What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has helped create more efficiency for our group to carry out our daily tasks and organize our information in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only few times working through kinks, downtime, and trying to get timely support for few ticket items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps create transparancy for our sales reps activties to be tracked in Salesforce.

The ability to streamline all of my daily sales tasks, while being able to personalize the specific messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't make cold calls for me.  :)

The core problem Outreach solves is being able to reach multiple people at one time.

What I've found to be most helpful about Outreach is the holistic view of all of my pipeline generating activity. The analytics behind it and integration with my other sales stack.

Just needing to learn more and be better enabled to take advantage of all of the capabilities

Visibility into what's working with sequences

AI, integrations, ease of use, one-stop shop, innovation, leadership, customer support, training, ease of implementation, and much more!!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have evaluated Outreach for years and haven't made a decision because of the texting platform or the absence of one. They are so much better in this area that we have to make the decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves everyone in the sales team time and is absolutely “best in class.” How doesn't it benefit us?!?

Reporting capabilities compared to their competition.  Much more robust and easier to build

Can get pricey but you pay for what you get

Building out a new renewal process and it's going very smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and user experience make is easy to use and it is easy to scale everything using outreach. Customer service has gotten better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more in depth elearning options for training, continued training tips and tricks,and onboarding. Short and task specific all in a library instead of searching the knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency with sales processes, repeatable and scalable sale processes. We are able to build, test and see what works. Once we can see what works, we can sale easily.

Sync with Dynamics, training videos for reps and mgrs are low. in #

We are able to onboard reps quickly since we can create sequences and have them listen to calls all in one platform

Nothing, the things I would list here are now in beta and will be released in 2024

I like how easy it is to navigate the tool and how effective it is for my GTM team to achieve their sales targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I wish I had more constructive criticism but I truly love the tool.
