What do you like best about the product?
Tasks- having a list of things to do waiting for me every day. Easy follow up organization. setting priority over tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing anything takes a while. When i am working through tasks it automatically pulls up the sequence tab, and every task I have to click back to overview. Small things that like that could be fixed I dont know how to go about fixing. Any day to day change i would like to see happen needs to be approved by management who directly works with our outreach rep- apparently changing stages or anything of importance takes a while. - Another thing i don't like is that you cant put a call and em task in one- you have to select only one option or make and entirely separate task

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize tasks by sequence and the ability to adjust when they should be completed so nothing slips through the cracks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often I have technical difficulties such as failed calls and calls not hanging up and having to refresh the entire program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage a large book of business while maintaining organization, writing notes, and effectively reaching out to potential clients. Having call notes directly in the program saves time and allows me to be specific in my follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the ability to put together a series of campaigns and execute them with a fair amount of ease. In addition, the ability to quickly see what kind of results I'm getting and the actions taken by the prospects is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and filtering features could stand to be improved. This would likely be solved if the integration of Salesforce pulling the necessary data to filter further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to hit massive amounts of people and organize next steps based off of activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps keep me organize with who i need to call daily. It gives great insight on who views my emails and how many times. I like how easy it is to import leads and put them in a sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the Opts out feature. If a person is a good contact and they opt’d out months/years ago & from someone else’s account it still applies to you. I also do not like how unorganized task are. It is not sorted by which sequence it is in.

Outreach helps us keep organize on who is contacting who.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options there are for customizing sequences. Times and dates, different action options (new thread, reply, call, task).

The UI is clean and even though it is a little daunting at first it quickly becomes easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't edit sequences that already have active prospects. I should be able to re-order or change emails without having to clone a sequence and start a new one. Another issue is that the reporting feature is hard to use. I find it difficult to create a useful report. This is the only confusing part of the platform in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use outreach to create new sales opportunities. The benefits I have realized are increased volume in outbound emails due to the ease of automation. I have also benefited by the increased insight in interaction with my emails (number of views and clicks).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tailor the product for customers that need to have a large volume of outbound activity (1000+ emails a day)

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I can create a sequence and manage my interactions through Outreach. This frees up time for me for other tasks. I enjoy that I can set up a/b tests to see what is most effective and share them with the team. This has helped my open rates increase dramatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times there are multiple contacts in the system that make it messy. That may be on us and we may need to clean that up ourselves. I have sent some sequences out where some fields seems to be populating with the wrong information. Some of the field selections are hard to understand, especially if they are conditional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to thousands of people without having to go one by one. Efficient, time saver. This makes my job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure to have everyone on board and have user meetings regularly. It has helped our team know how to use the different component and kept us aware of best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about using Outreach is the visibility into the open rate and tracking the responses. I find it really helpful to see how many times a prospect has reviewed each email, and follow the timeline for which they did. I also like seeing this break down in my task view to prioritize outreach based on prospect engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there's anything I really dislike. Sometimes it requires more clicks than I'd like to reassign tasks or to make changes to sequences. Other times sequences end up on a schedule that I didn't intend for them to and my outreach is delayed. Likely user error though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to do mass outreach via sequences to gauge interest of prospects and then do more specific, targeted follow up with those who engaged with my email.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have aggressive growth goals and great data on your prospects to back your usage. If you aren't using DiscoverOrg to fuel your email campaigns then there is no point to having the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to pull reports based of the click/open responses. It allows me to reach out to those that have just recently interacted via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a little less crowded. It can sometimes seem a little busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to be more efficient by focusing on those client that are actively engaging in our prospecting efforts.
