seems as though some things are repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the cold outreach process more efficient by quickly adding prospects into campaigns (sequences) so the sales team has more time to focus on other activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems great for startups and smaller companies, but as you scale a lot of the activities done in Outreach can be done in Salesforce which makes for a more streamlined workflow.

too many settings, constant callbacks from numbers saying "they just missed my call", robocallers, and dropped calls, bugs with certain features
