What do you like best about the product?
It automates my entires sales process. Makes it easy to make campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that don't make sense, like opportunity tracker. Sometimes it is just confusing & they add functionality that has little to no value add to my sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my prospecting actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the following:
-Task flow layout
-Automated emails with variables to update with things like titles, company, etc.
-Great training modules
-Pretty interface
-Plug-in integration with Salesforce is really good
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the following:
-Editting sequences is a joke. If you've started it, you can't edit them. So, you then clone, but you can't add steps in the exact location. There's no click and drag, you have to manually move steps one by one. It's been a huge inconvenience.
-There is no tree-flow mapping with sequences (which makes sense because entry-level, SDRs will be using this system the most); however, sometimes you wish you could take a prospect down multiple routes within a sequence without having to create a new one.
-The plug in doesn't let you CC
-You can't delay a prospect to a specific time if they give an out-of-office reply

What do you like best about the product?
I can get automated touches on my accounts which is nice, it provides me information on when is best to reach customers. What is the best is the ability to send different levels of customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to create new sequences, but I like the variety it offers. As a new user, it's a little confusing on how to access and utilize all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep continuous follow-ups to my prospects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide live demos, and make the platform more intuitive. It could showcase the features better.

-No voicemail option
-Not always intuitive when creating sequences
-The pop-up panel automatically makes Salesforce display at 90% via the least Google Chrome update on Macs...very hard on the eyes

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequences, templates, and snippets features the best. I can craft individual emails that have appropriate messaging for certain use cases and save it as a template, so when a relevant conversation arises I have a perfected email ready to go so I don't need to craft it every time. Similarly, a sequence of templates are a great way to automatically prospect to your territory and build brand awareness, and get easy meetings if the messaging and timing is on-point. Snippets are ways I save specific content like case studies, my availability for the week, objection handling, etc so I can add relevant content to custom one-offs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of calendar integration features. Being able to drag over your availability via calendar plugin and professionally present available times for meetings would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data driven decision making on how to perfect emails, outreach efforts in general. It provides the automation needed to message at scale. It lets us collaborate effectively with peers so we don't all need to reinvent the wheel, if someone has a good email or sequence, we can simply clone it. It's also great for getting new reps up to speed quickly.

Take the time to fully understand the functionality, tips and tricks, so you get the most out of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
How I am able to track all the emails I send to my prospects, helps me to know if they have opened the emails and tasks. Also, one of my favorite things is having the ability to let my prospects schedule an appointment with me by using adding a link under my email signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
When some prospects get stuck on old sequences without me realizing, this usually happens when it is over 300 prospects. This stops me from reaching out to people for a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Haven't solved anything per say but I did realized that the same prospect cannot be put on the same sequence more than one more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have a solid understanding of who my prospect is before I even contact them. Outreach allows me to see where they are located in the world, the weather, and ties in Linkedin so I can see work history. It's an amazing help in the aspect of ice breakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I'll see issues where the weather isn't loading but that could be a problem of having the data on the specific prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to perform to the best of my abilities in my role. I work as an Account Development Rep and I truly have everything I need to succeed. It's helping the team as a whole to find more verticles, more prospects, and create more business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the automation. Its make it really easy to add a prospect to a cadences. There are so many integrations that really make the life of an SDR easier and completely effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dont like is that it is buggy at times. I think this is a fairly new tool but over all amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large inbound funnel that needs more automation for SDRs to make more touches on leads.
