Amazing software that gets better and better
What do you like best about the product?
I love the attention to detail when it comes to universal task flow. This allows me to prospect and go about my day in an efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more features around pipeline management. This way I can spend all my time in one place. It is getting there though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficiency and effectiveness when it comes to prospecting.
A quite good tool with an incredible team behind it
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is what takes outreach to the next level for me. I like live chat support and it never takes more than a minute to get someone who can do a deep dive on my issue (no waiting 5 minutes between replies either)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was support for some of the more commonly used features in salesforce, like campaigns. There are a lot of added steps from my end due to the lack of campaign support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our reps to stay in one system when doing their calls. With the 2-way sync they can even make edits in outreach and have them pushed back, its quite slick
Best Sales Engagement Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I love about Outreach. I'm definitely an Outreach "evangelist!" If I had to choose what Outreach does best for its customers, it would be that it gives sales reps back hours in their day that they would otherwise be spending doing the busywork of prospecting and communicating. The product is releasing a few new features each month and in my opinion, has distinguished itself as the #1 sales engagement platform in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. If anything, the time it takes to set-up templates and sequences as an Admin takes more time than I'd like. It might be nice if Outreach releases suggested templates to speed up that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting hours back in our day that we can spend connecting with prospects and our customers, instead of doing the busy work of sales.
Excellent system, requires maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the most powerful tool on the market. Highly configurable, great reporting, and is robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing integration with Salesforce requires work, hard to prevent sensitive information from entering system.

not a lot, one place where I would like more functionality is ability to report in Salesforce

getting to all users and touching as many prospects as we can, while bubbling up most important people to the top
This is a great email automation tool with plenty of customization options
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how I am able to control the steps on our outbound sequences. I also like how I can customize sequences according to job titles and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
When cc'ing a colleague on my outbound sequences Outreach cannot tell that my coworker responded vs. the prospect and Outreach will automatically pull that prospect from my sequences without notifying me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us organize and execute outbound processes at scale and in a timely matter. Without this tool our daily and weekly metrics would be very challenging to meet & exceed.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates and snippets are very helpful for quickly crafting an email and/or sending the same email to many different people. The whole platform is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more robust activity reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating to a large number of people quickly and tracking open rates. We have been able to streamline our communications across our company.

It is a great tool with great enablement content!
Conducive to a real qorkflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the triggers and having tasks created from prospect activity. It helps me focus my time on people that are more likely to respond. I'm also a big fan of the separate window for completing tasks - it makes it so easy to keep relevant information at my fingertips while I'm calling or writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike, but I do wish there was an easier way to look holistically at what prospects are being worked and in what sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a tool that's more conducive to an outbound workflow. Having things like triggers helps to highlight those tasks that are seeing a high level of activity and pushing them to the top of my task list rather than waiting for me to search through my activity list.
Outreach Maiden Voyage
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an awesome tool. It has greatly improved our outbound email and calling engagement and increased the number of prospects we can reach in a given day. I really like the ability to see the breakdown of calls, emails, tasks so we can report on productivity and adjust accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike logging in every day to outreach. I know this is not a huge problem, but would be really cool if Outreach could integrate with our authentication tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a management perspective, Outreach is solving a huge business problem of being able to accurately report on productivity. Because everything is tracked, it's easy to see top performers and areas that need improvement. It's also awesome that Outreach activity history shows in Salesforce which makes it easy for reps to see prior activity with a prospect/account.
Good for mass emails

I like the sequencing and snippets for manual emails
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if updates to prospects/contacts would automatically sync with Salesforce.
