Solid marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
A good way to reach out to a large number of targeted clients. While you can gauge interest by inserting links into the messaging. The calendar enables easy scheduling for meeting with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
analytics are not very strong. I want to know if my replies are positive or negative. I also am not sure how accurate the open rate is because I will get a notification to call a prospect when I have reviewed my sent emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Enablement Outreach enable us to reach a larger pool of prospects with the same size workforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
provide a way to restrict what Tag can be used by the admin. Tie contact imports to licensed users. When they don't show up make them unassigned and have a way to filter that
Riddled with issues and poor follow through with support
What do you like best about the product?
Templates and snippets make emailing easy and uniform for my team
What do you dislike about the product?
(1) When booking meetings with a buffer on either side, the entire preceding hour and entire subsequent hour are blocked too. This halves the maximum utilization for our team if we continue to use this.
(2) Outreach is failing to sync calendar urls from salesforce. This makes us completely unable to trust custom account variables, and is very unprofessional when an email sends with a broken link.
(3) Variable links randomly break. When creating a link from a variable, the link will randomly switch to a link to outreach.io. This is also very unprofessional when being sent to a prospect
(4) There is no way to send emails from an alias. Emails are sent from the prospect owner, which does not allow multiple teams to share ownership of a prospect. Makes for poor prospect handoff.
(5) When using the most intuitive workflow to send a meeting-specific calendar invite, the duration of the meeting type will be ignored. Hour long meetings have been sent as 30 minute meetings.
This issues are totally unacceptable, and I would not have purchased the platform had I known of these issues. I have not been told of any plan to resolve any of these issues, despite reaching out regularly to support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to solve (1) Make emails quick and consistent (2) allow us to schedule meetings by sending invites. We have succeeded in making emails quick and consistent to send. We have had to stop using the scheduling features of outreach because of the rampant bugs and issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use this product for scheduling, sending calendar links, using variable links, or leveraging account variables
Great automation tool if you are not using any software yet
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining the email and phone automation to set reminders and build sequences on how frequently to follow up with leads. Integration with other softwards that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing issues between Outreach/Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively reaching out to people in the cadences you think are best for that particular prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it if you are not using any other automation software yet! It does look like Salesforce is implementing a native equivalent though so that is worth looking into.
Streamline your prospecting process
What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce as our CRM and there are no two ways around it, Salesforce is a clunky and slow. Outreach.io provides an easy to use solution were you can quickly call, email, and record without having to deal with the slow and cumbersome Salesforce. I should also mention that Outreach.io has an open api allowing it to update your Salesforce records automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Outreach.io updates all your information inside Salesforce, it's kinda limited in what information it can pass over. This may be an "we don't have time to set it up" issue on our side but it seems like its a tad limited on the information it pulls over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly emailing, calling, and tracking potential prospects. With the built in sequence tool as well as how they track your daily tasks, I am able to 2x the outbound efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of great emailing/calling/prospecting tools out there, Outreach.io checked off all of our needs. 1.) Salesforce Integration 2.) Quickly call/email/take notes. 3.) Email Sequence capabilities.
Outreach FTW
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is really easy to use. From setting up sequences to closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is pretty great. Not a cheap tool, but worth the money.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very great tool for slightly larger organizations, where you are trying to manage large lead bases, but keep your SDR headcount low.
A great way to keep track of follow up
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is likely the best tool for working a book of business. Outreach makes it incredibly easy for me to send out emails and follow ups and to keep track of who I have and have not heard from. Creating sequences and templates is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my biggest issue with Outreach is that way that in integrates (or sometimes doesn't) with other internet tools. There are several extensions that I have had to uninstall from Google Chrome to get my Outreach to work. I also got very attached to the Outreach calendar integration with Google Calendar and now it doesn't sync properly with my Gmail and I had to say goodbye to that convenience. I have basically just settled for using it for outreaches only and that works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes it where I don't have to remember to follow up with someone who has been unresponsive and that saves me a great deal of time.
Easy to use email automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start... I love Outreach! We recently switched to Outreach from a different vendor and the results have been excellent. The ease of use and platform navigation are at the top of my list for Outreach favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I can think of that I don't dislike with Outreach is sometimes the filters are a little finicky and will sometimes pull up all users instead just you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation and task creation/management. We found that using sequences with every aspect of our outbounding efforts can be done through Outreach.
Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, seamless navigation, love follow up tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can be quite difficult to recognize differences between call/email tasks under contacts/accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for marketing automation, follow up reminders and sequences
