The entire platform itself - it's my personal assistant.

increase connection rates and not allowing prospects to slip through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability reach out to my book of business and segment campaigns to specific target groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sequences continue to send emails after the recipient has replied. gets really annoying if you've been in contact with the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in business development, so to have a tool that can help me reach out to multiple leads is very powerful in my line of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage this tool, its easier to disseminate information to clients, end-user's, book of business, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the tracking on when the client opens emails and clicks links is the best feature. I also like the feature where it's picking up the phone number from email signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always have faith that the information regarding when an email is opened is being tracked accurately, especially when an email is forwarded or has multiple recipients. Also i feel like having gmail extension sometimes adds bugs like when the I want to send. I'll sometime have to login/logout of gmail several times just to get the email to send. Lots of wasted time.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes sending email to a specific group of people extremely easy. As long as you keep the group of people you are sending emails to relatively targeted, Outreach really helps sales representatives send relevant content to more people quickly and easily. As an SDR, I can't speak Outreach's praises enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still difficult to keep track of and view the different sequences written in Outreach. Additionally, Outreach's dialer seems to be fairly unsupported at this point which is a real bummer because we recently implemented Outreach Dialer for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us send, track, and measure the success of our inbound and outbound campaigns to prospects. It's really a great tool for sending relevant emails to groups of people at mass and measuring the success of that email outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much more organized i'm able to be with my prospecting efforts. Things used to slip through the cracks, but Outreach makes that next to impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce tends to bog things down quite a bit, but i'm not sure there is really a way around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganized prospecting efforts have been much more organized and important leads/tasks no longer get forgotten.
Once you got it down - you're golden.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate once you get it down. It took me about a week to get used to but once I was used to it, it changed my day to day schedule and made it more productive.

The on-boarding process took a bit of time. Outreach runs very well with Salesforce, but moving every lead/contact over to sequences took time.

Being able to track what templates and sequences are the most successful through the Outreach analytics.

we use salesforce and the two systems do not work seamlessly together. We also don't have a rep so any questions or issues are typically not answered, and if they are, not in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize sequences and easily manage task flow through skipping steps and reassigning due dates. It is also convenient that once a prospect responds via email or a call is completed, they are removed from active sequences. Outreach has been great for my team and I, much better than other tools that have been used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out one thing (there is not much I do not like) I would say that having recommendations around when to call/email prospects would be nice. Another feature that could help would be recommendations around effective strategy (subject lines, body paragraphs, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach my team and I are able to efficiently managed call/email tasks to prospects in our respective territories.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have my tasks and contact organized
What do you dislike about the product?
We're using this in Beta, so the view on the main screen has gotten worse over time. There are three scrolls on the page which makes it challenging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving sales problems, with keeping everyone on task and organized, when to call, when to email, etc. The benefit is organization. It's so easy to lose track and Outreach helps us with contacting our customers more often

The ability to create a sequence of different activities that will automatically go out. This give me more time to find new prospects and have real discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the reporting abilities can be a little sparse, it would be good to have more options so I can quickly make lists of people that havent opened my email etc...

Efficiency! We can get dfar more work done in a day.
