Outreach Keeps You Within Reach!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of Outreach. It's easy to use and navigate. It keeps tasks organized and easy to review. It's very fast and effecient. Being able to directly use it using the Chrome extension is one feature that's really helpful. Whenever I do outbound calls, it make it very easy and reliable. It quickly launches with Salesforce with makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't find anything NOT good with OutReach. I'll send you guys an email if I find something that needs tweaking. Sometimes, it crashes, but it is very seldom to do that. Also, I can't find the settings where RECORDING the call should be mandatory. With this, some states are not being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do outbound calls to prospects and it's integration with Salesforce is a very helpful feature. I wish that it be made available in Google Play and the App Store. Since Salesforce has it's moble version, I believe that outreach should have one as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try it out for cold calling! It's really helpful in organizing your tasks. Also it is integrated with Salesforce so one is able to really get the information needed. It's very fast and effecient. Being able to directly use it using the Chrome extension is one feature that's really helpful. I also recommend that it is made availble in Google Play and App Store so everyone can have access to it even in their mobile devices

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can automatically send out emails on future days. It has also made navigating through tasks super easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font and text doesn't always look exactly how it did when the email was previewed. Also wish reporting was a little better to track call times and specific users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to increase and improve our sales activity. Because of this we've also had more time for research and prospecting.
Increase your outbound activity by 2x
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and integrations into Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Ring Central, and others make it easy for our reps to live in one place to prospect efficiently. The results have been tremendous as we have seen prospecting activity increase 2x and our outbound meeting booking increased significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial set up was a bit stressful to make sure all your fields line up exactly to Salesforce. When you do flip the switch to turn it on it eats up all your Salesforce APIs. Caused a bit of a headache for 2-3 days but after that it wasn't a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the size of our pipeline. We've seen our pipeline size increase by 30% since implementing. Our reps are more productive in their prospecting efforts creating additional meetings for our reps to take.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluation of Outreach and their competitors can seem very daunting as many other solutions can solve the same problem. Make sure you understand the differentiation of each solution (SalesLoft, Groove, InsideSales, etc) so that you buy the solution that fits your needs best.
Mostly a great tool, some improvements could help.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email open and click tracking. I like all the configurability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to change my password so often and it makes no sense because I can change it to the same password. The integration between my gmail and Outreach often disconnects too, but its easy to fix, just a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the team uses it for prospecting. I work in customer success, so for me the benefits are the organized sequences and the email open/clicking tracking.
Easy to use - helpful for sales resp
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, quick setup and can navigate easily. I like that it integrates with Salesforce and LinkedIn so I can see my activity along with quickly open the leads/contacts in LI if needed. Sequences are a fantastic manner to set up my day and pound out emails and phone calls, thus making my day more productive. I always know what's planned and can move folks in and out when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only have folks in one sequence at a time - sometimes it makes sense to have them in more than one (i.e. for events/webinars). I'm sure I'm not using all of the functionality it has available and that could be my own downfall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more prospects in a faster time. Being more tactical with emails, messaging, etc.

Have your best sales folks give it a test run. You are only as good as the people using it.
Very Effective Tool for Our Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool for our BDR and AE team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky and simplistic from an admin perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps with automating lead follow up, task management and analysis of email content and subject lines

What do you like best about the product?
Allows our sales + CS teams to collaborate on effective messaging and create auto-generated follow-up reminders. Saves time + money.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to report out on the effectiveness of clones of an original sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our BDRs to effectively prospect at scale. It saves them time when processing both inbound and outbound leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of everything for our reps. It's pretty awesome for strictly prospecting but not very practical for managing opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is really great in theory, but after implementation we found out we couldn't do what we were told we would be able to do. We found out later that "they plan to have those features in the future".

Reporting features so we know who is doing what in regards to their call/email/meeting numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you plan on managing your opportunities in Outreach you should wait. They are getting there, but they aren't quite there yet. We wanted to get all of our reps out of Salesforce completely but our Account Executives can't live only in Outreach at the moment.
Gives Structure to Inside Sales and Organizes their Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It's completely integrated with SFDC, has every feature you would want to get from a dialer platform and more. Organizes the rep's tasks which is typically a tough role, reminding users to email, call, follow up with hundreds of people is always tough. Outreach streamlines that process entirely and allows content creators to have version control on publicly facing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very complicated to set up, I don't recommend making a purchase without professional services. Even though it's very customizable, with that reasoning, it makes it very sensitive to any type of major changes. Having a dedicated customer success rep help set up the org just makes everything that much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Version control on publicly facing content and gives more hours back in a rep's day for more prospecting. Additionally, it integrates with a bunch of other third party tools that we may be using or may be using in the future.

Purchase professional services
Good for email, less effective for calling
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the email tracking in Outreach. Being able to have insight to this activity on prospects is extremely helpful. Call disposition is also something we rely on to show best time for pickups etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to Salesforce is not spot on for my organization. Often times our cold call lists are filtered on activity not equal to today. When a rep calls someone in Outreach, the connection isn't strong enough to remove that Salesforce contact from their cold calling lists, so we risk double calling.
