Great product for streamlining and enhancing prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my sales reps actually see it as a gift and not just another system that they have to learn for us to capture data
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once and a while the application hits a sticking point or starts running slow. Also, alot of the screens don't automatically refresh without you clicking the refresh button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using outreach to ensure that our messaging is tailored to the person that it is being sent to without having to have every sales rep know everything about every buyer just to get a meeting. Once we have traction the seller can devote time to doing a deep dive on the potential client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the resources available to develop the content. The system is only 10% as useful without thoughtful relevant sequences

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of Outreach has been good use for our newer employees and employees that need to reach out to customers right away. The tracking and sales force integration is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the option to create more designed emails for marketing. We've had to use other services to make more custom, well designed emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to customers directly versus one giant email blast. The open rates from Outreach are generally higher, but click through rate is lower.

sometimes the scheduling doesn't always work. OOO tracker could be better

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able out sequences for industry specific accounts. Security professionals regularly take customer reference calls and leverage similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to effectively mass upload accounts/leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly simplified our outbound sales model

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to completely define the process that our reps use. Whether its outbound, inbound, or something else entirely we can make sure every rep is using the best process for the action they are taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has become increasingly complex and is not easy to teach to new reps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our entire sales team off of Outreach. It has especially helped with rapid response to inbound leads.

What do you like best about the product?
super intuitive. had all my SDR's on the same page right off the back.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor bugs and issues to work through like resetting font sizes. Some prospects show 20 email opens, which it's hard to believe all the stats sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organized workflow with data to back up decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to have other reps begin doing outbound from day 1. Everything can be setup prior to new reps joining the team & you can just add them into the mix!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more documentation on best practices from an outbound POV.

Sales process streamlined!

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, easy to use. The smart views work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little buggy, need to expand product to be more inclusive of customer success teams and provide a cohesive experience and handoff between Sales and CS.

Integrating email with Salesforce.

Email templates, Smart Views, ability to mass send, and team dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling, generally a lot of errors and bugs, missing key organizational functionality and governance could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking and meeting set up. Creating a cohesive client story and history of interaction.
