What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation, the intuitive design, meeting scheduler, email open data and the reporting insights. It seems to be a very powerful tool that will give our reps the ability to increase their production although we are very early in our implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of heavy lifting on the front end that was not abundantly clear during the sales process. For a startup with a minimal marketing function, it requires a fair amount of content creation to get sequences going. The onboarding process feels rushed- a bit of "Check the box" and there is a pretty wide variety of knowledge from the CSMs (I've worked with 3 in 5 weeks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're strictly trying to increase our outbound pipeline right now. We've seen a 300% increase over where we were at the beginning of the year and I expect that to grow exponentially with some system tweaking
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Slow down your onboarding and ask Outreach to do the same. Spend more time on the front end building sequences to save you time later

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use the program. there is always new updates to learn about and continue to grow from. the response rate of the help desk is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
keeping up to date can be a bit of a challenge but it is still very welcomed and always fun to learn.

Infinite scale

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and easily duplicate my team's efforts in our outreach and follow-up is key to the value of a tool like Outreach. For a small org like ours or even a large enterprise, the value is there in the ability to scale the utility across multiple communication channels (clients, prospects, partners, events, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn on your own. The university has a ton of valuable content, but there it would be nice to have more guided content available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing (quickly and at scale) our Sales communication strategy

Onboarding sucks

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the idea of outreach, the potential to really change my sales teams game
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding really sucked. 1 hour training session and just dropped like a bad smell. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I had to find out that my CSM left by their LinkedIn account changing...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact more customers that my oposition (potentially)

What do you like best about the product?
Automated processes for engagement. Being able to track productivity by rep by day -hold them accountable for actions. Reporting was lacking but is getting better, like how there is now metrics on sequences. Like the new integrations unveiled this week.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't use Accounts and OPs sorting through prospects and companies in your tasks is hard and takes time. Exporting data into excel takes alot of manual process to get the columns you care about. Brought this up and was told it's bc most ppl don't export data via Outreach bc they export in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started our Inside Sales team w/ Outreach so we've never known the department without it to know what we are solving. I think another benefit besides tracking is the automation. Feels great when a rep gets a meeting and they didnt even know they sent an email.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has allowed our team to increase the number of touches/outreaches to our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes effort to ramp up to use efficiently / with best practices in mind.

We are increasing the number of opportunities created and passed to sales, and ultimately increasing our pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach continues to make improvements to the platform so that outbound teams can run an effective omni-channel outbound campaign. Easy to integrate, deploy and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
More robust call shadowing features. Ability to have a group or team of people that I'm listening to and the system auto moves to the next call as a call ends. This would make it much easier for me to listen to calls during a power hour.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can automate the reps follow up with potential customers throughout the entire nurture stage. This ensures we don't give up on a lead or opportunity too soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I need a lot more training because we are not using Outreach to it's full potential. This conference has made me realize that Outreach has so many capabilities that I was not aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to increase our number of meetings and pipeline revenue that leads to closed business.
