Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics of outreach and the knowledge that my team is learning and utilizing a system that improves their effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the dashboards to be easier to find. I would like a cohesive dashboard that links my tools such as Gong, Salesforce and Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales efficiency.

Complex and needs continuous refinements and admin.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the team at Outreach. I've dealt with numerous SaaS vendors and I have to say, Outreach has a phenomenal onboarding process and they've supported us every step of the way as we continue to innovate and improve our internal processes and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd personally love to see their voice product move more into the inbound space. One of the main gaps we have currently is the inability of the platform to facilitate inbound calls for our SDR team. Not a deal breaker by any means, but I'd prefer to keep all customer engagement within the same platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Outreach, we've been able to take our first touch on inbound leads from 8 hours to <5 minutes. It also allows us to systematically improve lead follow-up, standardize content, and ensure we can test and measure effectiveness of our content and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
A great customer engagement platform that allows sales reps to reach out to prospects in an environment that is intuitive and easy to use. Sequences allow reps to keep prospects engaged and see the data behind which sequences are working as well as automated activity reports on reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between Outreach and Salesforce has a couple issues, that even speaking with support couldn't solve. We aren't able to link sales notes in Outreach to SFDC, and the activity mapping between the two is also problematic at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to customers and keeping them engaged. Creating automated and repeatable ways to scale outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has made it really easy for our global team to standardize on processes and understand where we have opportunity to improve. The solution is really easy to use and understand and Outreach puts in a lot of time and effort to make sure we have everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we face is how to really maximize our efforts with all that Outreach has to offer. It's sometimes easy to be overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our team to scale inbound/outbound efforts very easily and allows us to be more prescriptive in how we market and train our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me do my job faster. I feel more efficient and organized when I have the tool. It helps me engage my customers more often. I helped implement outreach at my last company and the support was fantastic. Responsive and helpful!

As they add more and more features it gets harder to navigate for new people.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation it allows for reps, the ability for our reps and managers to be in one platform for many of their activities they log and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
technical issues that arise and the difficulty we sometimes see with the uniqueness of our products we sell and how we sell them

Automation and efficiency of many manual processes that our reps were previously managing in their workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a hub that has all our contacts in one place and can manage our communications to our customers. Love that the process and support in outreach is top notch and they are always there to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no phone app. I feel with a bunch of our outside reps traveling it would make there work flow so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a better streamlined effort to ensure our customers are not being bombarded with communications that are not relavant to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Automates significant portion of sales workflow. Improves visibility to process adherence and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little too SDR oriented (build out AE feature set). More object mapping for SF (i.e. campaign objects)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase SDR/AE productivity and conversion rate. Visibility in to process adherence. Test and improve messaging. Still too early to measure improvements.
