Good call software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The UI is simple and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
When calling through a sequence it does not break up the contacts by time zone which would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps our business communicate with our prospects and customer.

The customization of the tool with Salesforce. Be sure to cover your entire sales process with your CSM to get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main gap is how events are recorded to SFDC for calendar invites. It will only write the event to one prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives better insight into SDR and pipeline metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, outreach makes it easy to track which members on my team are currently engaged with outreach. It also allows me to create groups to easily manage users and their access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment regarding features. However, I think it could be helpful to have a brief training manual on how to navigate Outreach for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to find solutions to questions regarding the activity usage of users, roles/teams, percentage of replies (metrics to track how well each rep is engaging with their customers), as well as simple metrics such as days active on outreach and active vs.locked users.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce activity sync could be more advanced - it's currently syncing as tasks which doesn't let us to do a lot of analysis in Salesforce itself. However, Outreach has good reporting itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to streamline outreach activities. We also realised that Outreach gives our sales reps additional resource in the form of predefined email / touchpoint cadences which improves their onboarding as well as learning. We noticed that our reps are much more productive, touching more prospects and focusing their efforts on deal winning activities like calls and value adding.

Seems to be the most advanced product on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated email sequences make drawing in business and keeping prospects engaged easy and seamless. One can just add contacts and the software guides you through the rest! We can also schedule meetings on our own calendars and others on our team. Adding the meeting schedule link to sequences makes booking meetings with prospects easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to press back from the extension, and sort by engagement without using tasks. I learned from the training that one cannot use the back button in the extension and this option would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self generation, prospect engagement, easy meeting scheduling. We close countless deals that we WOULD NOT have closed if it weren't for Outreach. I've had reps call leads and get no response, but by putting them in Outreach, prospects get multiple touches and reach back out. It's a safety net as well, so no leads fall through the cracks.
Scheduling tasks are also super helpful. It creates a cadence for reps to follow up on both inbound leads as well as self generated leads. Tasks not only include calls, but Linkedin connections and more!

Outreach is a game changer. Having a training is super helpful because there are many features I didn't realize it had until they came into our office for trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is the tagging and task creating. Outreach also allows for boolean searches which are super useful when targeting specifics. Snippetts are awesome as well because they save a lot of time. I like the integration with -org as well. The add on makes it easy to add a prospect or account from any screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
One opportunity I see is that you don't have much functionality in creating tasks from your outbox. The other is I would like to see if you use a snippet ... that prospect would automatically be tagged
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and formalized outreach to prospective clients. The process is streamlined and the response time to systems issues is quick.

Make sure to weigh your options. I personally prefer over Salesloft for ease of use.

The UX is not finished. It is a lot of details but you cannot see the title name of your prospects in an overview. It is hard to get a one shot of the sequence details (prospects title, company...)

It provides a lot of outbound campaign opportunities. Around 2/3 leads by week

Before Outreach we did everything manually. We can reach so many more people efficiently now.

The system is a little buggy and often times support requests turn into "I can put in a feature request for you if you would like"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simply wanted more production out of our business development team.
Overall good product with some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and makes workflow for BDRs smooth without much friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is lacking and Outreach is still a young system which requires a lot of manual clean up/babysitting.

The sales workflow is much more efficient with increased visibility with Outreach.
