What do you like best about the product?
sequences and trackability. I used Outreach at my last company but was never trained properly

I love the product, there is nothing I can think of that can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating day-to-day tasks and workflows. Reducing the number of missed touches and allows you to ensure every lead gets touched appropriately. Automated and reply emails are a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing to sfdc can take too long. There are numerous different bugs it seems in terms of needing to relaunch the app at times and certain features not always being available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring, automating, and ensuring the proper number of touches on every lead. Gives structure to follow up
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive in head first and work through the bugs and learning points. It is very helpful once you get used to it.

customization is great. It allows you to work out of Outreach without having to have multiple softwares up at the same time

Learning curve is a bit high but once that is attained the ROI is a huge win

What do you dislike about the product?
Language support is not there.
The formula used to fill in info (prospect names, dates) are very simple.
The ability (natively supported or via an API) to make custom formulas would make the product more robust in many circumstances.

I like that I can use it for mass blast campaigns as well as targeted emails that are strategic.

Pretty big learning curve for new users and it has a lot of options I don't utilize. Not necessarily that they are bad just I do not find value in them.

Making my sales campaign & cadence easier. Also helps me keep on track.

Outreach is a great way for me to reach more contacts without sacrificing quality or organization.

There are occasional glitches with different features, but the support team usually handles issues quickly.

Outreach has been revolutionary for our business. Now we can be more strategic about the way we begin conversations with our contacts.

I like the ease of finding all the info and how it controls my SFDC activities, as well as all the templates, snippets, and sequences I can set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of glitches, but the support team fixed them right away. It took a while because my drag and drop for pdfs wasn't absorbing them, but then it came through after Gabe got in touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gained velocity in my sales queue. Accessing info and links quickly, as well as tracking emails faster.

It really helps with SFDC and repetitive sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom snippets & templates is a big time saver. I often write emails, with 20-30% of the content being custom and the remaining 70-80% being content that I'll repurpose from a snippet or template. This is extremely helpful not having to copy and paste this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle with how to best manage follow up activities and my personal workflow. Not everything needs to be in a sequence so is it best to create a task or have an email bumped back to your inbox? The task interface within Outreach leaves a lot to be desired, specifically when trying to draft an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps tremendously when you are trying to prospect. It helps provide organization and structure around who you're trying to target, the message you send and you're follow up. I have had a few people positively reply to me after a 3 or 4 step sequence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We also considered Salesloft. We felt that Outreach had a cleaner and slightly more intuitive interface.
