Outreach Keeps Me Honest
What do you like best about the product?
I like that outreach is tightly integrated into salesforce, and i can use the plugins in outlook or through chrome to reach out to leads and keep track of my activity. i like that i can see when prospects open emails and i get notifications when they read or reply to emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automatically advance leads in sequences that do not have phone numbers listed. this causes a lot of congestion in the tasks and i would have to create an additional sequence if i wanted this to be done effectively. The call disposition logging is clunky sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking my activity, and it benefits me by keeping my outreach to potential customers timely

What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach allows me to send from over 80 mailboxes. Outreach is the first CRM I have used (never used salesforce, mailchimp, or anything else to send emails) so I'm not sure how they differ from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that outreach has a lot of bugs including one that will allow us to email someone again after they have already replied. We have also lost clients because outreach will email prospects that are on our DNE list - which is a HUGE problem. We have even emailed our own clients because of this bug.
Also, keeping open and click tracking on really messes with your deliverability. If you include an unsubscribe link and have your open tracking on, while sending a high volume of emails, your email is likely to go to spam (in our case).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to schedule b2b sales meetings for my company. Using outreach has helped us triple the amount of meetings we were previously scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this product to others. However, I'm not sure how much it differs from Salesforce. The real benefit here is implementing SEATS and the ability to email from over 80 different mailboxes, which improves your deliverability.

I like that Outreach is user-friendly and has good tracking measures for seeing if clients are reading your e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sequences are not automatically sent.

How to reach clients who are not good at responding and being able to see if they opened the e-mail. This way I know if I should bother continuing the relationship or if it is a dead e-mail or not interested client,

Wish I could send things out in more specific batches - add someone to the same sequence and have it go out at 3 and another group go out right now and another group tomorrow at 4 etc.

Being able to target my prospects with sequences tailored to them.

I believe Outreach is still a relatively new tool, so there are a few bumps, such as slow load time, but nothing major.

Being able to strategically target my prospects. With just Salesforce, I was all over the place. Outreach helps greatly with organization.
Outreach is an extremely helpful tool for getting appointments and responses from leads or customers

The ability to easily craft, customize, and duplicate sequences and emails. This makes collaboration very easy.

This is really meant to be a sales enablement tool. You can adapt it for customer success purposes, but it requires a fair degree of customization.

Increasing engagement among customers. Outreach is perfect for getting customers to schedule webinars and meetings.

I like the customizability creating different sequences. Also the Support is always there to help.

Sometimes within the UI, it is hard to understand what kind of error there is

We are solving the everyday workflow for BDR's to keep everyone on task, as well as being able to track KPI's

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use, track my out put, tracking my prospects engagement, notifications are also great. Adding the LinkedIn integration is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a better or more accurate account engagement tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach to accounts. Organizing my day with an application like outreach helps me prioritize and stay on task.

Yes if you are in the market for one of these solutions Outreach does it all.

What do you like best about the product?
UI friendly, robust set of features. Ease of template creation and reusability is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finicky. Sometimes, the plugins are unstable. Every now and then, the plug-in disappears from Gmail and it looks like outreach was never there. Templates are either viewable by all or nobody. I'd really like segmentation as there are different groups using the outreach.

Great for the SDR power user. Good for the AE/Channel user.

I like the ability to view who has seen or clicked on my emails in real time. Other benefits include tailoring messages within sequences based on the title of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the users are limited to a certain number of emails per week and day. It limits your capacity to automate your email campaigns. We aren't able to edit campaigns if there are active prospects. Should be able to edit the messaging on the fly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach many people in a targeted messaging campaign. The benefits are automating a process that could be time consuming.

Consider how many emails you need your team to send each day or week. Outreach will limit the number to 2k a day or 5k a week.
