Best BDR Software I've used

What do you like best about the product?
I love how feature-rich this platform is. The ability to export was the main reason I wanted to purchase this platform - we use pipedrive CRM which makes integration and reporting limiting with many other outbound tools - but because outreach has extensive exports available - I can import everything into our BI took and really evaluate our top of the funnel activites that are driving our results - to help work with our marketing team on different messaging, content, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up can be quite complex and time-consuming - but the customer success team is GREAT. I also wish the calling allowed for recording on both sides of the conversation internationally - the reason we use Ringcentral for calls - is because outreach didn't have the capaibility to record calls on both sides of the conversation which makes it irrelevant for call coaching and improving team performance - the call functions seem to be more limited if you are outside the US - but everything else works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to track and manage multiple touchpoint campaigns to prospects and to build in content in flexible ways. I also wanted this to integrate into Microsoft Office 365 and allow for meeting scheduling but my biggest challenge was top of the funnel understanding of which prospects respond to which messages, in which industries and how many touchpoints it takes to get a discovery call - outreach has fulfilled all requirements well and the benefits are business intelligence - and better more targeted outreach, more meetings booked and more revenue over the line as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need better reporting, want more flexibility and customisation to allow your teams doing follow up and outreach to new prospects to be more effective, this tool is definitely the best player. I looked at a list of tools and tested them before I select outreach.

A good platform - doesn't integrate with Salesforce well

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a ton of capabilities and works really well when you want your entire sales team to use it as a CRM. It works well for smaller organizations. It's a very powerful tool but for that reason a bit confusing to implement. Best to have an admin that knows a lot about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large organizaiton team capabilities could be better. The integration with Salesforce is kind of clumsy, with Outreach requiring certain mappings that shouldn't be required/etc. It's trying to be its own CRM so it doesn't really interact with Salesforce well. The support team (and advanced support) aren't super helpful or communicative. They're always sending me to the support page but not really answering my questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it for sales outreach among our team. Don't really use it for calling or setting meetings. Love the task feature, but wish they could set up LinkedIn tasks in a way that wasn't so manual.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives our team the ability to follow up with engaged leads in a more personalized way with efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Outreach, the UI could be a little cleaner but I have no real complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a gap between marketing campaigns and sales follow-up and Outreach has allowed our team to have better success with sending follow-up campaigns from the sales reps immediately to hot leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has some really great features and functionality for end users. It really helps to streamline our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side could be a little more fleshed out. As the admin of both Outreach and our salesforce and Marketo instances, there are a few things lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
Systematic approach to account management and lead generation. Outreach is intuitive to use and integrates with all the tools to reach out to net new prospects as well as bring deals across the finish line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach Everywhere isn't a perfect product and it leave a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound and outbound lead follow up. It's enabled our 4 man SDR team seem like a team of 20.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get scared by others talking about limitations of Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities of automating your entire marketing, prospecting campaigns are limitless with Outreach. It allows you to build cadences, set rules and configure them according to lead profiles. Their customer support is exemplary too. Their onboarding sessions are very impressionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if the task list was categorised based on time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
100% lead commitment. Our inbound lead turbine is all Outreach.

REALLY helpful for sales reps

What do you like best about the product?
This allows me to see how many times a potential client has engaged so I can gauge their level of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I open an email from my own personal cell phone it will tell me that the client opened it. I also don’t like that you can’t copt and paste screenshots. You have to input through the picture feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the ability to know when an email has been opened and how often so that I can follow up accordingly. When I see an email is opened by a recently demo’d client then I call right away!!

Excellent automated sales tool to reach prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling - Ease of scheduling emails
Sequencing- Ease of having back to back emails sent on their platform
Dashboard - Bird's eye view of team's activity
Transparency - Different teams have a clear vision on activities on accounts, leads & activity .
Email tracking - Open rates and more or less accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
Bug - A few bugs which come by and log a user out of the platform, that also happens occasionally. A drop of voice quality has been noticed but that could be our network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sent emails, maintain transparency around teams and track team's activity - Leads, emails sent, calls .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please go ahead with the tool if your team is trying to solve Scheduling,
Sequencing, Dashboard ,Transparency 0r Email tracking . It's an out of box solution which works very well without much help from their support teams.

An Invaluable Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Email automation and the ability to organize and execute a variety of prospect-related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional technical glitches are always frustrating, but I'm nit-picking as it's the best tool I've used for enablement thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach, I'm able to empower my reps to work quickly and efficiently. It also gives me unprecedented control over the messaging we deliver to our prospects, and dramatically increases rep efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I looked at at least 5 different solutions. At the end of the day, Outreach was the solution that met the most of my needs. The team at Outreach is always very helpful, they take product suggestions and even occasionally implement them. Unlike our previous solution, Outreach simply works - we've had almost no downtime in the past year. The email automation feature is a two-edged sword, but in a world where sometimes it's about volume instead of personalization, we made the decision to go with the tool that preferred the volume approach, but still lets us use a manual approach when we deem it necessary. The only issues I have with Outreach are that it doesn't have quite the integration with Salesforce that ISDC has, and I'm not crazy about the reporting features as it can sometimes lack some of the granularity that other tools have.

What do you like best about the product?
I am extremely happy with the wide array of automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many tools to help you can make learning how to use the platform a little challenging. Once you have the hang of it, get ready to convert some opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to schedule things quickly with our sales executives all without leaving the platform.
