Couldn't imagine sales without it
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Outreach's range of use cases. It's a versatile solution that you could use for as little or as much of your sales process as possible. The entire SDR workflow could run within the Outreach platform. Reporting and analytics on top of email automation makes it possible to continuously improve your campaigns. I also love that it syncs to Salesforce and now LinkedIn. It's a powerful tool that has changed the game for me and so many sales teams I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach setup and its learning curve can be tough. I've been using it for years so my experience was different than what's available today. But I've heard from others who are new to the platform, that implementation is a bit difficult to grasp. Outreach does have an awesome self-taught program with links and how to's if you have time to navigate through it yourself. They also offer a one-on-one implementation for an additional cost if you want hands on help to get everything started. I could see how overwhelming it could be to really get the full use of the platform as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. Personalization at scale. Easy workflows. Great data and reporting that gives us power to make changes according to what's actually driving results.

What do you like best about the product?
The call tasks have been incredible. It's SO easy to call people via Outreach and it transfers directly to Salesforce saving me so much time and effort. It's been a game-changer. We also create custom sequences and send out leads every day utilizing Outreach. It's a huge part of my daily routine and I would be lost without it in my current role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I don't like. I'm sure there are things I could utilize better and would like to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to many people while still customizing my outreach. Also a great way to track and stay on top of prospects.

It's an incredible tool. I'd recommend for any outbound sales team!

tied google calendar invites so I don't have to double check my calendar each time I make an invite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm locked out of my account. I still use it through the link but need it reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-touch emailing and keeping myself in line.
My experience has been good, helps me be more efficient. Outreach has a few glitches here and there.

I love the 360 degree view. Helps me make calls faster and work on other projects.

The glitches. Sometimes outreach doesn't log all my calls to SFDC.

Outreach allows me to work faster and smarter. I don't have to have multiple tabs open.

salesforce merge is not 100% perfect yet, it always updates the page, you need to refresh (very annoying).

What do you like best about the product?
How it helps sales/sales development team members keep track of everything and automate a lot of things. The ability to use local number for calls. Support is pretty excellent too
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably already in development: the function to eliminate all the subsequent linkedin interaction stages once user is not able to find the prospect on linkedin.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about outreach is being able to track email activity. I use it mainly within the Gmail integration. I really use it for snippets as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets kind of messy with Salesforce integration. I do not like how the cadence/email sequence section is built out. It's very complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to save time on generic emails and tracking activity of the receiver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you test usability first. Email sequences etc. I foundthat Yesware was easier to use with email cadences/sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Outreach is the email sequence feature. This allows you to completely automate your email process allowing you to focus solely on completing your call tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not anything that comes to mind when I think of what I dislike with outreach. The only possible thing I can think of is that sometimes it takes people off a sequence when I receive an automatic 'Out of Office'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to respond and reach out to many more prospects throughout the day which in turn gives me and my organization more opportunities to sell into.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend making the switch over to outreach if your organization is ready to take your marketing/business development efforts to the next level. One thing you do need to consider is that Outreach is a slightly more expensive tool than others in the market, however, you see an incredible ROI once you use it for some time.

- Bugs from time to time
- Lots of functionality means a steeper learning curve than some simpler tools which can cause adoption challenges if there is not well structured training

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences/cadences are now a 'standard feature' in sales tools. But what Outreach has done differently is, they made sequences more robust than any other sales engagement platform. It's difficult to understand what 'robust' truly means until you've had a bad experience with another sales tool. To us, it means you can find a way to do anything you like in Outreach with no hard limitations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your hardware and network setup, Voice (voip calling feature) will act up periodically. However, it's not always on Outreach, as it may have to do with your headset / mic / speakers / firewall.
Many times while using local presence you will get call backs from people looking to reach other businesses; this is because Outreach's local presence matching doesn't work right. Local Presence pricing is exorbitant & not easy to disable, even after you contact support & ask directly to have it turned off. The old pricing was $1/mo/number, so if your rep cold calls full time... they can blow through 400-500 local area numbers in a month! As a result, your monthly cost will exceed what you might expect. I wish Outreach would do a better job of matching call backs to the correct caller (this has been on their radar for over a year and they are yet to fix this).
