Outreach keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is reliable and allows me to duplicate my emailing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features and settings that are buried in the UI. It's not a perfect product but they are always working to make it better and I am confident they will solve some of these less desirable features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email outreach, tracking all email and phone activity from reps
Great Email Sequencer
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to import large amount of products into email sequences

Clunky interface, sometimes glitches when trying to re-sequence prospects

Email marketing for sales development couldn't be done without it
Cant imagine working without this
What do you like best about the product?
This has been one of the most useful sales tools that I've ever used. Prior to this I was using spreadsheets and depending on Salesforce alone and was no where near as suuccesful as I am now. This software has been a lifde saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is Not being able to sort by state

Staying in constant contact and not having people fall through the cracks!

What do you like best about the product?
Consistently being able to touch 1000's of prospects on a regular basis with specific messaging to engage and create demand for what you are selling
What do you dislike about the product?
That I was not able to implement the system sooner and when we did implement we kept it to one department versus rolling out to multiple groups where we would have been in a situation to have a dedicated CSM to properly onboard from the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work smarter not harder. Reps were working all hours of the night around the clock, outreach enables the team to be more efficient with their prospecting which has resulted in more created opportunities.
Sales Engagement At Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
In terms of productivity, outreach provides an intuitive platform that is sure to 2x the productivity of any outbound motion SDR team. In addition, Outreach extends its use case well beyond the top of funnel with features that are highly useful for AEs and CS teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because this is an evolving platform, integrations and native features are constantly being added. The education to keep the team abreast of changes does take internal effort and buy in. Additionally, a SFDC admin will often find they are looking for the platform to work around native salesforce rules but will often come short of this ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping reps move faster with outbound efforts.
Outreach allows personalization at scale
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to setup a system that allows our team to 3X their efforts by following a prescriptive methodology that uses data to guide its formation, not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many that I can think of although I wish it wasn't as expensive :-)

What do you like best about the product?
There is no possibility that I could achieved the success I have without Outreach being part of my day to day role as an SDR. I love the automation of sequences and ability to prioritize tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i was able to sequence multiple contacts within the same company, something I need to do often as an SDR following up after our trade show schedule
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to organize and effectively target prospects. I have noticed that I use my time more efficiently and can target far more prospects than I could without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me stay on top of everyone I'm supposed to be contacting, AND I can have it set up to be doing things for me while I'm not even working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't keep tabs on the sequences like I should- meaning, sometimes they keep going when they are supposed to stop. I'm 90% sure that's my own user error

Streamlining the process, moving through leads and prospects quicker, preventing things from slipping through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach blows away all the competitors with their Support Team. Their response rate, helpfulness, and cheerfulness with every question is incredible. Special shout out to Andrew Mewborn, Bobbi, and Gabe M. for helping us with all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Outreach has integrations with other companies for anything they can't provide themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of content, tracking of email clicks and customer communication. Highly recommend!
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for automation and the setup and implementation of drips. Great reporting and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We've been using it for two years now and it continues to get better.
