What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and send personal snippets as needed. Love the reporting feature for review of prior days messaging and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagement score is a bit misleading and I believe it has been renamed. When I see engagement it is including OOO and Opt Outs which really don't help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aren't solving problems and are still trying to figure out what messaging really works. The benefits are the platform has made us realize we don't have a solid path for success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have Salesforce. We no longer have it and use NS and we cannot get anyone to figure out integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Segmenting prospects and building sequences is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
how to utilize engagement data and tracking metrics is not intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to both a broad and specific market in a thoughtful manner. Realized that you can truly make a large outreach automatic, yet personalized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send out a cadence of e-mails to the same type of people without having to spend too much time doing this manually. I also like the ability to get notified when people open/click my e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I and my ADR lose control of when people are receiving e-mails and messages. I also don't like when there is a prompt to call someone who doesn't have a phone number associated with their profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the masses in a minimal amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
our implementation specialist was super hands on and caring for our team. he answered every individual email we sent with questions and was patient with every call. kick-off went relatively smooth (of course there will be small hiccups but these were more on our side with an mvp style roll out)
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the sfdc configuration to do's were tedious, for example doing validation mappings had to be done for each individual picklist value .. we had some fields with 60+ variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
from a marketing perspective, we are increasing emails sends by 10x and getting inbound leads in front of sales quicker

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach brings to much intelligence to the entire sales process inside of our organization. It give us the ability simplify a complicated multi touch model into an automated sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very challenging to get up to speed and be successful because of the intricacy of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amping up our sales game to include touchpoints outside of calls and cold emails.

What do you like best about the product?
AI is only an asset when it puts your people in better position to do their jobs. That is exactly what Outreach does. It will save your people time and make them more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used it a year ago it was only plain text emails. Now that has been resolved and we are moving back!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Velocity of the sales cycle. The benefits of the AI is amazing and helps me save time.

Abilitly to use multiple channels (phone, video, email, etc.) in sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like was it was based on plain text, but that has been fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with SFDC is huge, love being able to see email reads, send calendar invites and obviously sequences. THe best part for me is to be able to send sequences in my sales rep's names and essentially run an ABM strategy within the sales prospecting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying at the top of prospect's inbox, automating call set-up. The foundation for our account based selling process

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a platform to help our reps do lead gen and stay on top of their activities in the midst of also managing their accounts and ongoing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been several technical and integration issues that have hindered our adoption rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sales reps are responsible for their own lead gen. Outreach helps them stay organized and on task.

Great for email sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach sequences will continue to email prospects at the appropriate times based on their engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be VERY helpful to be able to upload a list of contacts and then uncheck which contacts to not sequence based on previous activity. I've tried doing this numerous times and it is very buggy creating duplicates, so I have to do it manually on a list BEFORE uploading to Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach out to prospects on a large scale with the comfort of knowing they will be removed from a sequence if they reply.
